Comfortable smooth ride, lots of driver and front passenger room...better than the Porsche cockpit type front driver/passenger area. The steering is tight and easy to navigate which provides a excellent feeling of control while driving on the road. A large truck and tailgate area. The back seats are roomy and comfortable for 2-3 passengers. The engine turbo provides great power when needed while driving and passing other vehicles...yet we get about 30mpg on the highway. Very happy with the BMW X3!

My experience with International Audi began with a sales rep, Justin. Good guy. Well spoken, impeccably dressed, knowledgable, and extremely friendly. He test drove a used Q7. Great ride! Wish I could purchase it. Asked that we do the dealing via text/email/phone and they complied. Later in the day, Justin put me on the phone with his superior, AJ. Now I recognize that they need to do this, but I appreciated the honesty and straight-forward nature of our conversation. I will say that we did not end up making a deal, but I feel this is the kind of dealership that I would recommend to others.

Bought used chevy z71 from these people. Salesman was not pushy and very noligible about what he was selling. Price was cheaper than anywhere else. I got truck home and had a small problem with it they took care of it with no hesitation. Glad I went there will definitely go back.

Found the car on the internet. From calling in to see if it was still available to driving it home took about 2.5 hours. I realize there was no financing involved but I did trade in another vehicle. I was expecting much more hassle and a gauntlet of add-on hard selling, but it didn’t happen. Sometimes the stars line up and things run smooth. It happened to me at International Autos.

I had a very enjoyable buying experience. I bought a pre-driven auto from this dealership. The request I made to have my own mechanic go over the car before closing the deal was met with an enthusiastic "Sure that won't be a problem". Chad, my salesman even provided hands on assistance to help the mechanic complete his inspection. Upon completing his inspection my mechanic found the car to be in top condition. He even praised the dealership for their help with the inspection and on their professionalism.

The 2019 BMW X3 M40i far outweighed and exceeded my expectations. I was looking to buy the 2018 Macan GTS but decided to go with the BMW. I saved around $20k and got a bigger trunk space, more tech, and more power and torque than I need. I feel great about this purchase.

Very friendly sales representative. All questions were answered and she was very friendly. Would definitely recommend this dealership to a friend! Test drive was long enough to get a full feel of the car before purchasing. Only lengthy part was that the car had not been serviced so we had to wait a little extra time for that.

VERY comfortable cabin with double moonroof. I have always wanted this car and it did not disappoint Went with certified pre owned for all the reason. Glad I went for X3 not X1 Happy!!

I looked around and test drove car after car. I wanted a nice, clean, used car without major issues. Is that so hard? Classic Motorcars did it! They supplied a wonderful clean used car, and the exact one that I wanted at a wonderful price! I almost thought it was too good to be true. It wasn't too good to be true. I have never bought a new/used car before and Jose and his "men" were very pleasant and nice and made my first time car buying experience smooth and positive. I had my auto technician boyfriend inspect the car and coming from a guy who picks cars apart, the only thing he could find on the car that needed attention was a tie rod and an alignment. This car meets the needs of my family. We bought it at 55k and out of warranty. One issue came up with smoke on startup and BMW worked out to be an oil feed line for the turbo and fixed for free! Other than brakes tires and oil so far so good. The car is quick and very capable in the snow and much. Also comfortable. Fingers crossed I get to 200k and that is what is on my father's 99 BMW 3 series and she still runs well

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Our daughter was involved in a wreck that set off the air bags in her BMW X1. The BMW was totaled but its safety saved her life. We went shopping for a replacement and after test driving the Lexus, Toyota and Land Rover, we selected a certified pre-owned BMW. What a great choice! The vehicle looked, drove, and smelled new! Larger than the BMW X1, but still very easy to drive/park. We were amazed how quiet it was inside while driving. 22 MPG in the city and almost 30 MPG highway! There was a recall on my 07 335I’s airbag and the tire pressure indicator failure light was on. I had been taking my car in for service at a dealership in Illinois and I was nervous about switching because I thought I was getting the best, top notch service. Well, I wasn’t get the “best top notch service ” there. The “best top notch service” was what I got at BMW of Milwaukee North! From my first phone call into the service department to schedule the repairs to the excellent communication with Mike the service writer to the awesome technician(s) that fixed my car. BMW Milwaukee North truly has a top notch team and has me as a customer for life!

This is my third X3. They are SO comfortable, they are small enough to be fun to drive and big enough to fit an entire dorm room in the back, and they are the best cars in the snow and ice I have ever driven. I love the moonroof, keyless entry, heated seats, awesome stereo system — the list goes on and on. I drive 20k-30k miles a year, and I wouldn’t want to spend that much time in any other car. Such a pleasure to drive!

Great service and repair visit. I came in after hitting a large piece of metal on the highway: bent wheel and cosmetic damage to front bumper. The shop was very responsive in quickly getting their hands on a replacement wheel and checked everything to make sure no other problem was hiding in there by test driving at speed. Bumper repair was postponed so I could be assured to have the car ready for track time during the weekend. That’s great attention to customer needs. Everyone very responsive and courteous; night and day compared to other dealerships; it’s worth it going the distance for me. Thank you for everything.

Back seat hard and uncomfortable. Small things went wrong. Maintenance waits long. After 4 years a must to get extended warranty and the thousands of dollars they want is way too much because parts and repairs are so expensive
