Search engine was easy and mostly accurate. Some details about the vehicle were off, for example, the listing stated the vehicle had gps and memory seats. The vehicle actually does not have either. Also, the vehicle has a spoiler moonroof and not a full functioning moonroof. Despite those missed details, thanks to Cars.com, I was still able to make a good vehicle purchase.

I had put off looking for a replacement for over a year, car buying had always been excruciating, tedious and time consuming. Heath greeted us at the door we had any easy quick conversation about what we were looking for, after checking inventory we discussed our options took a test drive, the car was amazing even in the pouring rain. Back at Otto???s, terms and the paperwork, orientation to the car and we were off. Heath Cameron and Otto???s provided the best car buying experience ever and I???ve bought quite a number of cars over the years, I highly recommend them!

I bought a 2015 Audi A3 Convertible from Rich at eimports4less and I'm very happy. It was such a simple process and was all over in a few days. I sent an email through the website that I was interested in the car one night and sent the email to see if the car was still available and Rich called me the next day. After we spoke, we suggested that I complete financing form with a deposit. Afterwards, I was approved and could pick up the car in two days. You can't beat that...... The pick up also went smoothly and Rich was very accommodating and thorough. I felt the exchange was honest and didn't feel like I had somehow in the end, been cheated. I would recommend Rich to others in a heart beat!!
I found Rich Otto at Eimports 4Less through TrueCar. I was out of state and needed a car 10 days before leaving out of the country. Rich was amazing at helping me navigate what I wanted and what his dealership could do to help during a very stressful buying situation. I never felt pressure and I learned a lot from Rich. I was impressed by how fast he always got back to me with answers. He and his dealership really worked to try to help me find a car in my price range and get it delivered to me. I did not end up purchasing from Eimports 4Less and Rich, but I really wanted to because they were one of Friendliest dealerships I interacted with. I highly recommend them.
Very good experience, they took car for service when i reached. Proactive to complete documentation. Did proper Inspection. Im satisfied with the services and customer service. Price Paid for service is too Much expensive . they charged $450 for breaks and $550 Labour which is very expensive , I end up paying $1150 for general Service.
Best car buying experience ever. No pressure whatsoever. Herb, our sales guy, was awesome. He knew the car inside and out. He had all the paperwork prepared for when we arrived, and it only took an hour total to get everything done. Can speak highly enough of our experience and would definitely recommend buying a car from these guys.

I just purchased a car today from the warehouse. I must say, it was a pleasant experience. my salesmen, KAY, was very knowledgeable even tho the car was a Cadillac, not a audi. I went to look at it last week, and after a week or so of crunching numbers, I picked up the car today. kay made sure all my questions were answered and also paired my phone to the car. The best car buying experience ever. I ordered a white 2019 X3 and when it was already 3 weeks into production I decided I wanted to change the color to black. The dealership said no problem as we will put it in the showroom and we will sell it anyway. Next my car came in with the right color but incorrect trim. Again they stood behind their mistake and said no problem. They ordered me in a fresh vehicle and I received it within 3 weeks. My old car had depreciated in the process however both Mark K. my salesman and Nick D. the sales manager stood behind their word and worked everything out, gave me the same trade-in value and made sure they stood by the numbers originally quoted! They made the whole buying process extremely easy and their BMW genius Safe is amazing as well and spent a lot of time with me going over the vehicle. I am in love with my new car and will be purchasing many more BMW's in my future and I will never look elsewhere! You will leave this dealership knowing that you made the right choice as they are honest, trustworthy and have integrity! Thanks again to everyone at mainline BMW!
