Five Star FordReviews
Five Star Ford review
I found a truck on cars.Com and did the normal thing sending a request to ensure it was available. Mel reached out to me via an email message and mentioned that he would contact me later in the day. He called me later that afternoon. After that very calm conversation, he gave me very solid reassurances that a different Ford dealership had lied to me about some things.. I already had pre approved financing at my credit union, so this was a fairly straight forward process. Mel made this process so easy. I'm not a youngster with no experience. I know how this process should go. This was not my first truck buying experience. Mel is a true professional and an asset to not only his profession, but to Five Star Ford. He's a rare find in this industry. This was the easiest and most positive truck buying experience in my life! Thank you to Mr. Melvin Seibel!

We had a great experience. Our first impression was how refreshing it was to have no pushy sales hustle. We were greeted when we arrived, and then given the space to look around until we were ready for questions or assistance. Samuel was knowledgeable, friendly, and very easy to communicate with. He listened to our needs and wants and truly delivered. He made the entire process, smooth and enjoyable. This was our first time at this dealership and we will definitely recommend them to others. We are also happy to say that we will be returning customers in the future thank you Sam for making this such a great experience.

Sewell Lexus of Dallas review
I was very nervous before buying the car since I was purchasing it from another state. It was important for me to know that the car was in great condition because I was planning to drive it all the way to Los Angeles. Everything went flawlessly! Manager Gary Wiley Jr. did an outstanding job and handled everything perfectly. He provided all the necessary information and photos immediately upon request. All existing scratches and imperfections on the car were honestly shown to me right away with detailed pictures. He also picked me up from the airport and even stopped by Starbucks on the way, which I really appreciated. The entire transaction was completely transparent, which made the experience even better. It’s already been a month, and I’m truly enjoying every moment behind the wheel of my M5. Thank you to Siwell and especially to Gary Wiley Jr. for the excellent service.

2019 BMW X5 review
I traded in my awesome Jeep 2015 SRT. Some creature comforts the Jeep has the X5 doesn't: stereo controls at the fingertips behind steering wheel is main one. Plus the cruise control was also at the fingertips on the steering wheel. X5s not so. I have to take my eyes off the road to look for the button. The steering wheel on the X5 is too thin. The Jeeps was thick and felt great. But I love the split tailgate on the X5! Easier access and doubles up as a trunk.

Auto Class Direct review
Not once, but twice these beautiful people, Jeron,Ryan, Tracy, Mr. Cantrell... the Service Advisor, really every body... at Auto Class Direct have gone the extra mile for our family to insure I was able to purchase our "dream car" at a price point and financing which a member, of this fine team, Tracy, discussed with us, every step of the way. Amazing considering my credit report is a bit colorful. I feel more like family here, than a customer. This dealership has that "small town feeling with every make and model one could ddeam of! Although there were several contracts to sign, now a car note to pay...etc. I truly feel that this car has been thoroughly assessed and I have found the best "deal" on the market! Thanks to these guys and gals, it truly felt more like a homecoming than a car sale! I wish you each all of the luck in the world in your quest for your next vehicle! However, if you don't feel like gambling, the team at Auto Class Direct is your best bet for integrity, service and CAR PURCHASING!! THANK YOU!!!

The Mini dealership has taken care of any issues I have promptly and efficiently. I am comfortable with their analysis and recommendations. Only complaint is with the awful AI-assisted phone answering system. Grrrrr!

2019 BMW X5 review
We take trips to Cashiers/Highlands NC frequently. The drive is just over 5 hrs an it flies by quickly as the car is so comfortable. The peppy V8 has lots of power to pass quickly on the highway when necessary. Once we get into the mountains it feels great to switch from Eco mode to sports mode to attack those tight turns :)
