Fountain AcuraReviews
Fountain Acura review
Five Stars for Ben at Fountain Acura! I recently purchased a used 2020 Ford Edge from Fountain Acura and had a fantastic experience thanks to Ben. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Unlike many car salespeople I've encountered in the past, Ben was not pushy or aggressive. His low-pressure approach made the car-buying experience enjoyable and stress-free. Ben was patient and took the time to understand my needs and preferences. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I'm so glad I chose Ben and Fountain Acura to purchase my new car. I highly recommend Ben to anyone looking for a no-hassle car-buying experience. His friendly demeanor and expertise make him a standout salesperson. Thank you, Ben, and the entire team for making my purchase so easy!

This was my 1st experience with CarMax and I have absolutely nothing but WONDERFUL things to say about the entire process. Everyone that I dealt with, throughout the entire process had amazing attitudes and willing to help in any way possible. I truly felt like everyone enjoyed their jobs and their main goal was to make sure all their customers got into the vehicle that they truly wanted. I can't thank this team enough, for making our Yukon purchase as smooth as it was!

AutoNation Toyota NewnanReviews
AutoNation Toyota Newnan review
We were extremely impressed with how well AutoNation of Newnan took care of us from the moment we walked in. Chase Arrington was so easy to talk to from the moment we got there. After asking all the right questions, he showed us multiple vehicles that met our needs. And the finance department looked at option after option to find what worked best for us. We would absolutely return for a future car.
2021 BMW X5 review
Just purchased a 2021 BMW X5 with a trade-in of 2020 X3. I've been dealing with BMW of Ocala for a few years now and can only have the best to say about BMW of Ocala. Excellent people with special thanks to our sales rep, Christina Gangapersaud, and James Jupiter, Sales Manager. Treated extremely well, so friendly and professional. I couldn't have asked for better service. Thanks to all for a great experience and this beautiful car.

Porsche St. LouisReviews
Porsche St. Louis review
Just wanted to say thank you again to Devin (hope that’s spelled correctly), Nick, and Dominique. I think I bought the least expensive car on the lot (used Honda) and honestly they all treated me like I was buying a new Porsche off the showroom floor. I always dread the car buying experience, and just coming off a terrible experience with another dealer, they all far exceeded any expectations. A+ all around.

CarMax Costa Mesa review
I just recently purchased a Mercedes M-Class from CarMax at Costa Mesa. I was ready with all the salesman pitches, haggling and general unplesantness that is associated with buying a car (paperwork, insurance, time, etc). But moment I walked in Kyle and Ron made me feel welcome and we were outta there with our new car in no time. We had little clerical error but they made sure that we had the that day to drive home with the best price possible (they gave the best trade-in value as well). Thanks CarMax.

Sandy Sansing NissanReviews
Sandy Sansing Nissan review
I had spoken to Anna a couple of months ago by email. I was trying to come in to shop for a car, and I got very sick and had to back out. I am in better health now. I had saved her email, and recently replied to it saying I could come in now and shop for a car. We set up an appointment, again, and I walked into the dealership recently. She was glad I saved her information. I told her the car I wanted and she was on top of it right away. It was very smooth and very Impressive because of her. She made it so easy and comfortable for me. I was pretty blown away. I have been at other dealerships and not had good experiences. I went in on a Saturday. She was determined I leave with a car the same day, since I have not had a car for a few years. I was just using lyft, Uber, and buses to get around. Just a big load off my shoulders thanks to Anna. I will always remember this. She is so open, patient, and very intelligent. I will always come as long as Anna is there. I hope someone praises and recognizes her for my excellent service to me. Thank you Anna.

CarMax Winston-Salem review
CarMax treats customers as they should be when they are purchasing a car. They do not pressure you and offer great services. They sit down with you and evaluate payment options that will make you most comfortable. I have nothing but praise for this team and this facility! I will recommend this facility to any and everybody!
2021 BMW X5 review
I bought a 2021 BMW X5 4.0 with the M Sports Package and this had been one of best vehicles ever owned. The reliability, comfort and curb appeal adds to it value. I traded a 2016 Lexus GX 460 for the X5 and have no regrets!

Darrell Waltrip SubaruReviews
Darrell Waltrip Subaru review
We traded a Subaru Forrester for a Subaru Outback. Dealt with Radec Stempniak both times and had an excellent experience both times. Josh Beauvais was our finance person this time and that was also an excellent experience. Start to finish, we were done in just under 2 hours. Only thing that could have made it better would be if the dealership was located in Murfreesboro. As ongoing customers, we have used the service department for oil changes and filters. That has always gone well too. The remodel of the facility has been a bit annoying at times but the finished areas are quite nice.

This is the second car I have purchased from Arrow in 8 months. The first time I dealt with Sandro, and most recently with Angel. They make the process stress-free. They are professional, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. I will continue returning to Arrow!
