Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

Miguel was attentive and very helpful in explaining what was needed and why. I appreciated his professionalism and willingness to provide excellent service.

I have this car for 26,000 miles now. This is the best X5 that I have ever owned. The new engine is great on the xdrive 40i. No need for the M60. 0-60 in 3.9 seconds. Handling is great. Tires and much better than on the previous generation. The ride is tight and comfortable. They did an awesome job. Hopefully, this car will last as long as my previous 2010 X5.

I spoke with a representative to buy a car and we had an appointment lined up. He unfortunately could not make it but he was able to arrange a coworker to work with me. I arrived at 1030 and met with Christian who made my whole buying process a breeze. I was out of there with my new car in 3 hours. Great experience at BMW Concord with Eugene Villena and Alvin Chandra. I was there to look at a GMC Yukon Denali, and while I expected a strong sales pitch to move the vehicle, it was anything but this. Eugene was genuine and transparent, his effort focused on building a relationship and making sure I received a first rate customer experience. This made our work towards an agreement feel more like a collaboration rather than a sale. Once we agreed on a price I was onto Alvin in Finance, where the positive vibe continued. Alvin laid everything out in detail, shared available add-ons without hard selling, all while sharing a little background on himself when I asked. The entire finance part of my purchase just flowed. I feel excellent customer service is a fading experience these days, not so at BMW Concord. Thank you, Eugene and Alvin!

I took my truck in for an oil change and to diagnose a leak coming from the front end of the vehicle. Gilbert DeGuzman was so awesome! He was friendly, professional and provided excellent customer service!

Biggest negative on the X5 is the run flat tires. I think they reduce the quality of the ride and at 5,000 miles had to replace two flat tires ---- non-repairable damage.

Great service and follow up. I would highly recommend the dealership if you were looking to buy a BMW in the near future.

This my first BMW x5 sdrive. I bought it used with 61,000 miles. Everything works perfect. I just had it serviced at BMW of Murrieta California and as expected it showed with no issues. Came out with flying colors! Poor

1. BMW has relinquished transmission service, WHY? They DO NOT make their transmissions and the builder, another German company does and has a full service recommend sheet, with miles and correct fluids, et al. Now that's a load of crap. All transmission need servicing like any part with fluid traveling through it! So when your Trany goes out, you are looking a $4000+ easy, Thanks BMW for that PLANNED OBSELENCE! 2. No dip stick and access to change your oil or the very small oil gasket, NOT THE OIL FILTER, will cost you over $1000 in labor, TO ACCESS and a $14.08 part! 3. Ridiculous depreciation the minute you drive off the lot. I can buy a 2022 X7, retailing north of $95,000 for around. $50,000 and CPO/Certified with around 35-45,000 miles. 4. Very fun to drive, quality feel, twin turbo power I like, the profile is amazing on my 2017 X5. Don't like the body style changes. 5. You pay $65,000 or more and have to pay extra, with one package to get the Harmon Kardon stereo. xxxx, for that much in the price tag I should get the Bowers and Wilkins. 6. 9.5 and 10.5 wheels and tires make it look "mean". But no rotation and you will wear out the front tires in about 25,000 miles. Run flats are harsh and do not last. So, get an "S" model and gain gas mileage, rotate and balance tires and unless you live in a cold climate, the XDrive is a waste of additional sticker shock. of money. 10. The interior colors, mine is brown leather, are nauseating, at best. Orange looking leather, white leather-are you kidding me? And, the old standby Black!
