Group-One BMW made it easy for me accomplish some of my pre-winter automobile checks: oil & filter change, tire rotation, air pressure and fluid checks etc. They even sent me a little coupon help with the costs: nice!! The location is convenient, setting up an appointment was a cinch, folks at the dealership were professional, helpful and courteous. It?s a good place to do business!

BMW of Monrovia review
Visited to test drive through Costco Auto program. Monica was prompt in connecting and arranging a test drive. Since she was occupied with a customer, Olya assisted. She was very professional throughout the test drive and purchase of a 330i. Negotiated a fair deal and the following day Olya drove 30mins to our house to sync our phones with the car and demonstrate the digital functions of the car! Great experience from beginning to end

Initially when I responded to the dealership on three separate occasions (driving 60 miles for each trip), I walked away with dissatisfaction each time. However, My Client Advisor Mr. Frank M. subsequently came through as promised. He promised to hit a home run and did so after I informed him that he needed to work harder to assist me as a prospective buyer on a strict budget. Fortunately, to make a long story short, Mr. Frank fought for me and the GM accepted my offer and a deal was made. WOW, I wish this could have been done on the first day rather than the fourth day when I showed up to the dealership. This is why I gave a four star rating. In short, thank you Mr. Frankie for your support!

BMW of Chula VistaReviews
BMW of Chula Vista review
Purchased a pre-owner Toyota Venza from BMW of Chula Vista. I was pretty determined to buy the car and expressed that since the beginning. The car was placed on hold and purchased the following day. Was treated with respect and importance since my arrival. Only complaint is the car had a non negotiable alarm/tracking system that is supposed to help against theft. Was unable to remove it from the purchase and had to pay close to $700 more for the car. It’s a mark up that I didn’t see coming. I was also asked to run a soft pull to place the car on hold. Was explained that this was necessary to make sure they could confirm identity of purchaser. I stood my ground and did not allow any soft pulls to hold car for purchase the following day. That felt deceiving since I thought a soft pull isn’t normally necessary for identity confirmation nor thought it was relevant to place a car on hold.

Dreyer & Reinbold BMW NorthReviews
Dreyer & Reinbold BMW North review
I worked with Virginia to purchase a Jeep for my daughter, and the process couldn't have been easier. I shop nationwide for the best deals and service for my fleet, and Dreyer & Reinbold MINI was second to none. From the competitive pricing to the overall customer experience, I couldn't be happier. Virginia was able to put the entire deal together and have the vehicle ready for pick-up within 48 hours. She had all the documents ready to sign and drive (I flew in from Maryland) and got me on the road back home within the hour. My daughter was thrilled with the Jeep, and I was beyond delighted with Virginia and the entire team. If you're looking for the best deal and the best experience, call Virginia at Dreyer & Reinbold MINI - you won't regret it!

BMW of Creve CoeurReviews
BMW of Creve Coeur review
We recently purchased a used BMW from BMW of Ceeve Couer. We had very good communication with Nate and everyone else we dealt with. We arrived at the dealership, and were greeted at the door and asked if we needed any thing to drink while waiting on Mate to return.from a demo. After Nate returned, we looked at the car and had another person.from the dealership show us the car and answered any questions we had. He has pretty much the same car we looked at so was very knowledgeable. We made a deal on the car and did the paperwork. The car needed an AC part which was on order, so we left a deposit for the car and will pick up when.it is fixed. So far, we are very pleased with the experience, and can't wait to get the car when ready.

BMW of Sewickley review
We bought a used toyota sienna mini van 2019. Bill Rains was our salesman. Good price, low mileage and overall good minivan was purchased. Came out looking brand spanking new.!!!!...The dealership was welcoming, not pushy, and very accommodating to us in every way possible. Gentleman processing sale did not rush and explained everything well. And yes, they were honest! Hard to find these days! Highly recommend!

Caden is awesome. Hiccups with lending meant he had to work overtime to help get an approval. Caden managed to work it out, keep me apprised, and get me in a pretty amazing car in a timely manner.
