BMW of Orland Park review
Buying a car can be stressful, but Kemal made it actually enjoyable. He was friendly, down-to-earth, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Excellent customer service, we had a few good laughs and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. I will definitely be going back and having him help me with my future cars!

Ultimo Motors East review
“I had a fantastic experience at Ultimo Motors! My salesman Chris was knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. I also had the pleasure of working with the General Manager, Tasho, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled professionally and that I left completely satisfied. The whole team made me feel valued as a customer rather than just another sale. This was truly a great experience, and I look forward to doing more business with Ultimo Motors in the future. Highly recommend the whole Ultimo Motors team if you’re in the market for a vehicle!”

2019 BMW X6 review
My X6 has been the perfect combination of a luxury SUV and a cushy BMW sedan. I didn't want some big clunky SUV but wanted something a little larger than my BMW 535 . I chose the X6 because it's a very cool looking vehicle with excellent performance and handling. plenty of legroom, both front and back, good space for carrying stuff, and all the creature comforts of a well-appointed BMW sedan. I'd buy my X6 all over again!

McGrath BMW of Elmhurst review
Let me start off by saying JOHN (in service) is the real deal. He is the only reason I would come back to BMW & Elmhurst. Every encounter I had at this dealership he made it feel like my car was fresh off the showroom floor. His professionalism & attitude was great even when mine may not have been. Once again when I buy my next BMW and it will be at Elmhurst BMW, it will be because of John and sorry salesman I’m dealing with John on that purchase even if he is in service!!!!!!!!

2021 BMW X6 review
This car is much more comfortable than other mid-size SUVs we test drove. Luxurious seating and small details that sets this car apart from the competition. Very sleek look! AND when you want to "giddy up" - it giddies up and GOES! The engine power is awesome!

I absolutely loved my service from Zeigler of Orland Park. I drove 2hours away from the the location and received excellent service. Grant and Colleen were exceptional and had all my paper work ready for me to sign. When I test drove the car Colleen made sure I had a full tank of gas before leaving. Definitely would recommend everyone I know to this location.

iCars ChicagoReviews
iCars Chicago review
Great Experience from beginning to the drive home! I live in Cleveland, and the car was in Chicago. I saw the car originally on eBay. Jasin was responsive, professional, and detailed. I flew in with my daughter and met Jasin to see the car. It was detailed perfectly. The condition of the car was pristine. It was virtually perfect for a 5-year-old car with 27k miles. While I was at their showroom, I also took the liberty of looking at several other cars they had for sale. I can tell you if I-Cars Chicago has anything for sale. It is nice, clean, and in good condition. The sales process was quick and easy. I was in and out of their offices in under 30 minutes. I wish all of my car-buying experiences were as good as this one. I will be doing business with Jasin in the future. Thanks, Jasin!! (Marvin- Medina, Ohio) Thanks Marvin

BMW of Orland Park review
Whenever my vehicle needs service I take it here. The service managers are really good to work with and I really appreciate them sending videos to my phone so I can see exactly what the technician is seeing. Pricing could be better and I think the 3% service charge on credit cards is nickel and diming customers otherwise they would get 5 stars.

Great customer service and Bob was helpful but not pushy at all during the process. Great experience that was worth the lengthy drive. I would recommend!

Luxury Car OutletReviews
Luxury Car Outlet review
My Fiancé was talking with Brandon, (General Manager)for about a month or so on the Mercedes G Wagon. Brandon was awesome, and a very respectable gentleman. He went above and beyond for us on our purchase. We are from Arkansas, and we drove 578.6 miles to West Chicago, traded in my Range Rover for the G-Wagon. Brandon stayed after hours, patiently waited for our arrival. Everything about our meet with Brandon was very much of a Blessing. Thank you Brandon for all your help and patience. It was a pleasure working with you. The drive back home to Arkansas in my G-Wagon was all so amazing. We did not have any issues with the vehicle. I will be purchasing my next summer car from Luxury Car Outlet! See you soon Brandon and Thanks for the great hospitality and wonderful customer service!!
2015 BMW X6 review
i bought my x6 xdrive 35i in july of 2023 with 40,000 miles for $32,000. i couldn't be happier. drives like a dream, is super comfortable, has very decent gas mileage, i love the looks and i've always done all my vehicle servicing and repairs since high school (i'm 69...so i've passed my learning curve), so repair and/or service costs aren't really a concern for me. the only complaint i have is the staggered size tires with no spare. as it's an all-wheel drive, and i bought it for its all-wheel drive ability, i obviously need "all-season" tires. the issue: the car came with run-flats WHICH ARE ONLY AVAILABLE IN SUMMER TIRES at these two different 20" sizes. also, when buying staggered size tires, they aren't possible to rotate which halves the tire warranty. 😖😖😖

Although I inquired about an Acura ZDX, I purchased a 2024 Honda accord from them and couldn’t be happier. The whole team was upfront, emailed me numbers and terms before I came in. Glad I found them on here

Chris in service has always been very accommodating. I think the only negative thing that I would have was that they didn't check the air pressure in my tires, because all 4 have a different number, but that's minimal.

Purchased in March 2021, I have enjoyed every one of the 20000+ miles driven. Comfort, power, appearance - and truly exceptional gas mileage (29+ mpg highway) - have made it my passion to be on the road in this car at every opportunity. Elegant, refined luxury, with all the computer assists available in a 21st century, driver-oriented car

I love the way this car looks, rides and handles. Heads up display is quite useful and features relatively easy to use.
