Leo was great from start to finish. Bought a used Lexus hybrid that I found online and he had it prepped super fast so I could come in and see it. The previous owner hadn’t yet dropped off the second key but Leo followed up and made sure I got it. The wait for finance was way too long but otherwise great experience.

My husband and I went to this dealership to test drive the Macan. AJ was our salesperson. The experience was great. We ended up buying the car and the process from driveway to driving the car home was seamless. Our questions were answered in a timely manner and it was a great experience overall. Thank you.

Look around first so you understand that their prices can't be haggled but it is worth it. I couldn't find a single car within $1K of their price. And the quality of the car was outstanding. Easy. Great kid's corner keeps them occupied too. No pressure sales is a beautiful thing.
2023 BMW X7 review
Best SUV I have leased so far. Drives like a car, seats are awesome. I have the M Sport options. Didint feel like waiting for the M60. Everything this SUV offers is top of the line and feels like it. The two bad things though, is the climate control system is part of the infotainment system. Very annoying to operate. You have to control everyting from the touch screen. The other bad thing is BMW's need to electrify the folding and moving of the 2nd and 3rd row. If its raining, youre pretty much standing in the rain for 30 seconds as the seats move around to let you in the third row. I have 22"'s and it rides pretty smooth, was expecting a harder ride.

Let’s me just say the team at Mini of Marin was just fabulous not to mention the beautiful showroom! I purchased my second Countryman from this location and I will keep coming back; my salesman “B” is so friendly you won’t be disappointed, he really makes you at home and answers all of your questions with a smile. If you want a great experience make sure to ask for “B” to get you driving in the Mini Cooper that you will love for years to come!!! Robin in S F❤️

2019 BMW X7 review
This BMW is the most luxurious car for a full sized SUV. BMW has really beaten the competition with the X7. The car drives so smooth but you don’t feel like it’s a very large suv. My wife was extremely impressed with how easy it was to drive! The whole car is so well made and I’ve loved having it. The infotainment system is beyond any car in its class. Great job BMW!

I have been Looking for a Used Audi Q6 E-tron Prestige with low miles was just listed at Stevens Creek BMW. I quickly contacted the Dealer and this Audi just came in on trade. I called the BMW dealer and spoken with Alec Kisin - BMW internet Sales. I explained that I was located in Washington State and was very much intrested in buying the car. Once I have obtained the airline tickets Stevens Creek BMW agreed to hold the car for me and I flew out the next day for a test drive, purchase and 900 mile drive back home. #1 Alec was very easy to work with. The car was in New Condition and on top of that a great price. #2 Harres Asefi - Finance Manager again easy to work with. Contract was already written for me. In summary: -Great Car! -Great Price! -Great People! -Easy to do Business with! Thanks Again, Guy Cheek

2024 BMW X7 review
My car has most options that are available, I don't have the rear wheel steering only because it wasn't available to me at the time. Over all I love the drive, comfort and styling in and out. I wish they would have left the full size shifter instead of just a knob for shifting. Also on the rear doors they removed the courtesy door lights, you do have the lights that illuminate your path as you approach the vehicle. And it would be nice if when you order the trailer hitch you can steal use the kick to open the rear hatch. This vehicle has so many features that youtube can help with. I would buy another one.

Stevens Creek BMW review
I must start by saying that under normal circumstances, I never review and/or write regarding my experiences. Mr. Von since the get-go (phone & texts) worked as well as listened to our wants and needs. Although we didn't get the 21' sporty tires we wanted (we can purchase at some point I suppose) Ultimately, we got the SUV we wanted and perfect color the wife wanted (Brooklyn Grey). Btw - Von I may text you regarding a few suggestions with accessories! Eric C. Diaz in the Finance Dept. guided us with a swimmingly and smooth process; if there is a such thing when purchasing a luxury vehicle. With attention to detail and patience required going through a plethora of finance/numbers paperwork/signage he was passionate about walking us through with empathy and excitement. For all of this and more to come! Your superb care will not go unnoticed Eric Cahue Diaz! Happy Camper - R. Israel Medina Del Toro & Veronica Vazquez.

Steel Chariot review
I got a 2019 model x from this dealership about a year ago. I’m extremely happy with my experience there and with the car. We went back and the owner helped us finance our leased Cadillac with our own credit union without charging us anything extra. Truly amazing people. Nima, Cam and Sasha are hardworking and honest people. I definitely recommend this establishment to anyone who’s looking for a car.

I love this vehicle! The cold water package, assisted driving, and executive package are great. The car drives very well for what I wanted and the 3rd row seating isn’t bad either. I had no issues getting in the back and I like how the 2nd row stops and adjust once it feels your knees. I’m not sure I’ll get tired of this car anytime soon.

2024 BMW X7 review
Just bought the BMW X7.Overall a great ride. The interior needs help. Your phone is charged behind you drinks. Who thought of that. There is no place in the car to store your phone at all. Only two cup holders up front. Me pesonally have a dog and he needs his cup too. Trunk has no storage compartments. Hello, we have stuff. The front seats seem a little tight. A lot to learn with all the apps Overall a great car little thought on the details.

Great experience. I actually made a deal, signed the papers, and was ready to leave when the finance guy stopped me, told me I had a lower rate and saved me a ton of money !!
2024 BMW X7 review
Most comfortable ride in an SUV I have been in. Handles very well, accelerates very fast and does not feel like you are driving that fast. Gas mileage has averaged 22 mpg. I like that the X7 has a third row and many features to it and really like using the My BMW app instead of carrying a key with me. There is a lot of technology in the X7 which takes time to understand on how to use.

I saw the car I wanted on cars.com I emailed the dealer and they quickly responded. They held the car for me and I went in a bought it the following day. I was at the dealer for maybe 1 hour.. in and out.. best buying experience yet. My sales rep. Noted a few small requests I asked for and they were done before I took the car home.
2021 BMW X7 review
I could not be more happy with this vehicle. It is amazingly quiet and comfortable, but still fun to drive. It has tons of space and the interior is impeccable. The technology is top-notch and intuitive. This one is the turbo I6 and is faster than it feels (so smooth and quiet), but lacks the “hold your breath” acceleration of the V8.
