I purchased a used 2021 BMW M5, and James Kirpanos was my salesman who got in contact with me via an inquiry I placed online. I am in the Seattle area and went through the entire purchasing process online, after James was kind enough to send me some updated photos and videos of the car. I was able to complete all the paperwork online and via overnight FedEx/Notary for the loan paperwork(which Sonia had labelled for every location I need to sign/initial, thank you!!). They even have a company that deals with all the state taxes and registration for you, so it couldn't be easier, as I don't even have to go to my local DMV!! Once we agreed on terms and final papers were sent/signed/received, I used Montway to secure an enclosed transport, and James saw that the car was loaded onto the truck for me(on his day off mind you!). A week later I now have my 'new to me' M5 Competition in the color and spec I wanted, with very few headaches or struggles along the way. The only thing you must have is patience, as the entire process took around 3+ weeks from door to door. I would absolutely recommend BMW of Barrington/Motorwerks and James Kirpanos for anyone looking to buy a very nice used car, at a competitive price, in or out of state!!

Peter was cognitive of our needs and addressed our questions and concerns. He was proactive in getting the necessary paperwork done in a timely manner. Katya was patient and set up the dashboard to our liking.

The entire process was seamless, Brandon was quick to respond to questions, he had the car ready for our inspection/test drive and all of the necessary paper work together so were able to complete the entire process in less than 2 hours.

I purchased the 840 grand coupe over the 5 or 7 series BMW. The sporty style is a big plus. The technology is the same on all the vehicles. For now I am very pleased. Time will tell.

The F82 M4 will go down in history! The looks are timeless, so much power, and very reliable. One of the best bang for your buck sports cars. However if you are looking for a comfortable daily driver this is not the car for you. It is stiff and you feel every bump in the road. Not a bad thing but if you want more comfort get a 440i. This car does what it is supposed to do perfectly.

Came out yesterday evening; July 27, 2023 Met with Armen; a knowledgeable young salesman eager to assist me. We discussed ( at length ) my needs and budget…… He found the PERFCT CAR for me ( sunroof and all ! )and we test drove it together. Armen even went so far as to arrange a way that my monthly payments would work well within my budget!! At the last minute…… I abruptly decided to wait awhile on purchasing…… so as to come back soon…… ready to hopefully Buy a 2024 PLATINUM VERSION OF THE ALTIMA 2.5 AWD…..after all….. we only live ONCE!! Given I ordered the car with a cool optional paint color, it gets much attention wherever I go. In addition, the overall look, sound and performance enhance the attention. I have owned many performance cars over the years and to date the 2022 M3 Competition is the best car the I have owned and the most exciting and rewarding to drive.

Stitch was very patient with me and made sure all of my questions were answered. If she did not have the answer she asked right away. She is great.

We purchased this car new as a second car, mostly to commute and for occasional trips. Pros, the design is flawless, the handling is perfect, and this car can be surprisingly fast, yet comfortable and silent (keep your eyes on the speedo to stay out of trouble). Cons: interior quality is truly underwhelming for the price of these vehicles. Plastics on the lower dash are flimsy, the leather wears out quickly, and the quality of construction is questionable (after 3 months, one of the taillights had to be replaced because it had water infiltration, and some plastic panels had to be put back in place inside on a regular basis). We sold this car after 3 years because we needed more space but, aside from the little annoyances due to the average quality of construction, the mechanic/transmission proved to be very reliable and the car so much fun to drive.

I love BMW and this car does not disappoint: fun to drive and quick and agile. Only downside is a clicking sound that resonates in the cabin when idling.

We take trips to Cashiers/Highlands NC frequently. The drive is just over 5 hrs an it flies by quickly as the car is so comfortable. The peppy V8 has lots of power to pass quickly on the highway when necessary. Once we get into the mountains it feels great to switch from Eco mode to sports mode to attack those tight turns :)

I bought my 2018 530 a few months ago. I commute 11 miles each way to and from work. The distance is ideal for the 14 mile battery range. I charge at work and get a credit for using the night rate at home. The 530e is one of the best cars I've owned. I bought my first 5 Series in 1984 and have always loved BMW's.

My family has purchased many BMW’s from Bill Jacobs BMW. The sales team always treats me with honesty and integrity. The service team is incredible. Alex Flinn did a great job in assisting us during our service appointment.

The main issue I've had with this car is learning its vast number of controls, some of which are in strange places (such as at the end of the directional signal stalk) and are not clearly marked. The gearshift, for example, is counter-intuitive, and is moved backwards to go forwards, and vice versa-unlike most cars, it doesn't really move and fit into a slot for the appropriate gear. For no fathomable reason, the rear view camera stays on when you then drive forward. The warning system, for a car crossing or a person crossing, is unreliable; for example, if you have the car in reverse, the car hasn't moved yet, but a person walks behind the car, the warning signal does not sound--it only sounds if the car is already moving in reverse (if the pedestrian was walking right behind the car, you already hit him or her). There are also other "features" that make no sense. On the other hand, the car is fun to drive, reasonably powerful, attractive (I think--my wife disagrees), comfortable (except that one feels remarkably many bumps in the road), and quiet.

Love love love my new 2020 Hyundai Kona. They were very lenient with me choosing a car although my credit wasn't the best. Bricia also gave me a whole free year of oil change and I cannot be anymore thankful! So excited, thank you Baha I'm blessed. Happy New Years!
