Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

5 star experience with Rallye BMW and John Botti! John went above and beyond in every possible way. I reached out to him back in April to inquire about pricing/availability on the X1 and X3. My fiancé and I both wanted to switch to BMW when our Audi and Honda leases ended. John promptly answered my initial email within an hour, and subsequent to that first email, I think we have over 200 emails in total. We went through options and pricing, and then John had me custom build the cars we wanted through BMW's website. The deal he came up with was amazing for the 2 cars. Audi could not even come close to matching what he was giving me (and I was driving a fully loaded Audi Q5). We sent the build codes over to John and then he called me and went through each and every feature on both models to make sure we had everything we needed and nothing we didn't want. We talked through it all and decided on the final builds. John then placed the orders for us. He kept in constant communication with when the cars were scheduled to arrive and notified us once the cars were in. The process was completely seamless. We met with finance manager Charlie when I got my X3 last week, and met with Hassan today when picking up my fiancé's X1. Both managers were professional and easy to work with. We were in and out of their offices in 10 minutes. The genius guys showed us how to use and set up all the features, pair our phones, etc. Everyone is wearing a mask at all times. When you enter the dealership you have to fill out a form regarding COVID and sanitize your hands. They offer a box of "clean" pens. Once you use the pen, you put it in the "used" box after. They are definitely taking all precautions and safety measures. I can't recommend BMW enough. I drove a fully loaded Audi Q5 for 3 years and it truly does not even compare to my fully loaded X3. The X3 handles incredibly better on turns, accelerates better, and the interior is far nicer. The CarPlay connects wirelessly and the use of the entire system is seamless. I honestly didn't know how to use half of the functions on my Q5 for 3 years. The X3 is a superior car and I am so happy we made the switch to BMW! Thank you again John Botti- you are truly the best. Customer service was certainly above and beyond anything we could have expected.

Prompt and efficient service. My check engine light was on and the service department replaced a malfunctioning indicator at no cost to me.

Car delivers more than I expected. Two must have options are Technology Package and Driver Assistance Plus - that combination is hard to find. Sport seats are very comfortable. Lack of knobs and buttons is an issue - miss them. There is a huge learning curve transitioning to a touch screen. You must absolutely make use of the BMW "Genius" service. Highway MPG exceeds advertised value.

I chose the M package with 20" wheels because it presented a sporty look and a lower stance. Comfortable, quiet and very good gas milage. The rear hatch provides you SUV capacity without detracting from the style of the car. Very pleased with my choice

Recently purchased a 2024 4 series convertible. Love the way it looks and drives. ‘Ordered the car with the assumption that it had the cruise control and lane as dust that I was used to in my other vehicles. This car does not come standard with a front facing camera. Also does not come standard with the cruise that is what I call “radar” cruise. Just putting it out there for anyone shopping. I do love the car.

this 2023 bmw x7 is even bigger then before and it espcillly nice car. the interior is very spacious and a whole fmaily could fit in their. it is also veyr rleiable and it is also really comfortrbale when I sit in the 2023 bmw x7. it is so better thne the older ones and it has excellent diegshn and exterior styling. it is veyr nice and veyr good lights as well.

I bought my first BMW in 2014. A new 640XI convertible... I have purchased many new vehicles including 5 Lexus 4LS models and 1 Sports coupe. The BMW was without a doubt the best. Now with regard to customer service as well as service departments (which is almost as important as the car model I select) Rallye BMW was without a doubt the best in both categories. So now that my BMW is eleven years old my wife and I decided it was time to look for a new car. There wasn't much to think about so we returned to my Rallye BMW dealership in Westbury and go for a test drive. Immediately after that test drive we returned to the dealer and negotiated the purchase of a new 2026 8XI convertible. We met with our service advisor, Frank Trotta, who has been taking great care of the 2014 model and gave him the good news: Frank we are buying a new BMW. A give this car a good rating after 1 year of ownership. Very capable to carry a 6 people comfortably and still maintain a sporty feel. A sure footed space craft that stands out in a crowded SUV market. If you have 22 inch wheels, get the All season tires continental Extreme Contact rear tires. They won't show up as recommended for your car unless you input the tire size on your search. The Bowers and Wilkins is a must have if you love great audio and the tow hitch is worth it as well. So many USBC connections to go around with a welcome third row sunroof to keep the backseat riders feeling special. You really have to spend time with the tech to appreciate this car. I prefer this year model over the newer ones that don't have the physical buttons, especially the AC controls. The captain seats are great and allows you to mostly skip moving them in slow motion to access the third row. This big baby Rolls moves quicker than you would expect and does it without effort in sport mode. Don't overpay if its not optioned out. Thats where BMW shines.
