I just want to thank everyone involved with our new vehicle purchase!! From Marry (Sales) confirming the vehicle was ACTUALLY on the lot and personally holding onto the keys so no one else could grab them(!), to Christian (Sales Director) and his willingness to work with us to come up with numbers that worked for us both, to Jessi (finance) and her quick, friendly work getting us through our paperwork. Everyone was super friendly and professional. After the purchase we had to return for installation of running boards where we met John Ferrigno (service). Although we were told install would take an hour or two, he told us it would likely be longer - a little disappointing but we had the time to wait. Not even 1 hour later John came up to us to say our install was DONE!! He pushed it to the top of the list - what excellent customer service! And the final kudos goes to Mike Schmidt (service) who took my frantic call today when I couldn't get the liftgate to open or shut (stuck 1/2 way open) Although he tried to talk me through the process over the phone (for a good 15 minutes) I was really frustrated, so he guided me through the process of manually closing the liftgate (so I could get home) and said if we couldn't figure out how to reset it - he'd be glad to help out. Fortunately, we figured it out (lesson learned!) but his calmness and patience helped me not freak out. I don't think most people enjoy the process of vehicle shopping BUT this experience from start to finish was exceptional! Thanks Umansky!

Excellent dealership. That gave me an excellent car Buying experience from the beginning to the end. Things started out with a phone call to George who listened very attentively and matched me up perfectly to a vehicle that we came to an agreement on. Next up was Josh, my salesperson he did such an awesome job, getting me in and out of the dealership with everything that I needed. And finally, the finance manager Who was just as professional And attentive the whole experience felt like I was dealing with family. I couldn't have asked for better treatment. And a better group of gentlemen to handle my car buying experience and make it as seamless as possible. Everything was as promised over and beyond. I am very pleased with the customer service everyone took their time with me, making sure my needs were met. And that I was able to get everything that was agreed upon. These guys really did it, right? I highly recommend Ziegler Honda to anyone and everyone and I will be purchasing my next vehicles from here also. My x drive diesel gives me 14.5 - 15km per liter which is exceptional and handles like a sports car. Run flats are hard but not an issue. There seems to be a issue with the engine mountings as both x2 cars I had and have, have had to have them replaced with the new design engine mountings. No major issues.

The best handled large SUV I ‘ve ever drive. Much better than my previous large Mercedes SUV. Or my previous Land Rover Some of the plastic adornments outside looks cheap.

We were able to fully inspect the car, including getting it up onto a lift. The entire process was easy, low-pressure, and customer-focused. We ended up purchasing a different car from a dealership where we had a horrible buying experience, which has definitely convinced me that the CarMax sales model is absolutely the way to go. I will definitely be coming to CarMax first for my next purchase. This is just the better way to buy a car.

I really like this car. It's very responsive, fast, stable, great turning and traction on the road. I gave it all 5 stars but please know that I ordered it new with the features and interior that I wanted. I live in the North East, so I got the all-wheel-drive.

I love the M-sport package look on this car. It looks sleek and sporty. With a cold air intake this car sound beautiful. Rides great and can save a lot of gas in eco mode vs sport mode. Paddle shifters are fun and responsive.

I have the 430i G22 (coupe), sports package,shadowline trim,. It is my daily driver, looks amazing and handles phenomenal. I get comments everyday by random people saying the car looks amazing. I have the Brooklyn Gray with the red interior which I believe is the best color combo.

This is an update from my February 1, 2019 review. I have now owned the vehicle for nearly seven years. I’ve personally driven nearly 20,000 miles in it. The vehicle now has nearly 50,000 miles on the odometer. I purchased it certified pre-owned from a BMW dealership. I have maintained the vehicle to manufacturer specifications. I have only paid for routine maintenance. I have paid for zero repairs. My previous review is confirmed. Full disclosure, two repairs were covered under warranty by the BMW dealership when I purchased the vehicle and one other repair was performed by a different BMW dealership due to their mistake during a routine service.

The X1 sounds like a diesel motor when you start it, they could've def made it more comfortable, the brakes are really mushy, can only use super unleaded. The plusses are it's a BMW girls think I'm rich, Lighting on the interior at night is wild, performance is amazing, buying used saves tons of money. It's a thin line to buy this car, I feel like I got lucky with the price I paid and I'll be in a good position by the time it's paid off, but pricing has to be right on this car and it has to be in good shape mechanically. Buy from a reputable dealer because I wouldn't want to imagine how much it would cost to maintain/repair a poorly maintained one of these.

Just bought the BMW X7.Overall a great ride. The interior needs help. Your phone is charged behind you drinks. Who thought of that. There is no place in the car to store your phone at all. Only two cup holders up front. Me pesonally have a dog and he needs his cup too. Trunk has no storage compartments. Hello, we have stuff. The front seats seem a little tight. A lot to learn with all the apps Overall a great car little thought on the details.
