I inquired about a car from Cars.com and within the day someone from this dealership contacted me. Bryce and I chatted over phone calls, emails, and text message. We were able to get all of the negotiating out of the way, appropriate paperwork done, and in full agreement before I even sniffed the door at the dealership. I was in and out of the place in less than 2 hours. When was the last time did someone ever buy a car from a dealer in that kind of time? Probably no one. Top notch service, eager to work out the best deal and completely comforting. No sneaky stuff there. Financing was a breeze. Nothing negative about these guys. Amazing experience. I will go back.
Comfortable to drive

The car is very comfortable to drive. It offers smooth starts and stops, and does not make noises while driving. Me and my girlfriend love it.
Fantastic service. A dealer isn't just about the sales experience; it's also about how they keep you happy after the sale.
I had an issue with my 335i that was never before seen by myself (an automotive broker) or the service department. After changing plugs and coils (by myself and a master mechanic with whom I regularly work), the idle went to 6500 rpm.
The team at Gengras methodically hunted down the issue. They kept me updated daily and provided a loaner while my car was being worked on. They were beyond friendly and always answered any questions or concerns I had.
They went above and beyond for me and my car going so far as to talk directly to the engineering team at BMW in Germany so they could remote diagnose the issue. When I got my car back all the issues were corrected and it now drives like a new car.
I have had hundreds of service appointments over my 30 years of car ownership and this service department is professional, friendly, easy to work with, and goes above and beyond consistently for even the slightest concern.
I cannot recommend them any more highly. A huge thank you to my warrior service advisor Joshua M and my technician and miracle worker Alan. You have a customer for life.

I have a very big affection for the brand. I stopped buying other cars that were as good as they were, but that did not suit my taste.
I was looking for a reliable car to start my professional career, something to get me back and forth to work without issue. This car is that car. It has great handling, the design looks good, and it has parking assist features. The only things that I dislike about the car are that there is no sunroof and that there is no navigation in my model.
It's a great car but you have to make sure the maintenance is done. That's why I purchased the maintenance program. You cant beat 2k for 3 years worth of maintenance. BMW has the game rigged with that deal. Then Anthony zabala over at BMW of Ontario makes the whole process so much better.
Heavier than my 2005 325. Nice quiet ride. 6cyl engine has plenty of power and decent mileage. Very nice interior with enough storage for a convertible. Not fond of the Idrive. I rarely use it for navigation. I am old school and miss a dip stick. I am very satisfied with this car.
This is a well designed car from top to bottom. The motor, performance, and driving dynamics are excellent, while still being very comfortable to drive on short or long hauls.
Exterior design is eye catching. Fit and finish of materials is excellent. MSport pkg adds nice mechanical and visual features, which set the car apart from the other 3-series on the road.
While not a large car, the interior has adequate room for full-sized adults, with more rear leg room than in previous models.
Gas mileage is respectable at 29.5 mpg on hghwy and 26 mpg for mixed driving.
Suggested option pkgs: Msport, technology, driver assist.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

I have have gone in the last 10 years from a 2004 Miata LS to a 2006 Audi S-4 now to a 2013 128 i. Could not fit comfortably in the Miata, did not like the light steering feel and weight of the S-4, but those issues are solved with my M packaged 128i convertible MT.
Purchased the car 11 months ago from a BMW dealer with 18 K on the odometer, essentially a new car. Speakers not working properly perhaps loose connections.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

This vehicle is a gem super low mileage; garage kept clean and in great condition. All service was performed at the dealer new tires, brakes and rotors.
What a pleasant surprise in the age of dealers slight of hand ie: I just sold that vehicle or they never had it to begin with, but I have this one instead or misrepresenting the condition of the vehicle. This is a honest up front dealer who does not waste your time with idle chatters and explains all cost right up front. I am the type of person who when looking for a vehicle wants the bottom line number and I was given that with no surprises when closing the deal. I would recommend this dealer to all my friends and family who need a vehicle.

Great first fully electric car

The i3 is a fantastic full electric car. It rides superb and has a sporty attitude as expected by a BMW product. Styling is unusual and kind of ahead of its time (German engineers on LCD...) but very pleasing IMO. The only drawback is its performance in lower temperature (under 0C). Cold temperature really affect these BMW batteries compared to other type.
Everyone was very responsive and knowledgable about the differences between the car models and the service in the shop is excellent. We drove 100 miles just to go to this particular dealership!

Performance is exceptional. Find myself smiling ALOT! Plenty of room for me and my gear. Different driving modes accommodate different driving mood and conditions. Might have to get the wife one!
