I worked with 2 client advisors. Steve and Paul were awesome. The staff in the Jupiter dealership are very knowledgeable and we're attentive to my interests. They are courteous, professional and really efficient. Once I selected a car they gave me a very fair proposal and accommodated my trade. The whole place just has a friendly "calm" demeanor. I don't live in Jupiter and I can tell you the 2 hour drive to do business with these folks was worth it.

Our 2022 X5 was a beautiful car to us. Unfortunately it didn't work for us as my wife is handicapped and found it difficult to get in and out of - it's higher than one would expect and came to realize the seats are more inboard than other cars that are direct competitors. The 3 inch door sill was almost like a running board and contributed to her struggles. Even though we had the multi-contour seats, we found the lower cushion seat side bolsters too firm for any drive more than an hour. The seat back was fine. While driving around town and 2 lanes was great, it didn't track as well on the highway as one would expect, even after an alignment (it was off at delivery). Our old Volvos were much better in that regard. The positives include the exterior and interior design/layout, the quality, ride, handling and power. It also still has a few buttons, albeit a bit small when driving. The headlights were awesome and the gas mileage was better than expected, 21 around town and 28+ on the highway. Our situation is unique, and after 7 months we sold the car to a tall, able bodied couple.

This is the best X5 I've ever owned. I've been using it for 2 years and this is my 4th BMW. It has never disappointed me, it's a fantastic SUV. I hope the next model will show the same success. I think the 3.0-liter engine is at its best.

DRIVEN BENTLEYS 15 YEARS. 2015 GT 14,000 MI. WATER PUMP LEAKED AND FOUND DEFECTIVE. (SHOULD LAST 70-100,000 MI) PEGGY OBTAINED PAYMENT FOR THE DEFECTIVE PART FROM BENTLEY BUT NOT FOR THE INSTALLATION. I HAD TO PAY $2000. WROTE TO BENTLEY CEO WITH NO RESULT. I BELIEVE THAT A "QUALITY LUXURY" COMPANY SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DEFECTIVE PARTS THEY INSTALL. THE MANUFACTURER OF THE DEFECTIVE PART AS WELL. i WILL CONTINUE TO FIGHT FOR THIS PRINCIPLE.

I went to gunther Volkswagen to look a a certain vehicle. I met Mr. Chris A. Looked at the vehicle. There no pressure from Mr. Chris. Most of my questions was answered. Mr Chris called me the next day and gave me the rest of the answered the remaining questions.

I had an issue with my Rolls Royce and was not happy. Steve Grossman stepped in and after a few days he made me very happy and really took care of me. As a former dealer and Auto executive Steve Grossman did a great job. I recommend the Veanan group in West Palm

Very comfortable, with massaging seats plus heated and cooled seats. I’m not sure that it’s a great value because it is expensive. The adaptive cruise control and the lane keeping work very well and almost make it self-driving.

Great service however my vehicle was serviced prior for a leak and it was identified but they didn't look or offer to further find it to get it resolved. I have a vehicle warranty on my my that could have paid for the repair but the team did not go the extra mile to at least find the leak. They also charge 400 dollars just for diagnostic on the vehicle. Inbound, when changing my battery they told me that if I buy the battery from them they would waive the diagnostic fee. I never paid for diagnostics on my vehicle at the BMW dealer in downtown Houston Texas. I was somewhat disappointed with that.

We bought our Land Rover Defender (and several Range Rovers over the years) from Land Rover Ft. Lauderdale where we also have it serviced. Our service advisor for decades is Sharone Adwaney who is the best of the best. He always takes great care of our cars and us. Sales and service here is consistently outstanding.

It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

Do your self a favor and ask for Mike (Michael E Loiselle) I highly recommend this salesman and dealership to all my friends and family! It’s hard to car Mike a salesman when he wasn’t never trying to sell me anything, he wanted me to get the exactly what I was looking for. My experience was outstanding, thanks to my salesman, Mike. From start to finish, he was incredibly professional and patient. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and never pressured me into making a decision. Instead, he genuinely cared about helping me find the right vehicle that would make me happy. It’s rare to find a salesman who prioritizes customer satisfaction over a quick sale, but Mike truly did. I have this car for 26,000 miles now. This is the best X5 that I have ever owned. The new engine is great on the xdrive 40i. No need for the M60. 0-60 in 3.9 seconds. Handling is great. Tires and much better than on the previous generation. The ride is tight and comfortable. They did an awesome job. Hopefully, this car will last as long as my previous 2010 X5.

He apologized for the experience and told me to bring the car back. He offered me 3 options, and said he was here to help and he wanted me to know that he would find out who the last person I had spoke to. He assured me that he would help, and that Napleton prides themselves on doing good buisness. I can tell you, he kept his word. He went above and beyond and got me a full refund on the warranty and made sure the matter was resolved. I'm a woman of limited means, and he has been a blessing to me. Thank you Sam! I absolutely love this car. Sleek design, very sharp looking. Drives like a dream. It takes a bit to learn where controls are for dash but, once you got it down, its easy.

I recently worked with S. Snyder and W. Rejouis on my purchase and financing respectively. After ~2 months I can securely say I left with an excellent car bought on reasonable terms. The process is never perfect, but I do want to offer some tips based on my experience: > ask up front if the vehicle is actually Certified Pre-Owned, or just listed as such > if you see any lights, look up what they actually mean and ask the dealer for the specific fix, not just "can you do something"
