I can???t say enough about Ashley and Tim at Princeton BMW. They went beyond out of their way to help me with an emergency situatio. I didn???t have to wait long at all (without an appointment) to handle my situation. They are extremely professional and very helpful. I highly recommend them for everything.
worked with Alex Edgar and Craig Brauer, they are super helpful. This is our first stop for shopping a new bmw x5. it only took a morning to finish everything, and drive the new car back home. highly recommended. however, i could only give a 4 star for dealership. it is because of Jowel Ahmed. He was doing paper work for us. But he was trying to play some trick on us. he misleaded us to purchase some unnecessary maintenance coverage. and he did not provide us enough coverage policy information. After gettting back home, we talked with our friends with bmw, just figure it out. The coverage on brake and belt is very unlikely to be useful for the first three years of the bmw X5. And this coverage can be cancelled within certain time window. Jowel never mentioned the cancellation policy to us. overall, princeton bmw is a great place for shopping bmw. their front desk are very helpful, but need be careful for their back office guys .
Went to the dealership to browse and met Carl and he was such a great guy who was very resourceful. He was not pushy or inpatient, it was like he placed himself in my shoes and offered me all information I needed to make my decision. I'm loving my 4 series, very pleased with my purchase.

I used to shop elsewhere. I visited Princeton BMW for the first time, this summer. I met with a wonderful gentleman, let him know what I was looking for and Carl Prince made my 'M' dreams happen!! Go see him if you're into BMW's!
The process was smooth and relaxed. Agata was truly exceptional. She was attentive, insightful, honest, and helped me obtain the exact vehicle I wanted. Hez spent a great deal of time assisting my wife and I choose the correct car and options. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Prior to talking to Hez we were hesitant to buy because we did not know enough to make an informed purchase. Now we are very happy with our new vehicle.

I had put off looking for a replacement for over a year, car buying had always been excruciating, tedious and time consuming. Heath greeted us at the door we had any easy quick conversation about what we were looking for, after checking inventory we discussed our options took a test drive, the car was amazing even in the pouring rain. Very hard to imagine a better experience, Justice Mogano is a top notch professional. We special ordered our 440i to get exactly what we wanted. Months ago Justice estimated our pickup date and did not miss it by more than a day or two. Also, he kept us very well informed throughout the process. We were made to feel like we are part of a family (very rare these days) and nothing was ever a problem with ordering and adjustments to financing. Then, the day of pickup, extremely smooth and Justice took as much time as we needed to explain new features and operation of the car.

This is my 1st time purchasing a BMW and I couldn't have asked for a better person to guide me through the process than Scott Gately. My wife and I wanted a new X5 and the last three 2018???s were on the showroom floor. I had been in for a quick service to top-off my tires as they needed some nitrogen. When I saw the three cars, I knew one would be ours but since this was my wife???s car, I wanted her to pick the vehicle she liked as the features were a little different on one of the models. We made an appointment to come in the next morning when the dealership opened to look at the three cars. She really liked the Black X5 and told the dealership we would return later in day as we had a prior commitment as she wanted too test drive the car. mid afternoon we found out the black car was sold. I told the salesman that it wasnt meant to be.....about an hour later, Ian texted me to add the one feature we wanted to one of the white X5 to acvomadate our needs at no charge to us. That???s the silver lining as we returned later in day, test drove and bought the car. The candid feedback is we would have appreciated a phone call from sales leadership that the car was going to be sold to another buyer, especially since we are 4x return buyers. They have 100% of our sales and service business and as feedback on transparency, it???s important to communicate with your sales staff on open opportunities as it may have given us a decision point to counter for purchase.
This is the second car Justice has leased to me. He is a no-pressure, easy-to-work-with gentleman, AND an animal lover! You can trust Justice to take good care of you. Thanks to him, I am extremely happy with my new (ok- gently used) BMW. :)
