My new caw=r is a 2016 Buick Enclave and I love it! White frost exterior w/ ebony leather interior; it's so luxurious! Best car ever.
There is only one reason! We have never had ANY problems with this Enclave. It is beautiful, the leather seats are comfortable. It rides smooth on the road. It gets good mileage. It handles great in traffic. It holds all five of my grandchildren. The DVD player cuts all the noise as soon as the movie starts. So why am I selling? Only because it is a 2015 and we always trade every three years.
White Marsh CarMax treated me excellent. After being married for 34 years,I had never bought a car on my own. My husband had done all the dealings for all our cars. He passed away 11 months ago. It was certainly a big life issue for me. My salesman Zack was very professional and not pushy at all.My daughter has dealt with Carmax for her cars in the past. She convinced me to try them. I can say I was not let down in any way. I traded my car and bought a 2016 Toyota Rav4. Very low mileage and like new.Drives so smooth. If I ever need a car in the future, Carmax will be my place to shop. Thank you for making my First Car buying experience a pleasure.

Best space among these suvs. Nice powerful car. Lots of space. Very good at the freeway, a little bit expensive for gas, little space on the back.
We had a great experience with our salesperson, Marty Swank, at Carmax, White Marsh. He was very professional, knowledgeable and not high pressure. We went in for just an appraisal of our car. He ended up changing our mind from a new car to buying a car from Carmax. We bought a 2016 Subaru Forester. It had everything I wanted and more affordable. It also had very low mileage. We are very satisfied with our purchase.

I was T-boned on the driver's side in an intersection by a woman driving a quad-cab pickup. She ran the red light and I was hit HARD. Had whiplash and contusions to my left wrist; now I'm told I have a cracked vertebrae in my neck. Thank God for side-curtain airbags and a car that doesn't roll over easily. In fact, I was so impressed by the protection the vehicle gave me that I bought a replacement Enclave for the one that was totaled.
Had a great experience purchasing a used 2010 Honda Odyssey. Sales associates were helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy. Sales managers and business office associates were likewise friendly and customer service oriented. We had a couple of repair issues to take care of before taking final delivery and it was all handled well. The real test came when we made use of the 5-day no-hassle return policy 2 days later after an episode of unexplained severe shaking, which destroyed our confidence. We had the same great friendly customer service on the flip side! Would definitely go there again for the sales experience - don't blame them for the car's issues.

This car is great. Nice outside, great looking inside. Cons: Terrible turning radius, this makes some big turns, get ready to use that reverse. Also Kind of dated tech, basic touch screen...thats about it. Great colors, we got champagne.
If you need answers about cars with honesty and no pressure, call up Carmax. It helped that they had the best price for the car I was looking for by several thousand dollars. Their straightforward approach and excellent customer service gave me the confidence to hard-bargain other dealers since I knew I could just go to Carmax if others couldn't match my demands. I have not visited the dealership and only interacted by phone and email, so I can't speak to the facilities or buying process.

We have now purchased our second Enclave. We plan to make buying this vehicle a long time tradition. Hopefully there will be vehicle three and four and who knows how many more.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

Great car. Comfortable ride, lots of room, good appointments. Has been very reliable with no issues needing repair. I wish it got better mileage, it it does hold 7 passengers and is a large and heavy vehicle. So I can’t have everything!!!
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Very comfortable and good ride on cross country trips. The exterior and interior both look good. Plenty of room for passengers and luggage.
The navigation system is not good. Small screen, and not intuitive to program. Will only accept Mt not mount when that is in the name. Maps not up to date when new, expensive to update.
A little oil change and tire rotation almost turned into a bad accident. After leaving the dealer i heard a little noise coming from the front drivers side. As soon as i had an opportunity i pulled over and every bolt on the front tire was loose. I was able to get the lug wrench from the trunk and tighten just enough to get back to the dealer. I was lucky i pulled over in time avoiding a disaster and a nice lawsuit if something worse happened. I know this is not everyone, but they need a quality check to avoid mishaps.

Our Traverse was taken out by a drunk driver and in the end our family came out ok, then we replaced it with our Enclave only to get hit by a moving truck on the highway and once again came out ok. I strongly recommend the Traverse and Enclave as their safety is off charts amazing, plus we never had to get any warranty work on either vehicle.
I was shopping for a car that was listed and verified it was still listed. I went to go look and couldnt find it(was Sunday). I emailed asking about it as we wanted to buy it. I got a call monday saying it was sold friday but no ome bothered to take it down online. Very frustrating.

This vehicle has exceeded all of my needs. It is has lots of leg room, comfortable seats that cradle my lumbar region, and so many cool features! It has navigation, Bose 10 speaker sound system, and it integrated my iPhone! It rides smoothly and has a lot of safety features like lane deterrent, side and overhead air bags, back up assist camera, and prevents roll over! It is dark sapphire blue with black interior with leather ! Gorgeous inside and out!!! Absolutely love this SUV!!!

We have had this used 25 k mi beauty for a month now. We did our annual road trip up the Oregon Coast.
Pros. Great Fry. car. Over the 23 mpg listed. Once I adjusted the seat, it was very comfortable, I have some back problems, but no problem driving this baby over 200 Miles. The heated seats helped too. It’s a great road trip car. We now have a car that can carry 6-7 people fairly comfortably. The cargo space is huge, if necessary I could put an air mattress in there and stretch out and still have room. Great sound system and instrument cluster.
Cons: compared to our ’03 Olds Bravada, 112k miles, I don’t feel like the in town driving is as smooth on the Enclave, there definitely more blind spots, and it feels Big even though it’s the same size as the Olds.
Wood trim is cheesy but acceptable. Some of the steering wheel instruments are not as easy to use as those on the Olds were, causing me to take my eyes off the road. I guess I’ll get used to using them before I have an accident ’. Looking forward to a long relationship with Buick. B. T. W. My 1st car was ’36 Buick coupe

I bought this vehicle in south Texas will not mention the dealership which I would love to do. I started having problems with the air condition and researched and found out this should be a recall because there are many Buick Enclaves with the same issue and it’s a manufacture issue. I don’t understand why I should have to pay for a problem that tends to come from the manufacturer. This is a luxury car and should be treated as such from what I have experienced all questions a refered to the salesman where are all the other people finance managers where are they why won’t three let me talk to them? I really don’t expect an answer because we are considered nobody’s so unfortunate we are what makes you succeed in sales and we are treated after the sale as nothing even when we reach out there’s always an excuse.
Overall a great experience. Friendly staff, no pressure and smooth purchase. I had my car transferred from another CarMax dealer with no problem and they actually transferred two that I was interested in. This was great, as I was torn between the two and was able to test drive both and make a decision. Very happy overall!

I bought this car used at 60k miles. Its comfy, but I have had three major mechanical issues with it. Each issue costing me about $2,000.

We just purchased this car and really love it. Comfort, style and classy! I would recommend this car to anyone. A little pricey but seems worth the money.
Loved my sales rep. Most pressure you big time to buy. She did not. She answered all my questions, but did not make me feel like I had to buy the car or else as every other dealer I visited did. For that was the main reason I purchased my car there, and I would go back in a heartbeat to get another car in the future.

I love the duel sunroof to the back seat bucket seats. The sound cancellation from the exterior sounds is remarkably impressive. The drivetrain feels smooth and the transmission is flawless. Love this Buick Enclave. Soon going to upgrade to a newer one.
