I bought my 2020 Enclave new and have been totally pleased. It rides better gets better mpg smoother more quiet and a much better ‘road car’ than the compatible Mercedes and BMW company cars I’ve driven. The tranny seems to be in the best gear more often without the annoying hard downshifts. The only option I wish Buick would offer is a third seat delete… I very seldom use the 3rd seats. It would be nice if they were removable like my Rendezvous seats which offered much more cargo space without them. The excellent road manners and smooth quiet ride shortens my 450 mile trip to my daughter’s house…. And I made it there without stopping for gas! 16.3 gal to go 451 miles… on a 310hp engine. I always liked my Chevy Caprices… but this Enclave is actually better and no problems just like the Caprices.

Just bought a Grand Cherokee L from Byers CJDR. Steven Black did a nice job of showing us the car and it’s features, focusing on us and the car without repeatedly asking us if we were going to buy it today. Richard Jackson was equally pleasant to work with in the Finance Department. I felt like they were helping me rather than “selling” me. The car rides great. It's very roomy and comfortable and stylish. Great size for a large family but also sporty enough for singles that like to go skiing and snowboarding like us.

I came in, interested in only one specific vehicle. They found it, let me drive it, then worked out a deal we both felt good about. They even stayed late..although I would have been fine waiting until the next day...getting all the papers together, and detailing my Santa Fe. I drove it home. Bought 2016 used with 55k on it 3 years ago. When first purchased had transmission torque converter issue but got transmission replaced under warranty through dealer and has been amazing car since with no issues. Pretty sharp looking inside and out wish wasn’t so mini van shaped but honestly that’s how we use it. Kids love the DVD player. Definitely happy overall.

Love the way it runs, looks, and love that it's sporty yet spacious. Currently having issues with the rack and pinion/power steering pump. I'm seeing that it's a common problem yet unfortunately Buick has done nothing to address it. Minor issue with battery as well. When all is up and running the Enclave is an awesome vehicle and appealing to everyone from younger drivers to the elderly. Makes an awesome family vehicle as well.
