Coleman Buick GMC review
The customer service was great and they were welcoming and helpful as soon as I came into the dealership. It was the first time taking my car in for routine service and the receptionist was so helpful of completing the paper work and answered all my questions. I purchased the car from this dealership in October. I had the best sales person and the finance person was so good and they both made the buying process perfect.
2022 Buick Encore review
Love the size of the automobile, use regular gas, good gas mileage, the has a heavy feel to it; it is not lite weight and inexpensive, it feels like a luxury vehicle when you ride in it. I love the metallic black color; the brilliant color gives it a fantastic look.

Highly recommend this dealership. I have found my dream car! Professional and never felt pressured!
2022 Buick Encore review
This is my first new car in 21 years. My bonneville after 275,000 miles finally decided it was tired. Mike at Ettleson made my experience painless. I had a tutorial on how to use some of the newer things in the car. Cars certainly have changed! Easy to get financing thru GM. I'm very happy with my purchase. Can't wait to use the heated seats!

I was looking for a car for about 3 weeks and checked many cars out and different dealerships, but ACE AUTO HAUS was just different then all the other dealerships I went to Straight to the point no gimmicks or hidden fees. I was really impressed with how they handled my situation and assisted me even tho I didn’t have an appointment. I would reccomend this place to all my family and friends!

2016 Buick Encore review
I have not had any problems with my Encore. I drove it to Nevada, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Kentucky and Arkansas and have not had any problems with it at all. I have had the standard maintenance on it, Radiator Flush, Oil changes and put a new battery on it in 2022. The battery it came with lasted 6 years, can't complain about that. And I just put a set of tires on it too. I am very happy with this model and would recomend it anyone looking for a GREAT SUV.

2020 Buick Encore review
The Encore offers a very quiet and smooth ride. It has the get up and go when needed and handles really well. Drivers seating position is great for tall or short people but the seats aren't geared towards (wide) people, no disrespect intended. The car isn't very wide and the interior shows it. Driver and front passenger must share the one armrest on the driver's seat. A/C & heating knobs are not illuminated makes them hard to see at night. Back seat room is OK. Storage area good for groceries but not much else unless you raise the rear seat and lower the seat back. Doing this we were able to get a new mower in the box inside without any problem. Almost 30,000 miles with only regular oil changes and tire rotations. No mechanical issues at all! One of the best cars we have owned. Not to mention we bought it new while offered at $10000 of of list price!

The car is beautiful inside. The seats are comfortable. I have a heated steering wheel and seated seats. The car has an automatic starter. I put high test in engine and the pick up is great. Bought this Encore about a year ago its a 2015, we have driven it daily and just cant find a reason to complain. Its not a race care with its1.4 engine so don't expect it to be fast off the line or on the highway Good on gas handles well, again its not a sports car, just a reliable get around vehicle, one thing very small cargo area

We are from CNY and drove to Rochester Carmax. Every bit of dealing with this dealership was fantastic! They are professional, knowledgeable and put the customer first. Their manager is top notch. When searching for your next vehicle go the extra mile and go to ROCHESTER Carmax. Also, needed to have car serviced for small issue during 90 day warranty. Service depot. Is top notch, dealt with issue immediately, thoroughly and extremely professional..
2017 Buick Encore review
I have had this car since 2017. This is the first car ever that I have owned, I like the fact that it is simply economical and efficient around the city. The only thing I have done is that the engine has something wrong with it very now and then. But overall it's the best car I drive. I would recommend this as your first car because its economical.

From the 1st phone call to the moment we drove our "new" car off the lot, James was friendly and made the car-buying process enjoyable. We never felt pressured, and they were very upfront about every detail. James even went above-and-beyond by helping us return the rental car we were in. Do yourself a favor and start your search @ CarMax!

We had an absolutely outstanding experience working with the exceptionally personable Seamus Conway. From the minute we met to the final handshake, he went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, transparent, and actually enjoyable. He made every effort to really understand what we were looking for and somehow managed to find us the perfect truck-truly exactly what we wanted. Seamus also secured us an incredible deal, and we felt confident every step of the way thanks to how clearly and patiently he explained everything. He is quick, conscientious, and incredibly friendly. By the end of it all, it felt like we had known him for years. If you?re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and truly cares about his customers, we can?t recommend Seamus Conway highly enough!

I had an exceptional experience with the sales representative, Brandy. Despite having previously owned a Rav-4, Brandy dedicated time to ensuring that I was fully prepared for the new Rav-4. Jonathan ensured that I comprehended all the details before finalizing any paperwork. This team is truly remarkable. The only area for improvement is the service counter, who I had to visit a few days prior to meeting with Brandy and Jonathan. They were preoccupied with their cell phones until I explicitly requested their attention. Way to go Brandy & Jonathan.

Burns Buick GMC review
Brought my son's Acadia in because one morning it would not shift into reverse and the CEL came on. It seemed to fix itself as the CEL went off. I brought it in anyway to be sure as it did show two codes. Eric and his team thoroughly checked everything possible for a day and a half and determined it was fine but he wanted everything well documented in case it happened again and it was out of warranty. They never were able to get the CEL on while at the shop after driving it for a bit. Great work by Eric and the tech's who worked on it.

Great car for the money. Easy to park and has been very reliable. Would definitely recommend this suv. I love the hatchback and can fit a ton of stuff in the back. Much more useful than a sedan and the back seats fold down.

Hands-down, absolutely one of the best dealerships to go to down friendly people great company and will do anything for you!
2022 Buick Encore review
I was looking for a car that had great gas mileage and still had plenty of room with a hatchback and was fun to drive. I definitely found it with the Buick Encore. It has been great in the winter with the all wheel drive also. The back seats fold down which I really like so you can fit a ton of stuff in the back like camping gear or shopping treasures. It has excellent connectivity with the cell phone with bluetooth or a usb cable. It has been easy to maintain also and have just had to do oil changes and has been super reliable. I would recommend the Encore to anyone I know and think that what you are getting for the money is hard to find in any other car on the market today.

2017 Buick Encore review
I leased this 2017 Encore in 2017 after the lease was up I bought it. Now in 2024 I am just putting tires on it. I put a new battery in last year. That's it! I change the oil. I have read the bad reviews and am surprised. To be fair I drive in town and 6000 to 7000 miles a year.

2016 Buick Encore review
I really like how it drives and rides. I knew I was getting a 4 cyl turbo, more for mileage than performance and it isn't even bad at performance. I have liked this body style since it came out. Mine specifically has the river rock metal flake paint. Making it a bit unique in my area. I had an uncle when I was younger that love Buick for the ride. It doesn't disappoint. For a very small SUV it rides very smooth and quiet. Mine is pretty much a base model without AWD, but that's fine as I have a winter beater. The stereo system sounds great even if it isn't the premium sound an upgraded model may have. Don't buy it thinking that you're going to set a 0-60 record. Buy it knowing that the turbo 4 cyl is for fuel economy and a decent take off. I'm more impressed owning it now than I thought I would be.
