Rick Weaver Buick GMCReviews
Rick Weaver Buick GMC review
Used car staff are always depicted as dishonest and untrustworthy but the sales associates of Rick Weaver used car sales nullifies this concept. My point person was John Bizzaro who did an outstanding job of navigating me throughout the process. I also noted the cooperation between staff members ,if John was unsure of something they were quick to jump in and help him without any negative energy.

Gilleland Chevrolet Inc.Reviews
Gilleland Chevrolet Inc. review
Greg Doucette was very helpful showing us many truck styles and options allowing us to figure out what we really wanted. After our decision was made, Greg searched upper midwest dealerships to locate our ideal truck and also presented the option to build new. It truly was a low pressure, positive buying experience with up front prices, no haggling, and no gimmicks. Greg is very friendly and exudes plenty of Minnesota charm. I will recommend Greg and Gilleland Chevrolet to family and friends. Best Regards, Scott Langer

Landers Buick GMCReviews
Landers Buick GMC review
I want to take this opportunity! Two explain what a great service manager Mr. Thomas, is. This professional and I mean what I say, he is a true professional. I drive past three other dealerships, and from Tennessee to Mississippi to have my 2020 GMC 2500 Denali pick up service. I do it because of the great care, customer service, integrity, that Mr. Thomas, the young lady, who sets the appointments for me, and the young lady in the cashier booth, who takes the payments for the service. I?m very sure I will be doing another service survey, and I will mention their names. Because they play pivotal role with Mr. Thomas with the great service that I receive. I will be totally honest with anybody reading this survey, my first oil change, and customer service that I received from this dealership was total garbage. The customer service was horrible. But Mr. Thomas, was not present at that time. And I gave the lowest survey possible, and I was very specific why I gave a poor review. Mr. Thomas, deserves a raise, a tremendous raise in pay ,when I?m sitting in the lobby, at the dealership, the other clients feel the same way I do about Mr. Thomas,. This man is truly a man with integrity and honesty. I think management, and upper management addressed , some of the customer service issues, and or low morale but please don?t get comfortable keep up the great work. you guys are the best!

2026 Buick Encore GX review
We purchased the Avenir model with the extra options as well. The basic car is great, but this level of additional features provide an amazing ride. It rides like a car that’s bigger , and it is super quiet well handling the variable steering all the features. What an amazing car Fun and easy to drive around town and on the highway

CarMax RiversideReviews
CarMax Riverside review
Although the car we wanted didnt work out, the customer service was excellent. MARCUS is a STAR! He should be in management. I have brought many mercedes in the past. Carmax is turning the tide when it comes to purchasing vehicles. The best thing to do when you buy any car is to take it to another mechanic, and then bring it back to the place to be fixed within the warranty period. The Truck I purchased from them a year ago had a few issues but they did take care of it and I've not have any problems since. Carmax has set the bar high for purchasing returning and anything to do with cars. BRAVO!

Liberty Buick review
Liberty Buick saved the day! I was traveling through Arizona to Texas for a family event, and my check engine light came on in the desert. I called Liberty mid-afternoon and explained the situation, and Edwin told me that he would not turn me away for same day service and to come on in. 23 minutes, I'm in the service center and my car is attended to promptly. The team fixed the issue quickly and I was out of the dealership within 90 minutes to continue my trip. I appreciate the team saying yes, being sympathetic to my situation, and being kind.

It was a great pleasure. I was a random walk in. Just to get some information about a car to buy. And Vince was very knowledgeable about the cars. He ended realizing what I was more Interested in and took me for a test drive. He was very funny as we. I am glad I walked in. Now I have a new car.

Liberty Buick review
My wife and I recently bought a Buick Envision from Liberty Buick Peoria. I have to say that this might be our best experience at an automotive dealership. Our salesperson, David Collier, was fantastic. He was welcoming and accomodating to our needs. Most importantly, he was upfront and honest about vehicle pricing, and our trade in value. We quickly came to terms agreable to all parties. We got a great deal, and a more than fair trade in value. The F&I Manager Alex Lopez was just as helpful in identifying the best options for us. I wish all vehicle purchases ran this smoothly and pleasantly. Our thanks again to everyone at Liberty Buick Peoria.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Service – Justin Sgro at Liberty Buick! I cannot say enough wonderful things about my car-buying experience at Liberty Buick on Bell Road, all thanks to Justin Sgro. He truly went above and beyond every single expectation I had for customer service. From start to finish, Justin was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding. He listened to exactly what we needed and worked seamlessly within our budget, without any of the typical dealership pressure. I have never had a car-buying experience that was this exceptional, smooth, and genuinely wonderful. He completely changed the game for us—honestly, it makes me want to buy 10 more cars just to work with him again! If you are looking for a vehicle, do yourself a huge favor and ask for Justin. Thank you, Liberty Buick!

Liberty Buick review
We've been buying vehicles from James for over 6 years, and we honestly wouldn't go to anyone else. He's always incredibly responsive, helpful, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. He genuinely takes the time to make sure we're taken care of and never makes us feel pressured. What really sets him apart is that his customer service doesn't end when you drive off the lot. Anytime we've had a question or needed help after purchasing a vehicle, he's been there to assist us quickly and make sure everything is taken care of. If you're looking for someone who's honest, knowledgeable, and truly cares about his customers, we can't recommend James enough. He's earned our business time and time again, and we'll continue buying our vehicles from him for years to come.
