Faulkner Subaru EastonReviews
Faulkner Subaru Easton review
My wife and I have now purchased two vehicles from Chris Sterner since November, and earlier this year I helped my parents secure a deal with him as well. That kind of repeat business doesn?t happen by accident ? it happens because Chris delivers something rare in today?s world: trust, consistency, and a genuinely modern customer experience. Chris doesn?t rely on pressure or outdated sales tactics. He builds relationships, listens, and understands what a customer needs before they even realize it themselves. The internet can sell a car with a click, but it can?t replace the confidence you feel when you?re working with someone who truly cares about the people behind the purchase. Chris brings positivity, professionalism, and a fresh approach that makes the entire process effortless. Subaru builds incredible vehicles, but it?s people like Chris who make customers proud to drive them. I also want to highlight Edwin, the finance manager. He brings clarity and calm to a part of the process that can easily feel overwhelming. Edwin makes financing simple, transparent, and stress?free ? exactly what you hope for when you?re finalizing a major purchase. Faulkner Subaru Easton has moved into their new location within the last year, and I sincerely hope they continue building on the incredible foundation they?ve created. The store looks great, but it?s the team ? people like Chris and Edwin ? who make the experience exceptional. The car can only take you so far; it?s the people behind it who make the journey unforgettable. If you want a dealership that treats you like family, earns your trust, and delivers every single time, go see Chris Sterner and Edwin at Faulkner Subaru Easton. Subaru has a gem in them, and they?re the reason we keep coming back!

Kelly Buick GMC review
From looking to purchasing was a good experience. Took a test drive and the vehicle handled very well. I was impressed how quiet the inside was ,very little road noise.
2022 Buick Envision review
I have had no real problems, except maybe the cheap tires they put on when its new. 23,000 miles and down to the wear bar. Sometime the info screen is frustrating to get the right pressure to find songs with the music channel I have. I do worry about the short warranty. 3 yrs 20,000 miles which is over. I cant believe that I overlooked that. I worked at GM for 8 yrs so I got the discount and that was why I bought it. If I had to do over I would by one of those Asian cars with 10 yr 100,000 mile warranty. Though I have had no problems so far. I only put about 7500 miles a yr on my car. I have 23500 now.

2017 Buick Envision review
For a car made in China, with their reputation for putting out shoddy products and looking at their buildings and roads that's falling apart as we speak, I was totally surprised at the quality built into this car, not knowing at the time of purchase that it was made over there, which would have made me pass on buying it. But we are talking GM here, that built the plant in Shanghai, who took every part over there just to use their labor only to assemble it, and they did an excellent job. I figure that GM pays them better than all other jobs in that country and they don' t want to lose that job, so they do the best that they can when putting it together. We are at 105,000 miles now, and did all the oil changes and did go through the hundred thousand mile checkup and all fluids changed, and it has yet to have anything to go wrong with it except for changing out the 5 year gel filled very expensive battery *at 5 years on the dot, and the second set of tires. Even still has the original front pads on the brakes, but due to my real easy driving and feathering them coming up to stop lights, trying not to let the stop/start system engage at full stop, and have been doing an excellent job in timing lights and breaking one law by doing 'rolling stops' at stop signs with no cross traffic in sight. I'm a person that drives a vehicle until it rots down, like I did my '84 Toyota diesel pickup that I put over 800K on it until finally the box frame under it rusted in two, forcing me to park it forever, with the engine still running in it. And with this car I'm shooting for the same mileage before it falls apart just from so many miles on the body.

Fixl Automotive of Bartonsville review
I’m so grateful to Elizabeth Crawley, better known as “the lady in the pink chair” at FIXL Automotive in Bartonsville! I walked in expecting a pushy salesperson, but Elizabeth immediately put me at ease. She listened to what I needed, understood what I could afford each month, and took my credit challenges seriously. She cared about finding a car I truly loved and felt comfortable buying. There was no pressure, and she made the whole process feel easy. I honestly didn’t think I would be able to buy a car, but Elizabeth made it happen! I love my car, I’ve been keeping up with my payments, and my credit score has gone way up. Thank you, Elizabeth, for your honesty, patience, and dedication. Working with you was a wonderful experience! Thank you FIXL Automotive!

I’ve had my 2019 Buick Envision since January of this year (2023). We were traveling from GA to MS today and for the first time ever after hitting a bump two different times (a couple hours apart) our vehicle started vibrating and shaking terribly. Very concerning.

My contact salesman, Samuel Santos was more than helpful, going out of his way to get the car I needed and wanted. He has an outstanding gift of listening to his customers; no persuading, no cajoling, but very helpful. If you need a car go see Sam @ Kelly in Emmaus. I’m a past car buyer at Kelly. They’re a great dealership. M. Mc Cullough

Buick is bringing sexy back. I have had two friends say it looks like a Porsche and an Audi. The Sport Touring model is the sexiest car I've ever driven. Super comfortable with lots of head and leg room. The seats are ergonomically designed. The dash is a technical marvel. Runs great and even gets 30 MPG on the highway

The sales person Luis was great and very helpful. Went out of his way to get the car delivered to me. He drove it 3.5 hrs so I can have it in time for a road trip. Also they managed to beat the best APR I got from a credit union. All in all it was a professional and positive experience.
2018 Buick Envision review
Bought the Envision new and paid I THOUGHT, TO MUCH AT $48,000. BUT TO DATE OTHER THAN TIRES & OIL CHANGES IT HAS BEEN FLAWLESS AND HAS COST ME ZERO IN MAINTENANCE at 48,000 miles. Great acceleration & comfort. Down side would be no off button for battery stop.

Just had my first major car repair at 44k miles. Some steering sensor that could cause me to lose power steering. Had I not had the extended warranty I would be responsible for the $5k repair bill. We are barely out of the manufacturers warranty! Other than that, I love this car but already expecting to get rid of in the next year due to the unknown.

The customer service was great and they were welcoming and helpful as soon as I came into the dealership. It was the first time taking my car in for routine service and the receptionist was so helpful of completing the paper work and answered all my questions. Really like this SUV! Wanted more room than my Encore. Has everything I need! Good feeling when friends tell you how much they like the ride and the looks! Wife now driving the Encore, and she loves it!

Bergey's Buick GMC review
Great leasing experience with Bergey?s. Tom and Randy were a pleasure to work with ? professional, efficient, and completely transparent throughout the process. They offered the best no-haggle price, explained everything clearly, and made the entire lease quick and stress-free. Even though I live in New York, the experience was so good that I?ll absolutely be back to Bergey?s for my next GMC purchase. Highly recommend working with Tom and Randy.
2023 Buick Envision review
Purchased pre owned with 56k miles. Everything seems to be great thus far. The only thing is I’m not sure the AC actually works as I normally keep it set to the “Auto” function. And when the temperature got up a little warmer than normal it didn’t seem to make the adjustment.

2019 Buick Envision review
This is our second Buick. First one was a 1990 Riviera which we had for 8 years. No problems, loved the car. The Envision now is much like tie first, had it now for 3 years and like everything about it. Have taken it on long trips and short, just like driving it.

Excellent service with my GMC Yukon Denali - very attentive and took me in without an appointment.
2026 Buick Envision review
I love my Buick, all I have had issues with is when I hook it up to the OnStar One internet. Seems to be a lot of nefarious people who love the idea of hijacking a car driving down the highway. Ive just noticed glitches and the stereo blasting when I hook up android auto or Google. But its not a deal breaker for me because all I really need is Bluetooth for calls and music. Just keep it off the internet and this car is a dream. I love the safety features on my Buick Envision xx. The lane keep assist really does work and the car is quick to notice vehicles in front of me. I also like the adaptive cruise control. It helps a bit in traffic on the highway. The interior is really nice too with the leather appointments and suede details on the dash. I notice theres more leather appointments on the 2026 Buick Envision xx than the 2020 Buick Envision Essence. I love the 20 inch black rims on the car. It really gives the Buick a sportier stance. Its a trade off though because it rides much firmer with the low profile tires and rims. I personally don't mind.

Sawyer Lyons Buick GMC of Randolph review
I recently had the pleasure of trading in and purchasing my 2nd vehicle in 3 years from George Gregory at Sawyer Lyons GMC. Every time I visit this dealership (for service or sales), I feel welcomed and valued. George, who has always been both friendly and professional, always takes the time to say hello and that leaves a lasting impression on customers During the sales process, he has never pressured me into making a decision but instead encouraged me to take my time and ask questions. What really stood out, though, was his commitment to ensuring I got the best deal possible. He worked with the finance team to offer competitive pricing and tailored options that fit my budget. Throughout the negotiation, he was transparent, honest, and made sure I was comfortable with every step. Because of my experience with George, I feel confident in my purchase, not just because of the great car I was driving off with, but because of the exceptional service I received. It's rare to find a car salesman who genuinely prioritizes customer satisfaction over making a sale, but this one certainly did. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend working with him—his professionalism and customer-first attitude made all the difference.
2022 Buick Envision review
I was kind of forced into my 2022 Envision during the inventory crisis post covid. My Alfa Romeo Giulia lease was totaled. I lost the market equity as Ally being the lessor is entitled to retain all over payment. I needed a vehicle quick. Upon arriving at my local Buick GMC dealer I asked what was on the lot long enough they wanted to move. The answer was a Preferred awd Envision in Burnished Bronze. I bought it, was surprised with the "premium sound system" (not Bose). Love the quiet smooth ride. This 2.0 is not the Alfa's 2.0 that is for sure, but I have had no issues getting around or through slow traffic. All in all... I was, and continue to be, a year later impressed. Well done Buick, just wish it had LUMBAR.
