Love this car, however there is a Blind Spot (on passenger side) when making a turn, caused by windshield frame and side mirror together. Very dangerous.

Recently had my car serviced because of an AC issue. I called to make an appointment and was so happy to have been helped by a service representative named Nory. Wow!! Talk about customer service at its finest. To my surprise when I came in that Sat for my appointment at 7am, I was so pleased to be attended by herself once again and meet her in person. Ocean Honda please tell her what a valued employee she is and how well she represents your company. This valued employee was with me every inch of the way communicating to me and keeping me in the loop. She even offered me a "Lift" ride back from my home to pick back up my vehicle. I've been looking for an EV9 for about a year and kept coming up against not being able to fit it into my budget. Finally, Rockwall Kia, specifically Malena and David, were able to find an option that would work! We live about 4 hours away, and during that time they found solutions for every obstacle every step of the way, including getting us a charger adapter for our drive home. We are THRILLED, amd the whole ride home in our new car (which felt like floating a spaceship down the highway) was surreal. We're looking forward to many happy years in our family's new vehicle.

The seller was very helpful and upfront. I was made extremely comfortable in his knowledge of the vehicle and the vehicles they were selling. Even though I was an out of state buyer they worked on a deal that was good enough that I was going to move forward with them in purchasing and then have them deliver the car to my doorstep. I decided on another vehicle that came up closer to home and didn't purchase from them but the courtesy they provided and the experience that I had with them is worthy of a good review and would recommend doing business with them.
