Great experience. Talked with the salesman earlier to make sure the car was still available. When I got there the car was available for a test drive. He was knowledgeable about the car. Best buy of my life.

Oh the service shop really needs to improve. I bought a new xc90 2018 from sandberg volvo; it was a loaner and interiors were smelling bad. Sales guys promised that car will be detailed and there would not be any trace of foul smell. I took the delivery on 10/10/2018 and that foul smell was replaced by another smell that kept giving me migrane. I went back to sandberg and they worked on that odor to replace it with another bad odor that didnt give me migrane but my wife wouldnt sit in the car or take it out with her friends feeling ashamed of that odor. It has been almost a month now and sandberg has still not resolved it. I love the car but find volvo service totally unacceptable. would not recommend others. Such a fine car but poor volvo service is doing a favor to its competition.
Outstanding sales person award should go to Haley Botz . I saw one truck online and she pretty much had a deal together before I left for a 4 hour drive . She did so much work negotioting for me without even knowing if I would come buy the truck. Then when I got there I saw another truck that caught my eye , she was amazing with her attitude and went back to helping me with negotioting a fair price for us and her company . She has a way of creating a deal with out the" pushy sales pitch " because her attitude was amazing I would definitely go back and buy another vehicle from her .
The employees here go above and beyond what’s expected and go out of their way to find what’s right for you. I had the pleasure of speaking with Pascal who was super helpful and made my car searching process simple. Lancer was another employee who helped me along the way and did everything he could to make sure I would get the best deal possible. Although I did not end up purchasing a vehicle at this time, once the time comes I will definitely buy from this dealership because of the experience I had.

I had a failed clutch at 5000 miles on my 2018 WRX and it was replaced full warranty. I really appreciated the fact that I was supplied with a rental for the two days and was given 5 star treatment - Eastside Subaru in Kirkland WA always comes thru for me - their Service and Sales is top notch!. Being a woman driver and having a failed clutch at first brought question I think which is very reasonable having a clutch go out at 5,000 miles on a WRX but really all I got was a casual "so, is this your first stick" ? I answered no and said it was at least my 7th stick since 1981, including a 2002 Boxster, so I knew it wasn't driver error! Also from the beginning my clutch was very stiff so there may have been friction? When I got it back, it is feather light and amazing! OMG it is like a true race car! I love my WRX and Eastside Subaru!
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
We came to Legend to see a van we found on Auto trader. I called ahead and John had it pulled up ready for us to see. He was awesome in showing us all the features and letting us take it out for a decent length test drive. He never pushed us to look at any more expensive vehicles we didn't want like most used car salesmen do. Mike in finance was awesome to work with as well. He made the whole process extremely easy. It was overall a very smooth transaction and we love our new Odyssey! Highly recommend Legend Auto Sales!

I purchased two vehicles in October. I recently went to have my tires rotated at another company only to find out that my truck and tires on it That were not rated for my truck. I contacted Brotherton The sales person that I purchased a truck from and met with sales manager . They recognize that there was a problem with the tires and replace them for me at no cost to me. I will never buy a vehicle anywhere else this company and their staff are amazing!
When I entered Brotherton Cadillac Buick, to buy my second new vehicle from them, John made me a deal that I could not pass up. He worked hard to achieve my budgetary goal. Brotherton is a quality dealership with quality staff from sales to service.
I purchased a used Subaru Outback from Brotherton. You never know exactly how good of a deal you got, but I think I did reasonably well. One thing that stuck in my mind during the negotiation was that the salesman told me they were a business that stood by their cars, something I took at the time as an eager salesman trying to close a deal. Unfortunately on the way home, I discovered that the clutch was slipping badly in 4th and 5th gear. I was sweating as I drove back to the dealership, because replacing the clutch on a Subaru is a relatively expensive task. Much to my relief, Brotherton took care of the problem on their own dime, something I'm sure a shadier dealer would have told me was my problem to fix. I'm taking a point off for customer service because I always had to call them for updates on the repairs despite them saying they would call, but otherwise I was very happy with the results. Brotherton had more integrity than I was expecting from a car dealer, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
The only problem I had was that the TV was turned on to a Jerry Springer type show and I had my grandkids with me. I could not find anyone to change the channel and we had to move out of the room.
