In September of 2017 I traded in a 10 year old car on a nice new Chevrolet Cruze. The negotiation was simple and I didn't feel like I was pressured. The salesman was David Tulsky who kept in touch with me throughout the process to ensure things went well.
Going into the process of buying a new car, I dreaded all the salesmanship that I assumed was going to happen. I really never felt pressured and felt Reedman was honest and forthright about the deal.
What do I say here? I love the car. I got a good deal and process that could have been painful was made as simple as possible.

I bought my car from offlease 5 days ago and I just wanted to say Damian was great! Very proffesional and patient with me! Michael Katz was great as well! Also everyone else was great from the guys cleaning the car, the lady at the gate, finance person etc. Overall great experiance and So far Im happy with my car choise! I would recomend offlease to everyone who is looking to buy used car. Just make sure when they run your credit to ask them to limit to only few. You don???t want a lot of hard inquiries! Violeta

We visited to test drive a used suburban. After the test drive my wife and I weren’t sure that it was exactly what we wanted (nothing wrong with it, just not our ideal car). We told the salesman, Shawn, that we needed to think about it and weren’t ready to make a decision. Based on past experience with other dealerships I was expecting the pressure and sales tactics to start... nope, not with Shawn. Before we left Shawn brought over the GM for the dealership and I thought “here it comes - he’s going to apply the pressure”. Wrong again :) Before we left Shawn asked if he could get us some bottles of water for the ride home. I hope to have an opportunity to buy a vehicle from Pellegrino in the future, as they gave me the best dealership experience I have ever had!
Another enjoyable experience with our recent purchase at Pellegrino Buick GMC, thanks to Lou Cerota. One again, Lou has gone out of his way to make sure our car buying experience was pleasant and hassle free. Lou made sure we understood all functions of the car. My vist for service at Lexus of Cherry Hill was done in their usual outstanding manner. Lexus of Cherry Hill is, and has been for the last 13 years, the auto service and sales dealer for me and will continue to be my go to place for any auto service or sales.
First off let me start by saying I had never heard of nor visited this dealership until Monday this week. Because of our growing family I decided to sell my truck for a more practical car. Upon entering i was greeting kindly by an associate who directed me to the used car manager; Joe C. He goes by Joe C because in all fairness I don't think even he can say his last name; Just kidding. Anyway Joe C was spectacular in every fashion. He was courteous, asked me about my truck, and complimented me on maintaining it. Afterwards, he discussed with me the many options available and what he could pay for the truck. We reached a price that was more than fair and at no time did he try to pressure me into buying anything. As someone who has owned 25 cars or so, I can attest dealers like Joe C are becoming red herrings ( hard to find). Next time I am in the market for A Buick or GMC, I am calling Joe C.
Bought a number of cars from Pellegrino in the past. Salesperson Leo Cerota was great with all sales and questions with all the cars we bought. Service has been great, no problems with anything with dealership. Lease or buying, no problems. 5 star dealership.
After contacting several GMC dealerships in southern NJ, I ended up going with Pellegrino because Lou Cerota and Craig were easy to work with and straigh forward from the start. I went in a test drove the Acadia and left the dealership with a price in hand. A couple days later, I completed the paperwork all via email to save time in the dealership and went in that evening to complete the paperwork. The whole process took a couple hours vs all day and Lou and Craig were able to beat the price they originally quoted me after processing all my paperwork! They were phenomenal and I would recommend anyone go there and ask for Lou and Craig! We will be buying our cars from them from now on. Thank you for the customer satisfaction you strive for! It really makes a big difference!
