I bought this used with 26,000 miles in the spring of 2024. I love the styling, interior, and value. My only complaint is that the angle of the infotainment display can make it difficult to see due to reflections, especially in bright sunlight. I love the AWD option, it adds to stability - even in dry conditions. The remote start is handy in cold weather since I now live in an apartment and no longer have a garage. Performance with the optional engine is more than adequate.

I had the pleasure and great fortune to work with Michael Tierney at Banks Chevrolet-Cadillac in Concord, NH to purchase my new Buick Envision on Saturday. Mike was extremely patient and allowed me to test drive (3) different makes of SUV's so I could make the best-informed decision on which SUV to choose. The entire time Mike answered all my questions, suggested all the possible options for each type of vehicle and did NOT put any pressure on me on my decision of which SUV I purchased. Bought it used in May 2022. It's a 2016 Buick Enclave awd Tucson Edition (displayed as leather). It's a nice car, was around $28,000 from carmax with 70k miles. It's first problem occurred in June 2025 when the ac stopped working, it got fixed. Only major problem was at 105k miles when the transmission had trouble. Reason why was because the dealer said it had the 4,500 lb tow package, but it was missing a crucial part needed to tow. Transmission was fixed, and car still runs fine to this day at 108k miles. 3.6L V6 288 horsepower.

No pressure, to the point and quick buying experience. When No was said, financing absolutely did not pressure, moved right along with buying process. Sales person listened to what we were looking for, went above and beyond when vehicle arrived to reach out to let us know one was available. The easiest, friendliest, quickest buying experience. 100% would go back!!

When we first walked into the dealership Sammy Nasr met us at the front door. It was obvious he was waiting on us as he had to cold, refreshing bottles of water for my wife and I. This is something I've never experienced before. Then as we dug into the purchase details, he walked us thru the process, explaining everything as we went along. I've bought numerous vehicles over the years for my wife and I and our kids. This is the most relaxed and trusting I've experienced. Sammy also shared with me some details where I could save additional money that had nothing to do with my vehicle purchase. By taking my Bill of Sale to the Motor Vehicles, I could save $500. This is just an example of someone going above and beyond to help their customer.

Great buying experience! I drove my car home same day and they drove the vehicle that I had driven back to me the next day! Bought 2016 used with 55k on it 3 years ago. When first purchased had transmission torque converter issue but got transmission replaced under warranty through dealer and has been amazing car since with no issues. Pretty sharp looking inside and out wish wasn’t so mini van shaped but honestly that’s how we use it. Kids love the DVD player. Definitely happy overall.

2012 Verano has over 200,000 miles. It is very comfortable and I love my car. I do take care of it and keep the service up.

Bought the Envision new and paid I THOUGHT, TO MUCH AT $48,000. BUT TO DATE OTHER THAN TIRES & OIL CHANGES IT HAS BEEN FLAWLESS AND HAS COST ME ZERO IN MAINTENANCE at 48,000 miles. Great acceleration & comfort. Down side would be no off button for battery stop.
