Was looking for safety and security in a suv Comfort for neck and back were important this particular model goes above and beyond. Ride is smooth and quiet with what engine doesn't have in speed it has in hidden torque in motor. 2020 Buick Enclave review
Traded my Rogue for a 2020 Buick Enclave and I am loving it. It is comfortable which matters to me since I am older. I don't know if it would be that popular with a younger generation but for long trips I think even they would like it, especially if you have kids. It is great when traveling with our dogs and we could sleep comfortably in it if we decide to stop at a camp site. I do wish it had some standard things on it that my Rogue did. The seats are more comfortable than the Rogue. I wish the cruise control automatically adjusted the speed. I wish it had a Lane departure warning.

2022 Buick Enclave review
Shopping for a new vehicle ranks right up at the top of my list of things I dread doing. So when we decided to replace my 11 year old car, we took the time to do research and read reviews of the newer models. Being very tall and having several vehicle requirements, we narrowed the search. Five dealerships later, those did not pan out! Out of frustration, we decided to just go to the auto mall at Southpoint. As we wandered the lots, a salesman, Tarik Adas approached us from the Hendricks Buick/GMC dealership. Such a delightful and well informed salesman! No high pressure sale; he just listened to what we were looking for. He made several suggestions to try out for size and then showed us a vehicle that checked all the boxes and then some! Dealing with Abdul Aldanab in the Finance Department was very easy and he was able to offer us some options and extras that will help protect our new vehicle for years to come. We certainly did not go with the intention of purchasing a Buick, but we are loving the new ride! And like the commercial says . . . “It’s not your grandpa’s Buick!

2019 Buick Envision review
I’ve had my 2019 Buick Envision since January of this year (2023). We were traveling from GA to MS today and for the first time ever after hitting a bump two different times (a couple hours apart) our vehicle started vibrating and shaking terribly. Very concerning.

2020 Buick Enclave review
I bought my 2020 Enclave new and have been totally pleased. It rides better gets better mpg smoother more quiet and a much better ‘road car’ than the compatible Mercedes and BMW company cars I’ve driven. The tranny seems to be in the best gear more often without the annoying hard downshifts. The only option I wish Buick would offer is a third seat delete… I very seldom use the 3rd seats. It would be nice if they were removable like my Rendezvous seats which offered much more cargo space without them. The excellent road manners and smooth quiet ride shortens my 450 mile trip to my daughter’s house…. And I made it there without stopping for gas! 16.3 gal to go 451 miles… on a 310hp engine. I always liked my Chevy Caprices… but this Enclave is actually better and no problems just like the Caprices.

2022 Buick Envision review
I have had no real problems, except maybe the cheap tires they put on when its new. 23,000 miles and down to the wear bar. Sometime the info screen is frustrating to get the right pressure to find songs with the music channel I have. I do worry about the short warranty. 3 yrs 20,000 miles which is over. I cant believe that I overlooked that. I worked at GM for 8 yrs so I got the discount and that was why I bought it. If I had to do over I would by one of those Asian cars with 10 yr 100,000 mile warranty. Though I have had no problems so far. I only put about 7500 miles a yr on my car. I have 23500 now.

2023 Buick Encore GX review
I know that here in Northern California, Buick isn't a very popular brand, but that means I was able to get a stunningly good deal on my new '23. I traded up from a low mileage '18 Buick Encore (not GX), and at the time of the transaction, it had a remarkable trade value. My dealer did a outstanding job on pre-sale prep and delivery. My sales rep answered my every question. I enjoyed the prior vehicle, and feel this new one will give me the same kind of driving experience. My added safety feature is the front accident/pedestrian avoidance and lane keep assist. I haven't had to use either yet, but feel good about having them aboard. This Buick strikes me as a hidden gem, full featured but still available at a price point that blows the other comparable Asian built imports out of the water.

2023 Buick Envision review
Just had my first major car repair at 44k miles. Some steering sensor that could cause me to lose power steering. Had I not had the extended warranty I would be responsible for the $5k repair bill. We are barely out of the manufacturers warranty! Other than that, I love this car but already expecting to get rid of in the next year due to the unknown.

2015 Buick Enclave review
We love this car. I've had Lincolns including the Navigator, high end Chrysler vans, "luxury" Fords like the Eddie Bauer Expedition and Mercury Mountaineers and this is by far my favorite vehicle. The Enclave projects luxury and backs it up. We have the Premium edition. The ride is excellent and far outclasses other SUVs we've owned which rode more like trucks. Plenty of room and a 5 star safety rating make it ideal for toting around the Grandkids. We went AWD for Michigan winters and plowed right through deep snow. A little more power and a little better gas milage would be nice but it's worth the trade off. 18 mph city is better than the Buick Regal Turbo we replaced and this car rides better too. I'll take the 23 mpg on the highway. As a 70s rock and roller and 45 year radio industry veteran, I love the Bose sound system. Especially when no one else is in the car! This is by far my favorite overall vehicle in 47 years of ownership. And yes the Kids and Grandkids give it 2 thumbs up!

2019 Buick LaCrosse review
We recently replaced my wife's car with a 2019 Buick Lacrosse AWD in the Avenir trim line and it has proven to be a great car. The must-haves were AWD, ventilated seats and enough room. This resulted in cross-shopping a LOT of different brands and vehicles that normally would not be compared. I was leaning toward a one of the big 3 Japan makers but she wanted to give Buick a chance. In the end we found this specific car listed in Auto Trader at a local dealership. It checked all the boxes and had more than enough high-end features to satisfy without having to make the large price leap to Cadillac. The ebony and chestnut interior is fabulous and the interior is made of high-quality materials. GM interiors have had a long reputation for cheap materials but not this one. True the lower door pocket panels are hard plastic but virtually everything you actually see and feel while driving is great. The switch gear all has a good feel and the controls are pretty intuitive. Even the shifter that has gotten some flack in some reviews is actually easy to get used to. The power and power delivery from the 310 hp 3.6L V6 and 9 speed transmission is great. The only small issue is some lag after stomping on the gas at speed. But once the power comes on it comes on hard and the overall throttle response is great. The brake pedal and feel is fantastic - smooth and linear with no gabbiness. The performance is really impressive especially for a full size sedan. The engine auto-shutoff is not intrusive but it cannot be disabled. The handling with the 20" wheels and adaptive suspension is incredibly impressive. Sport mode adds some weight to the steering and firms up the ride a bit. I was surprised by the extremely good predicted reliability rating that the Lacrosse had (higher than the Toyota Avalon) so that eases my mind about going with this particular GM product. Yes, this car, with every possible option on it in the Avenir trim, gets perilously close to the price of some offerings from the luxury brands but I don't care. It has AWD and most of the others don't offer it.

2020 Buick Encore review
The Encore offers a very quiet and smooth ride. It has the get up and go when needed and handles really well. Drivers seating position is great for tall or short people but the seats aren't geared towards (wide) people, no disrespect intended. The car isn't very wide and the interior shows it. Driver and front passenger must share the one armrest on the driver's seat. A/C & heating knobs are not illuminated makes them hard to see at night. Back seat room is OK. Storage area good for groceries but not much else unless you raise the rear seat and lower the seat back. Doing this we were able to get a new mower in the box inside without any problem. Almost 30,000 miles with only regular oil changes and tire rotations. No mechanical issues at all! One of the best cars we have owned. Not to mention we bought it new while offered at $10000 of of list price!

I had an overall really good experience. One thing I would recommend as an improvement is that I felt pressured to make a decision at points in the process. I understand that the role of a salesperson is to guide the customer into making a decision, but sometimes I felt that not all of my doubts were answered, or that there wasn't enough clarity on what stage of the process we were in. Additionally, the car turned out to have a malfunction on the battery two days after the purchase, which shows that the repair process wasn't done with extreme attention to detail. However, the staff was efficient and really helpful in fixing the issue and ensuring I was satisfied with my choice. The thing I'll highlight the most about the experience is the dedication to the customer and the desire for me to get a great deal.

2022 Buick Encore review

2022 Buick Encore review
I was looking for a car that had great gas mileage and still had plenty of room with a hatchback and was fun to drive. I definitely found it with the Buick Encore. It has been great in the winter with the all wheel drive also. The back seats fold down which I really like so you can fit a ton of stuff in the back like camping gear or shopping treasures. It has excellent connectivity with the cell phone with bluetooth or a usb cable. It has been easy to maintain also and have just had to do oil changes and has been super reliable. I would recommend the Encore to anyone I know and think that what you are getting for the money is hard to find in any other car on the market today.

2024 Buick Envista review
Working on 2 years now with my new Buick, looking at this vehicle from the outside you really feel like you’re looking at an expensive car, the inside of the car is nicely done for the price point. First model year for the Envista. You have to expect some issues., I had my car in twice to have the radio reprogrammed or updated whichever you wanna call it. I’ve had the sunroof motor replaced as that has worn out. I haven’t had any other issues with the vehicle, the ride is great. It’s fairly quiet, it gets great gas mileage and it totally suits my need as far as space , comfort, and appearance. There are just a couple of things that I would change about this vehicle if I could. First, I would upgrade the sound system to something better, the sound system is pretty good but I bought the Avenir and one would think that model should’ve had a premium sound system. Express up windows could’ve been added, not just expressed down. The car could’ve used some additional sound deadening material. Buick are known for being quiet vehicles, I think the additional sound deadening and also maybe an 18 inch wheel in the satin nickel finish would’ve been nice. I have the 19 inch wheels and I think the 18 inch would’ve given it a better ride but it’s still pretty decent. The car is quiet however it is not that Buick quiet that I’ve had before in other Buicks. Would I buy this car again, probably not but not because there’s anything wrong with it, just because I would probably want to change. I’m at retirement age so I did buy this vehicle knowing I’m going to keep it probably as my last vehicle. Is it a nice vehicle absolutely, is it worth the money? Absolutely, should you buy one of these that’s entirely up to you after a test driving it, but I don’t think you would be disappointed as long as you understand what you’re paying for. 2015 Buick Encore review
The car is beautiful inside. The seats are comfortable. I have a heated steering wheel and seated seats. The car has an automatic starter. I put high test in engine and the pick up is great. I put gas in the tank almost every two weeks. I love the car and would highly recommend it. Best car I ever drove.

2023 Buick Encore GX review
