I did not know they had 2018 vehicles! We worked out finance options and got a rate we were comfortable with. Definitely recommending people to go see Phillip at this location. Very nice salesman.

I came to the dealership not even in the market for a car. Our car was in for service and we had a rental for a week, which I naturally fell in love with. I decided I loved it so much that I"d check out some of the other models and when I did so, Colin Unterkofler introduced me to the car I ended up buying. I not only love my new car, but I ad such an amazing experience working with Colin while purchasing it - he's friendly, down to earth, easy to chat with, and really cares about what your concerns and needs are when it comes to your vehicle so that you are sure to walk away with what you need. I never felt pressured into choosing a vehicle, and felt comfortable that I had seen all my options before making my decision. I walked away thrilled with my choice in both my vehicle and my salesman! I couldn't recommend either any more.
My experience at Audi Chantilly was terrific. Perusing vehicles online and saw a used one I was interested in online. Enquired about its availablity and got immediate responses from two sales associates. Made an appointment to test drive. Evening before test drive, received email to say vehicle was still available. Upon arrival at dealership, vehicle was sitting outside in front of the showroom (anticipating my test drive!). The dealership is large, expansive and immaculately kept. My sales associate, Mamta, was exemplary. She assured all my needs were met while test driving, getting information about the vehicle, discussing price, final sale and paperwork/documents to be completed. Drove home that evening in an exceptionally clean & well-maintained used Audi A5 Cabriolet. Even gift-boxed spare key and extra key ring...Very classy touch!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. Aaron really took the time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. He has a great relationship with all his customers and even makes sure every visit is great after you bought your car. When you spend money on a new car you not only want great customer service but you want to buy it from someone who actually cares about your needs.
Great service I purchase a 2013 toyota tacoma the following week I got check engine light on I call Lisa plummer service manager and she toll me to bring the car nex day I drove the car to the chop Mr`pepe check my toyota he found the problem and make an scheduled to change the part great team work keep doing it and also Mr Mallie sales did very good job too
I saw the car I was looking for a good while for a great price at Sullivan’s. Got a prompt response when I called to see if the car was still available and came up from Southern NC. My salesman Brad was awesome in answering any questions I had and even checked in for my ETA the day of to make sure the car was ready at the front of the lot for me to check out.
No hassle at all or pressure in the slightest. Took it out for a test drive and was sold already. The car ran great and was in great shape as described by Brad. The trading and buying process was a breeze and I ended up getting more than what would normally be offered for the car on KBB. The GSM, Mr. Will Sullivan was beyond a class act. Very respectful, articulate, and very understanding. He’s a great guy who runs his business the right way. He took care of our paper work in no time, was extremely patient and willing to explain and address any questions or concerns. A real stand up gentleman. He locked us in a great APR, explained all warranty options and was very transparent and honest on fees and every other small, intricate detail other managers wouldn’t readily share with a customer. I couldn’t be happier with the trading process here.
After everything was signed and ready, Brad personally hand washed and assisted the detailing staff and had the car prepped and ready to go shining in no time. He’s a class act as a salesmen. Highly recommend reaching out to him if you have any questions on anything on their lot. He will respond promptly and do what he can to make sure everything is ready to go.
Sullivan has a HUGE selection and quite honestly, one of the most impressive lot and detailing/service bay you could find anywhere. They are the epitome of good business and honest values. Give these guys a visit, it’s well worth the trip and you’ll be treated with respect and feel at ease with some of the stress that comes with used car buying.

No-pressure sales people. Have bought two cars here; both from Russell. Highly recommended.
There is no indoor showroom which makes shopping a bit sporty on a cold, windy or rainy day. But Russell happily brought the cars (plural) we were interested in seeing right up to the door for us.
Did I mention no-pressure. That is different from no-hassle which means take it or leave it. In the end, Lindsay will deal on the price, especially if you are trading in.
This is an old-school dealership with up-to-date technology.
Was very good they took there time and helped me the best they could I really appreciate all the effort and time spent during this process.
