I see people waste their money on the the new jeep grand wagonnier and shake my head on the daily. For the price they could have better luxury and fewer recalls.

We just purchased the 2021 Escalade Sport and it's been a wonderful addition to our family. The looks from inside and out are amazing with the updated features throughout. My family is very happy about the new car with it's spacious interior and the drive is very smooth for being such a big luxury SUV. Cadillac did a wonderful update on their flagship SUV and we're very glad to have to tow our 4 kids around.

Hands down a great dealership! Omar helped me during the purchase of my Mazda 3 which I got at a great deal! Not expensive and only 26k miles! Omar was AMAZING! Super nice and friendly. I couldn’t have asked to work with a better salesman. He was not pushy and did not hassle me like most car salesmen. He was considerate and wanted to make sure I was 100% positive about purchasing my car before I did. He told me there was no rush in my decision and that he didn’t want me to have any regrets. When test driving the car I only noticed a couple of speakers that were blown and the BSM light was blinking (otherwise in pristine condition). When I returned from my test drive I told Omar about it and he immediately spoke to his manager and assured me that they were going to take care of both at no extra cost to me which they did (with no hesitation.) I had even told him how much my daughter loved teslas because they had 2 on the lot at the time of my purchase and when I went to pick up my car he was kind enough to make her entire day by giving her a test ride in a Tesla! I can’t express enough how awesome my experience was working with them. I would be more than willing to make another trip to RDU Auto again in the future for my next car purchase. As a previous Escalade owner, and the current owner of the newly designed Navigator, and the 2020 CT6 sedan; my recent experience purchasing the 21’ Cadillac Escalade Sport has been second to none. I purchased the upgraded leather seats, and options including the premiere 36 speaker sound system. The vehicle is smooth riding, technologically advanced, and has unique features including the air bag system. People haven’t stopped complimenting the vehicle, and it’s been a fantastic experience. Plenty of room, and lots of fun to drive!

This truck is great once I get everything taking care of. My 4x4 actuator is acting up and I never driven in 4x4. When it's good it's very good!

Ben and Shelby were outstanding in getting things resolved with my car. Shelby patiently listened to my concerns during our initial call and remained calm, although I was a bit upset. Ben (Shelby’s manager) was very patient, knowledgeable, and accommodating from start to finish—he ensured that every single issue with my car was thoroughly explored and explained to me. By end of day on 06/08/2022, my car had received all necessary repairs and in good working condition. This successful resolution would not have been possible with the overwhelming response from Ben and Shelby. I will continue to take my car to Kia of Raleigh, when necessary. Outstanding resolution.

Great beginning, awkward issue, great ending: I bought a nice looking 2012 red Jeep Patriot manual transmission, beige floors & seats: my dreamed vehicle not being manufactured anymore. Mr Charles, the seller, is superb on customer service: not pushy, allowed appropiate time for info/questions, and let me drive out that same day, although I was still pending secondary earnings docms. Took the vehicle to Jeep for a used-vehicle inspection. They said vehicle was corroded underneath to affect the brakes, and it was unsafe to drive. Contacted the seller's service manager, they inspected the vehicle, assured it was not unsafe, corrosion was superficial, and to address my concerns, offered sandblasting for a minimal $10 courtesy charge. Also, I learned from their service manager, prior to buy, customers are allowed to bring vehicles to private used-vehicles inspections for a more informed decision. At a time with little cars available, I get to go home driving my safe-dreamed vehicle!!🥳

Super comfortable, easy to park, and second row bucket seats are a must for easy access. The paint is premium white. Rear seats remove easily.

I went for an oil change without an appointment and was told by the service person Jaymar that I could not get my oil changed that day and had to come back. I love an hour away and was in the area, hoping I wouldn’t have to make the long drive for the oil change. The way Jaymar told me made me actually feel good about doing it! Her style was amazing. I don’t remember receiving disappointing information like this before and walking away feeling so good about it!

We upgraded from a 2014 Escalade to a 2016 Escalade we are super happy with the new ride and the new technology in our vehicle.

Cadillac is king! By far the best truck I’ve owned. Great on gas as it as flex fuel feature. Very comfortable and stylish.. love the heated and AC seats, TVs and a tone of cool features.

Most reliable vehicle I ever owned. Comfortable, reliable and a commanding view of the road. I had it serviced by local Caddy dealer for seven years, every 5K miles, oil/tire rotation/full service wash for under $100. Original tires lasted 68K miles. Just “sold” it to my son. Waiting for the new 2021 model.

Simply just the best full size SUV imo. Excellent power. Great styling and ride for a "truck". Love everything about it. Elegant, great power and handling.
