Bought the ‘19 in ‘18 off the lot at 90K- have never held onto a vehicle this long. I can not upgrade this model- better then the ‘23 thanks to world issues that affect vehicle manufacturing. Excellent ride, comfort, and superior durability. My vehicle is pristine and l love it. 40 years old, over 25 brand new purchases and this one is still a daily driver!!!

I was contacted by Weatherford Honda and we discussed a 2OO7 Ford Shelby that was for sale. The main problem I had was that the dealership is about five hours away from my home and it was to far to visit.

Test drove several models and found that the Platinum Luxury model was fitting for me since I didn't like the sport models all blacked out. The 2023 model is very classy looking yet gives you the presidential feel from the inside. Worth the money to see it turns heads!

Test drove it and the turning radius was best I have EVER had a vehicle turn. Did U turn and easily stayed in the inside lane. So comfortable and rides so smooth!The vehicle of my dream! I may never learn all the perks but taking that one day at a time!

While I have been a Mercedes owner for the past forty-five years, Cadillac simply has a better SUV that was give me pleasure for many years.

I initially walked in late in the evening with no appointment with my 88 y/o Mom who I wanted to make sure she could get in and out of the MDX I had my eye on. Liz was kind enough to bring the MDX next to our car to see if Mom could get in and out with her walker. Liz was patient and friendly with my Mom and knew it was important to me to have her comfortable and safe. I made an appointment for the next day to properly test-drive various MDXs. Liz listened to my preferences and concerns then remembered a specific MDX they had on the lot, so she brought it over for me to see. She warned me as she wasn't sure if I'd like the interior color...I took one look and said “I love it” - Red Italian leather! The 3rd MDX we test drove was the charm! I purchased a used 2021 model Sport and after being very impressed sold it in order to get a 2022 Sport with Super Cruise, which I absolutely love. I love all of the new technology, with the exception of Apple Car Play. I had a 2016 prior to this generation and was surprised that the gas mileage is actually better on the newer one. The ride is the best ever.

This is my first Escalade and my wife and I love everything about this vehicle. We shopped other vehicles but decided on the Escalade and learning about the features and the ride quality. Have 5,700 miles and thus far everything has been outstanding. We purchased the Sport model and really like the way it looks both inside and out.

I have owned Mercedes GLS, Lincoln Navigator, Infiniti QX80, and now Escalade ESV. The Escalade has been my favorite. I now have 120,000 miles on it and have only had to replace shocks. Electronics work beautifully, it is unbelievably comfortable, and there is nothing like the looks of an Escalade! My only complaint is the well-known 1st to 2nd gear occasional kick from the transmission. Dealer has looked at it multiple times (flushed & reprogrammed) with not much luck. 2WD most of the time and throw it into Auto 4WD when Ohio winters hit and this thing eats snow and grabs the road like you wouldn’t believe. Have never even switched it to 4High or 4Lo. Well done, Cadillac!

Very easy to work with. The car I was interested in sold a before I arrived. They rep showed me a few other options and let me test drive two other vehicles. Those vehicles didn’t work out, but I’m hoping to do business with them soon.

Everything was great! The customer service was outstanding. Facilities were clean, and everyone was friendly. I always come back to this location for service & new vehicles.

I live in California and while visiting my daughter in Fort Worth my 2011 FX50s broke down needing a starter. I called the Infiniti dealership in Dallas which was close and they told me that they may not work on it because of its age. I contacted Grubbs Infiniti in Grapevine and they immediately told me that they will fix it so I can drive back to California. They did exceptional work and and the service manager was attentive to any questions or concerns I had I recommend Grubbs and super satisfied with the work done on my 2011 FX50s.

Bought a used XC90 from them and it went smooth...price was better than most anyone I could find and I got in and out in about 2 hours all in. overall pretty happy and surely happy with the crazy low price I got. will come back.

This is luxury. Cadillac did a great job combining tech, luxury, & quality. The leather & real wood accents are amazing. The tech is awesome. The comfort is real.
