We were searching for a gently used XT5, and Delaware Cadillac had one that looked great. Mike Cassidy was our salesperson, and he was terrific. Price, color, and options were just what we wanted. Cutting the deal was easy. When we arrived a few days later to pick up the car, the detailing of the vehicle was as good as I have seen, and I have owned a pile of cars. Put is next to one brand new and don't look at the odometer, and there is now way you could tell it was not brand spanking new. We love the car, and appreciate the professional treatment we had at Delaware Cadillac.

Bob Barrett is a real asset to Lexus of Wilmington. He is very professional and is a real gentleman who exhibits all of these traits during the buying process. I have purchased four ES 350's from Bob and I value our relationship.
Overall, I have always had a successful experience with Keyser Miller. I have used Them for both of the Escapes that I use...one 1 own & 1 I lease from Them. My Salesman (Rick) and the Service Desk, for example Mark have always been nice to work with.
I have been dealing with Armen Cadillac for 17 years and have found the sales people to be courteous and friendly as are the service staff. It is a pleasure to do business with an agency that seems to definitely appreciate, and wants to keep your, business!
I had the pleasure of working with Mike Young and Richie Garchitorena when I bought my first car (just last Monday!).
They were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The entire process was so relaxing and they made everything so easy to understand as well. I really couldn't have asked for a better experience (or better help) buying my first car.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

We are divided with our experience at Danis Auto. Dealership offered good customer service, but did we not receive a fair price for our trade-in. Recommend others to sell their vehicle privately. As for their Service Shop, everyone seemed grumpy and Manager was extremely rude! Still waiting for correct molding missing from vehicle???
This review is to update the review left by me the other day. After speaking with the manager John, I was fully informed as to what actually occurred and the meaning behind it all therefore I want to update and again recommend this dealership to any and everyone. I was upset due to my sister being upset and due to the information not being fully explained I immediately made an assumption which caused me to leave the review. Again things were definitely rectified and I am now at peace along with my sister and do feel the need to update the review and making a public apology due to being misinformed. Dani's has always caught my attention due to the way they assist everyone on a case by case basis along with the way they go the extra mile to help someone who really needs the help. Again I apologize and will remove the review this evening. LaShawn is now happy and will be helped if possible therefore KUDO'S to Dani's auto sales for their above and beyond customer service!!!
My wife and I had a great experience with F.C. Kerbeck when purchasing our new 2017 GMC Acadia. The sales person Greg Henkel was awesome to deal with. He did not pressure us in anyway and that is one thing I respect. The dealership itself was awesome to deal with. My 7 year old daughter was starting to get hungry after being there a few hours and the dealership went and bought us lunch. I would strongly recommend this dealership and sales person to anyone looking to buy a new car. I would give them 10 STARS if I could!!

Mine was an entirely a long-distance transaction. Seeing the car I wanted in an Internet listing, I had an easy time dealing with the sales person, Mr. Cala. He was helpful and responsive. Paperwork concluding the transaction is a different matter. They have their procedures. For example, a document that required notarization was notarized when I went to someone and signed the document before her. No, says the dealership. The fact the document I signed conformed to the one they sent which said "subscribed before me" was not what they wanted. They wanted me to sign the document and then a day or so later their notary would sign as if I had been before her on the date by my signature. Also, I was required to sign a form that said that I knew as a fact that the dealership did not engage in predatory lending practices! Oh the legal advice they are getting! The information they gave me about the car, their willingness to arrange and pay for its shipment to me, and Mister Cala's efforts, compensated for the tyranny of their forms and procedures.
Love doing business with F.C. Kerbeck. Staff very professional and they make the buying/service experience easy and pleasant. Plus, they do great work and always stand behind what they do!
