I purposely avoid dealerships due to all the hassles, but my experience at Earnhardt Cadillac Chandler was amazing. I saw a vehicle online and made some tentative contact, not expecting much as I had not bought from a dealer in over 25 years. Everything worked out in the process and I have my new-to-me vehicle which was awesome. The team, Peter, Andy, Luke, had everything ready for me so when I drove in from Tucson, all I had to do was inspect, drive, sign and head home in about 30 minutes. Awesome experience.
This is my 3rd new car from Coulter, that in itself says volumes. Allen was great as always, our 2018 Terrain is wonderful and sits nicely next to the Acadia Limited I bought the last time. I highly recommend Coulter to anyone wanting to purchase their next vehicle.
Recently my husband and I bought our third Lexus from Superstition Springs Lexus. As with the last two experiences buying from this dealer, we have not been disappointed. Eddie and Mark were the two salesmen who helped us- which is another example of the professionalism shown by everyone at this dealership.
We had been in the day before and had to leave suddenly. Returning the next day, I mistakenly gave the wrong name when I asked if the gentleman from the previous day could finalize the sale. Thinking he was not on site, another gentleman completed the paperwork.
The general manager, knowing we had another place to be, did all that he could to expedite the sale. We were able to have a great car, at an amazing price, with a sale completed in less than 90 minutes.
We have NEVER had a problem with a Lexus and find the service department to be impeccable as well.

Both Brian and Victor made the vehicle purchase process so painless. They did everything to make the process easy and straight-forward. My most recent visit started with a recall repair but I decided to have the oil changed and the car detailed - and am absolutely thrilled with the detailing result, not to mention the friendly, efficient and courteous treatment provided by everyone I come into contact with, during every visit. I would like to first and foremost thank Sandrena Schumacher for how well she treated my wife and I while purchasing our new 2018 Escalade Platinum at Earnhardt Cadillac Scottsdale. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and had such a friendly and kind demeanor. She followed up the next day to make sure we were happy with our purchase and invited my wife back to help her understand the features of the vehicle better. Overall, the best Cadillac purchase experience!
Our first experience at another dealership was a bit disappointing as the salesperson did not know the vehicle well enough (thankfully we did our research before), but faith restored with Cadillac thanks to Sandrena and the rest of the team!

My faith has been restored in the car buying process! My salesperson Sandrena was truly working for us and helping us get the best deal possible on the vehicle we were interested in. She even went as far as to come in on her day off to help us negotiate and work the deal. I was truly impressed with her commitment to serve her customer. Peter in the financing department was equally impressive and did a wonderful job of explaining but kept the process moving. I would highly recommend this dealership and will be sending all my referrals to Sandrena. She truly understands her customer, their needs and is very easy to work with.
It took a bit but worked out a great deal with them. Also, I had an Instant Cash Buyout from KBB which made trading in my old car super easy. The only down side was it took FOREVER to get to the finance team. I understand it was busy, but if you're going to have a sale...staff for the sale in all areas! Overall though I was pleased. Juan my salesman was excellent!
Everyone in the collision department was wonderful to me Liz helped me out and Everett was very kind to me as well. I am sorry I don't remember the other gentlemen's name but he was very kind as well. I felt like I was treated as a family member and they went above and beyond to help me out. Thank you all for your kindness and my car is beautiful..
We're from out of town and needed an oil change. Angel assisted us with a smile. Also, he was kind enough to offer us a loaner as we did not have an appointment and the estimated wait time was at least 5 hours. He even suggested a couple of restaurants that he thought we would enjoy. Really nice gentleman. A real asset to the company.

I had a wonderful all-around experience at the 99th avenue Carmax in Tolleson. The staff were very cheerful, respectful, and professional, especially my salesperson, Gabby. I found the best car for me. This Carmax is very organised and stress-free. I would highly recommend anyone shopping for a vehicle to visit Carmax.
