I have been a customer of Performance Toyota in Fairfield for decades, and the reason is three-fold: Abby Couch, Chris Patton and Joe Corvi. Joe has been since retired from service and he was professional to the max! Knew his stuff and was so knowledgeable. Next came Abby, and I will have no other person handling my service issues than this gifted, caring individual. She explains service as if she's doing the work. Very smart. Most of all, she's super nice and sets me at ease with any repair needed. A month ago my 2013 Scion was totaled by another driver. My wife and I needed a new car, and because my dealings with Abby and Joe have been so wonderful in the past we headed to the Performance lot in search for our new car. We weren't dealing with Abby or Joe in this venture. Instead we were helped by Chris "CP" Patton. I'm easy to please, not so my wife. But CP did a great job of matching her up with a car that has turned out to be a "car of her dream"....a black 2024 Toyota Corolla! CP knows how to make car buying enjoyable as he explained to us the fine details (warranty, etc) in an easy-to-understanding way. 2018 Cadillac XT5 review
We own two XT 5’s 2017 AWD and 2018 FWD. I can not recommend these vehicles more highly. Eight years with the 2017 and no major issues at all. Regular oil changes and have been diligent with manufacturing recommended services. The vehicle is comfortable, reliable and I am keeping it to the end. 78,500 miles by the way. The 2018 is 6 months old with me. I purchased it with 18,000 miles. Just finished having all fluids flushed, plugs changed out and some high quality tires on it, and look for to owning it for the long haul. I am very impressed with these vehicles. They feel solid in inclimate weather, handle exceptionally well and the fit and feel are top notch!

2018 Cadillac XT5 review
Previously I had a GM Blazer that was the worst car I’ve ever hard. So I was afraid to buy another GM car. But this 2018 XT5 should be on some kind of special 10 out of 10 list. I found this car on a Cadillac dealer’s lot with only 700 miles on it. I guess I got lucky because in 8 years I had a small AC issue and nothing else! It handles incredibly and never seems to have any issues! I can only hope it continues for another 8 years. It is great!

2023 Cadillac XT5 review
This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.

2017 Cadillac XT5 review
Comfort in a car is important Smooth driving and pushes power whenever you accelerate. Love it but not the brake recall. My dog looks forward to car rides. She (dog) feels like royalty when she rolls in mama's lac.

The XT5 has met all of our expectations in handling, performance and comfort. The 3.6 engine has excellent mileage and power. Interior is very comfortable and stylish. Bought car after lease expired. car is really reliable. No major problems. 1 drawback is not great gas mileage. 3.6 engine is very responsive. Overall good reliable car.

2019 Cadillac XT5 review
The XT5 is a great car that is quick, comfortable, fun to drive and it stands out from a crowded suv market. There is very little I would change. I like the 310 hp V6, 8 speed transmission and the brakes are smooth while performing quick stops very well. I do not care for the run / stop feature on the XT5 or any car for that matter. The fit and finish were impressive as well.

2023 Cadillac XT5 review
Got the XT5 Sport from Paul Conte Cadillac in Freeport, great dealership & great car. has nice power and handles well. reminds me of GMC Acadia Denali I used to have. drove the loaner 26 model for a couple of days, and it has much better electronics + heads up display.

2017 Cadillac XT5 review
Good interior quality, beefy, spacious and well built. Predictable handling in all weather and road conditions. Not so comfy but your ride is always safe. Regular maintenance is not so expensive.
