The Luxury and comfort leveli is not the same that. people got from the early 2000's and earlier models.Disappointing and makes you wonder why you are paying an upcharge over a basic gm or chevrolet of same size just for the name

Took my car in because I was alerted by Malfunction Indicator. Bill Dowd took it in for troubleshooting. A part was ordered and we were taken home by Uber. Car was ready in a day and a half and an Audi employee picked me up to get car. It was hassle free?.
2018 Cadillac XT5 review
Previously I had a GM Blazer that was the worst car I’ve ever hard. So I was afraid to buy another GM car. But this 2018 XT5 should be on some kind of special 10 out of 10 list. I found this car on a Cadillac dealer’s lot with only 700 miles on it. I guess I got lucky because in 8 years I had a small AC issue and nothing else! It handles incredibly and never seems to have any issues! I can only hope it continues for another 8 years. It is great!

I walked in cold and was in & out in less than 2 hours. Buying a salvage car isn’t without some risk but it can be worth it if you find the right car. I’ll definitely be looking these guys up next time - no pressure, they didn’t waste my time and met me halfway on everything I asked for/about. My salesman Jesus was great - no games, a professional. Daniel in finance made things super easy too. I only have good things to say about the buying process.

Absolutely one of the best experiences my husband and I have had. The service department is amazing. Organized. Honest. Efficient. Great communicators. We truly appreciate everything they have done to keep our Kia Sorento in top shape. We will be buying a new car soon, and knowing the service department is so great will weight heavily into our decision.
2020 Cadillac XT5 review
Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.

I picked up my 2024 Ford F-150 from the Draper location. The process was smooth and went well. Landen did a great job following up with me through the several times we returned to drive different trucks! The manager was also very helpful as we walked through the process! It's a really well run business! I recommend Autosavvy of Draper for sure! Great experience overall!

Amazing team, amazing car. I'm not sure what the other review is referring to, but they were all professionals, including the previous GM that was kind enough to take the time to continue to assist me AFTER he left. I do know that most wordy reviews come from frustrated people that are usually unreasonable. I wouldn't buy or Service a Cadillac anywhere else.

Dead honest review from a real person.... Absolutely one of the best car dealer experiences I've had. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and friendly but Al C was just beyond exceptional in personality and very respectful unlike several other dealers I've met with recently. Did everything he could to make my experience the best it could be and have a nice variety of cars. Dealership is clean, staff are excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to buy again from these guys!

2023 Cadillac XT5 review
This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.

Bergstrom Cadillac of MadisonReviews
Bergstrom Cadillac of Madison review
I highly recommend Bergstrom Cadillac of Madison. They guided me in the right direction when I needed a reliable vehicle for not only myself, but my newborn as well. Their upfront pricing made the entire car buying process incredibly easy. Not only did Seth and Kyle listen to my requests but they made helpful suggestions. They showed great communication and knowledge when answering all of my questions. In fact, everyone who I encountered was professional and polite. I left the dealership more informed and satisfied with my purchase. I will definitely purchase my next vehicle from here. Thanks again, guys!

McGonigal Buick, Cadillac review
We took our car to have the breaks replaced. They told my husband that they would not be able to have it completed that day because they needed to order a part. They drove my husband approx. 30 miles to our house. The next day, they delivered our car to our house They brought 2 cars, so my husband did not have to drive them back. So kind and thoughtful of our time. The service is excellent.

Jarvis was an extremely good sales person. Very helpful and never pushy. Was extremely patient while we waited for our check from our previous car to settle the transaction. Definitely a Jarvis, Buick and Bob Brady dealership fan!!

Suburban Cadillac of PlymouthReviews
Suburban Cadillac of Plymouth review
I had an amazing experience purchasing my used 2020 Jeep Cherokee back in May 2025. The salesman, John Griffin was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I shared my requirements and budget, he worked to make it all happen. He secured a great financing rate and found the Jeep of my dreams. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and I absolutely love my Jeep! John, your professionalism and salesmanship truly stood out, making this car-buying experience one of the best I've ever had. Thank you once again, John, and the entire team at Suburban Cadillac of Plymouth, for making my car-buying dreams come true. I will definitely be recommending your services to friends and family.
2026 Cadillac XT5 review
Great car. This is my 3rd new XT5. I got the car with optional V6 engine so it has plenty of power. I also got the car with Premium Luxury option, so it is loaded with nice features.
