You guys were great, easy process. Was needing to replace a service truck, and these guys were awesome. They made everything easy, and the process was smooth.

I previously leased a 2014 and was heartbroken when I had to return it end of lease in 2017. I picked up a used 2015 in 2020 and it has been as much pleasure to drive as the previous one. Both were 2.0L turbos, 4WD. I am in Canada, and it performs well, especially in winter, with winter tires of course. The ride is stiff but responsive. Comfort is great in the front. Consider this a two-seater unless you are only putting young kids or people you dislike in the cramped, unheated rear seats. Everything about driving this car is a joy. The acceleration, the handling, the sound system, the brakes, I could go on. Everything about the CUE system is of course abysmal. The design, the reliability, the fact that every once in a while it comes up with a nag screen reminding you to keep your eyes on the road, which you have to take your eyes off the road to dismiss. I bought the 2015 with a broken screen, knowing that I could replace it myself for 1/10th of what the dealer was charging, as I had to do this with my SRX - twice! Both side mirrors have failed and are now secured with epoxy. You would think that a company that has been around for 100 years or so would know how to make side mirrors? But I know that they also don't know how to make headlights, because (as already mentioned) I also own an SRX. If you can put up with the annoyances (which I can), this is a great car.

Was working with 4 different KIA dealerships looking for a specific color and make of a 2023 Telluride. Absolutely love this SUV. beautiful in every way. after 88k miles there are only 2 negative things i can possibly say 1) the auto-braking feature while backing up will give you whiplash if somebody walks the vehicle but its a good thing just very violent. 2) she is the biggest thing on the road that you dont need a special license for which makes my wife terrified to drive it. she has definitely become a passenger princess in it which i kinda dont mind because i get to enjoy the joy of driving it all to myself.

Derek was a great service advisor. Got me in and out pretty quickly for how much maintenance was performed. Overall I?m happy with their service.

The vehicle has been good so far. I like the handling and style. I would like to see a little more padding on the console where my knee rests. It would make it more comfortable. The seats could use a little work also. I have a Ram truck and the seats are more comfortable.

I'm trading my 2019 CT6 after two years. Have really enjoyed this car. There is no better highway cruising car ever, it's incredibly smooth but tightly built, not sloppy ever. Great gas mileage, very peppy, and beautiful. The electronics are very easy to understand. The only complaint- driver's seat too short, I'm 5'11", long legs, and I had a buy a bolster cushion. Otherwise, I've loved it. Trading up to a BMW 8 series for more excitement.

Best truck I've ever owned. The ride is smooth and turns heads wherever I go. Only cons I have are the Bose stereo was not very good and the wheels were not too nice. I upgraded the stereo with a touchscreen pioneer app radio, changed all the door speakers with components and added subwoofers on a midgate box. Also upgraded the 17" wheels to 24" forged wheels and now my truck is a headturner. Gas milage is not the greatest but who buys an Escalade for that? Smiles per gallon is what its all about!

Having owned 1 srx and 2 xt5. Now an xt4, I think it is the most appealing. My loaded sport has all the luxury and safety features. I drive it in sport for kicks, and 2wd for economy. If you don't need cargo space but like the xt5, go for it! Enjoy!

Got my CT5 about 5 months ago...it is everything I expect from Cadillac. Love the interior and the exterior style reeks of class and performance! The police have flagged me down only to compliment the car! I'm a GM girl and they continue to make me proud. LOVE my CT5! :+)

The CT5 sport looks great and rides great. I don't have any complaints, everything is great so far. The dealer, Dimmitt Cadillac in St Pete has been great as well.

A pleasure to drive. Virtually no turbo-lag, responsive, comfortable and stylish to boot. My Premium Luxury has all the optional packages including massaging seats (great for my wife, who suffers from chronic back issues). Drove many competitors, but none could measure up overall to this SUV.

Recently bought a used car here ~ I went to get the car's emissions test done right after I drove it off the lot & it failed the emissions test due to the check engine light suddenly coming on. I took the car back ~ they identified the problem. They said, "We WILL fix this." Not only did they order a new part for the car ~ THEY took the car for the emissions test ~ they loaned me a car to get back & forth to work. My car passed the emissions test straightaway ~ and they had my car ready for me to pick up LESS than 24 hours from the beginning of of this issue. Ralph & his crew are truly AMAZING! I didn't buy the most expensive car on the lot, but you would never know it by the way Austin Roper gave me executive treatment! This is my 2nd SRX Performance, unfortunately my first, a 2014, was totaled on a back road here in Southern Lancaster County PA. That car rolled and flipped during the crash that I WALKED AWAY FROM!! Thanks go to all the airbags in the Cadilac!! That wreck convinced my to buy the 2015 I presently own. I currently have over 204,000 miles on my car that I have driven all over the country as a traveling electrician and the dependability of this vehicle has been unmatched from any other vehicle I have owned. That being said, the only thing that has let me down is the CUE screen. Seems as if the screen internally separating was a known issue that GM/Cadillac left us hanging on. It's a very expensive repair from Cadillac but can be fixed if you have the time and mechanical ability fairly inexpensively. I'm sure I have the capability to purchase a new aftermarket screen and repair it, just don't have the time nor the desire at this point to go through all the hassle. Again, Cadillac should have already fixed this problem but unfortunately they ignored it. I'm actually looking for another low mileage SRX to have on standby for when or if my current car fails me.

I just perched this SUV and I like it alot it's a very nice machine I'm glad I bought it. This thing got some go to it she handles great. I made her do fish tails on take off it was a test since I'm a test driver and she passed the test.

My salesman was Michael Meis at John Elway Cadillac, they treated me well. I purchased a used Tesla, they were the ONLY dealer that knew how to apply the IRS rebate up front. No hidden fees or scammy stuff. Michael Meis was great in sales as was Jonathan (manager) and the rest of the team, wonderful dealership experience which is rare these days.
