Like it very much nice car and it was the one of choice out of three and it was Cadillac CTS and e350 Mercedes and Lexus 350 and I chose the Cadillac CTS
I made an appointment for a Saturday and was told the service would take an hour and a half. It ended up to be a four hour wait. My service representative was great and apologized, but I think this was a little excessive for a routine service.
We only have the vehicle a few days and we love it

The vehicle is great, exterior styling, interior styling, comfort, and performance is far beyond what we expected. Rides nice , handles nice and is an eye catcher.

I think the car is stylish. It is definitely the right fit for my family and me. The car seemed to be in excellent condition. What I like most about the car is, it rides so smoothly and it handles very well. I almost feel like I'm floating on a cloud while driving. My last car purchase was 20 years ago and I have always purchased foreign cars, but I think I will stick with this brand! I am absolutely satisfied with my purchase.
I worked with David Bush and Travis Jones. They were extremely helpful, prompt and courteous. They also provided excellent customer service working out my lease pull-ahead details over the phone, which enabled me to quickly complete the paperwork once I got to the Hennessey Cadillac dealership to pick up my new car.

This is not only the best car I've ever owned but it is the best value in its class. It is supremely comfortable and yet performs like a sports sedan. Even though it is a large car it drives like a much smaller one and gets 22 miles a gallon with a powerful V6.
Easy process. In and out within an hour. David was knowledgeable and efficient. Will recommend David and dealership to friends and family. It was worth the drive.

Compared the disaster BMW X5 4.0e that I own the Cadillac SRX was a standout winner in any comparison. Gas mileage was OK. Onstar is peace of mind at cheap price and unlike the BMW app, the Cadillac iPhone app works every time to lock/unlock or pre-heat/cool the car. I will NEVER make the mistake of choosing a BMW crossover over a Cadillac again.
Over the top experience and first class all the way!! Len Allen was my sales agent and I had outstanding experience through the entire process. He was patient and found me the perfect car. I highly recommend Len and the entire Hennessy team!

While researching affordable used cars (my budget was around $25,000) I used cars.com. I knew I could afford a new car in that price range, but you've got to have some creature comforts. I looked at a lot of possible choices, some I had never considered before. One of those happened to be a 2017 Cadillac XTS - Luxury edition. And for a one owner, certified used car, I hit the jackpot. I didn't realize that waiting a year and buying this model would allow me the pleasure of driving the smooth riding, Apple car playing, heated/ventilated seats, auto parking/spot searching, wifi enabling car at about half of the nearly $50,000 original price tag.
David Bush was great to work with and made the car buying process easy. He ensured that I was happy with the vehicle.
I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy / trade a vehicle.

I bought an off-lease 2017 with 36k miles. I've driven it for a couple of months and love it so far. The auto stop/start takes a little getting used to, and if I'm going through a drive thru I sometimes pull it down into Manual just so it doesn't stop and start so many times.
The exterior styling turns heads, and the interior is very luxurious and comfortable. It's a true pleasure to drive, and the automatic braking has already prevented a possible collision in a parking lot. The lane keep assist is also a great feature, especially if you are someone who gets sleepy driving.
I was fortunate to have David Bush as my salesman Saturday. He was very helpful in finding the auto I wanted and never felt pressured. I left feeling like I made new friends and could call on David with any need I have. It was a pleasant experience. David saw to our every need. I would highly recommend Hennessey and David to my friends and family.

Third Caddy we've owned in the last five years. Turned in a 2016 SRX for the 2019 XT4 Premium Luxury and find it is light years better than the SRX and we really liked the SRX. Very quiet, smooth ride, fantastic acceleration, well styled and comfortable interior, really like the massage seats for long trips. Entertainment system is very good. Back seat passengers have plenty of room. And, it runs on regular gasoline.
Chad went above and beyond expected service. I live in SC and connected with Chad on the internet. Once Chad and I agreed on the car and price he kept me in the loop constantly on its delivery. The delivery was late due to a recall, so rather than having me come to Atlanta he delivered the car personally to me over Thanksgiving weekend after the car arrived at the dealership. Could not have asked for better service.

I came in to buy a new car after my old one broke down on me in Monroe. I was only supposed to be in Athens for a day and in turned into two. Tahir helped me pick out the perfect car for me, completely new, little down payment, and great interest rate! The process was so fast, I didn't even realize we were done. The longest part was waiting for it to be detailed at the end. (There was a massive truck in front of me, so it took a minute). If I had to do it again (hopefully not for a while), I would make the trip out to Athens. It's worth great service with a non-pushy salesman.

Very comfortable ride. Love the height from the ground. Only downside are the headlights, the low beams are completely inadequate. The high beams are great.
We have bought three cars from RBM, all from Eric Konigsberg, who has gone above and beyond what we have experienced at any other car dealer over the years. We'll buy our next one from him as well. Service had also been excellent. In over 20 years we have had only two service reps. Dennis Phillips is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Here is email I sent to Dale Harrison, General Manager: Good Afternoon All, I wanted to take a few minutes of your time to express to you the great experience I encountered on Saturday leasing my first of many mercedes I plan to lease. It started with Lynette Brown, a friend of mine who works in your Corporate office taking time to inform me of the many incentives Mercedes offer for purchase or lease. She referred me to Casey while taking time to contact her on my behalf. When I finally connected with Casey I set an appointment to see her thinking she was in sales. She was extremely helpful and made herself available to meet me Saturday at the showroom only to find out she works in Finance; but informed me she was going to get me someone to assist me and she did. Not a lot of leg room in second and third rows; needs hi-test gasoline; was told this as I was handed the keys; was shocked because my other Escalade did not require hi-test; the rear door does not open or close properly; thought I was buying a demo car; after purchase it was called a used car, which means you do not get full five-year warranties; pretty shoddy presentation
Usual bait and switch car ad. Ad stated 21k for a Ford Mustang GT but when contacted the price was 30k. Talked to a sales rep about other cars in inventory and literally every car she sent info on was priced over the budget we discussed.

This car is awesome. Its smooth like a luxury car, handles and corners like a sport cars. The the interior has made options even at the base model.

This car drives well, feels good, and is inexpensive to own. It services like a Chevy, Uses Regular Gas, I am not worried about driving it through the car wash. The Trunk is enormous and the back seats fold down for even more space.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.

Why would you take out the air shocks in the 2018 , my 2013 had leveling air shocks and drove like a dream . This 2018 takes bumps really bad, just bought it brand new and can’t stand the ride.
