I needed a new battery for my car which was still under warranty. I called the dealership where I purchased it but unfortunately they couldn?t fit me in for three days. I called Hudson Buick and they told me to bring the car over, they drop me off at the mall for a little while came and picked me up on my car was done. Great experience.

The CT5 sport looks great and rides great. I don't have any complaints, everything is great so far. The dealer, Dimmitt Cadillac in St Pete has been great as well.

We drove 2 hours from CT to purchase this Toyota 4Runner. James was very accommodating in making the deal work as quick as possible. Having to deal with an issue of our trade in during the week James did all the calls to make it go smoothly. The car was ready the following weekend and the deal was quick and we were on our way. Very happy with the deal and would make the trip again and again knowing they made the transaction as smoothly as it went. Few weeks later my husband noticed we were missing the key for the locked wheels. So that we did not have to go all the way back to NY James hooked us up with a key at one of our local Toyota dealers. Thanks James for being so patient and making everything happen for us. They have never pressured me into getting any "add on" repairs done that other places might. In fact, they've turned down or have found less expensive options when many places would not. I only drive about 1500 miles annually. Last year (2024) I bought two of these cars, identical except for interior and exterior colors. No mechanical issuers to date. But the car is too hi-tech for me. I have little knowledge about what many of the knobs, buttons, computer swipes, etc. actually do. The owners manual, which you can purchase for an additional $50 is over 450 pages, I have yet had the time to read it. It comes with a sun roof which I did not want, but had no choice but to get it. It is very complicated, I liked the less complicated cars of yesteryear much better.

In 2021, I purchased my 3rd Buick Encore from Hudson. They made the process so easy. I admit during this period of COVID was an issue and the supply of new cars was limited. Thankfully the dealer did have an Encore that was in my price range. It wasn't the color I wanted but beggars can't be choosers during this period. They worked with me to fit my budget. In fact, my lease fee was less than my previous vehicle. So I was quite happy.

Bought a 2020 CT5 as a replacement for my wife’s 2010 Mini Cooper S. She loves it, and it’s a very comfortable car with some really nice options. We got the All Wheel Drive (AWD) version with the turbocharged 2 liter engine, and it has plenty of get up and go.

I bought a 2018 Nissan pro x a little over a year ago. I drove from ny to look at it it was clean except for front bumper was hit in corner and paint was scraped. They repaired the damage perfectly by the time I picked it up. I was impressed by their professionalism. The only thing that I thought was a little extravagant was the dealer fee. We negotiated a fair price and now it’s mine. I’ve had the vehicle for over a year and it is flawless. I felt I needed time to make a fair judgement of the vehicle before my review.
