2024 Cadillac XT6 review
We recently downsized from an Escalade to our XT6 Sport with Platinum, Technology, and Driver Assist packages. It is the perfect balance of luxury and sport and is a great family vehicle while still being fun to drive. The gas mileage is definitely an improvement and the ride is smooth. I love the panoramic sunroof and suede upgrade, my husband loves the fancy brakes. Our youngest son is 6’5” and I wasn’t sure he’d fit in anything other than a full size SUV back seat though he does fit fine. Highly recommend this for family or fun! While I prefer the luxury look on the Escalade, the sport package is more aesthetically pleasing to me on the XT6.

My Car died out in the morning and decided to go find a replacement. Went to Jack Schmidt in Wood River IL and met a salesperson named Kadin. I told him exactly what I was looking for and my price I was willing to pay. Kadin came out with 2- vehicles I might be interested in. I drove 2-vehicles he selected. I ended up buying 1 of them. Kadin gave me the best service that as a customer could expect. He went thru everything and it only took about 2.5-3 hours total from driving the vehicle to walking away with what I wanted. 2024 Cadillac XT5 review
3rd XT5 have had no issues with '19 & '21. Current our '24 is experiencing automatic braking and cruise control issues. The vehicle is in the shop to be fixed. This issue has caused crashes. Our experience was shocking with the system slamming on the brakes while moving. Ido hope Cadillac gets this issue corrected. We are very apprehensive when driving and will be since this occured.

2023 Cadillac Escalade review
Test drove several models and found that the Platinum Luxury model was fitting for me since I didn't like the sport models all blacked out. The 2023 model is very classy looking yet gives you the presidential feel from the inside. Worth the money to see it turns heads!

2026 Cadillac Escalade review

2019 Cadillac Escalade review
Bought the ‘19 in ‘18 off the lot at 90K- have never held onto a vehicle this long. I can not upgrade this model- better then the ‘23 thanks to world issues that affect vehicle manufacturing. Excellent ride, comfort, and superior durability. My vehicle is pristine and l love it. 40 years old, over 25 brand new purchases and this one is still a daily driver!!!

2025 Cadillac Escalade ESV review
AMAZING VEHICLE! I have owned Escalades since 2008. This is the VERY BEST one yet! I don't know how they can keep improving this vehicle, but somehow, they do! I have the "V" model with the supercharged V8! OH, the excitement of cranking it is like CHRISTMAS MORNING! Not to mention, the handling! The Brembro brakes are incredibly responsive, and the suspension is incredible. The way it feels when you drive it is like no other luxury car. It feels so smooth, so substantial and it holds the road with precision! As a mama of 3 children and 2 fur babies with a love of sports cars, I THANK the Cadillac engineers from the VERY BOTTOM of my heart! And, I thank my husband of 30 years for buying this for me! I do NOT deserve ANYTHING this nice!!

2023 Cadillac XT5 review
This is my second XT5. Had a 2017 and never had a problem. Just got my 2023 XT5 Sport, and wow, maybe too much power for a senior citizen, but I love it. A few changes from the 2017, but love the car. I put other vehicles like the Jeep or GMC as beasts, my XT5 is more like a cat, still get where I want to be with luxury.

Got the XT5 Sport from Paul Conte Cadillac in Freeport, great dealership & great car. has nice power and handles well. reminds me of GMC Acadia Denali I used to have. drove the loaner 26 model for a couple of days, and it has much better electronics + heads up display.

2018 Cadillac XT5 review
Previously I had a GM Blazer that was the worst car I’ve ever hard. So I was afraid to buy another GM car. But this 2018 XT5 should be on some kind of special 10 out of 10 list. I found this car on a Cadillac dealer’s lot with only 700 miles on it. I guess I got lucky because in 8 years I had a small AC issue and nothing else! It handles incredibly and never seems to have any issues! I can only hope it continues for another 8 years. It is great!

2020 Cadillac XT5 review
Got a 2023 identical to this 3 weeks ago. Bought it for retirement road travel. Have had 2 SRXs before. Traded in a sweet 2016 ATS Performance coupe reluctantly. No regrets. Electronics are outstanding. Handles better than the SRX. As peppy and nimble as the ATS. Always GM, never disappointed. Value, comfort, performance.

2020 Cadillac XT4 review
We discussed with friends a solid American vehicle to serve as a daily driver and saw good bones with the distinctive exterior/interior design and technologically advanced XT4 Sport (20” wheels). The 2.0-liter turbocharged engine handles everyday driving and quick passing maneuvers without issue. The 9-speed automatic transmission is generally smooth but does seek the perfect gear, particularly in low-speed traffic. For many, the OEM setup may be just fine, however, we opted to “refine” a few of the Luxury & Sport options that the original owner passed on (we're the 2nd owners) and now enjoy climbing into the cockpit of this daily transporter! I’ve owned 8 vehicles in my lifetime and have driven about 30 different cars, and I can confidently say the 2018 Cadillac XT5 is literally the best-handling car I’ve ever driven. Cadillac has truly mastered the balance between performance, comfort, and luxury with this model. Driving Experience: The handling is exceptional—smooth, responsive, and surprisingly agile for a midsize SUV. Whether on city streets, highways, or winding roads, the XT5 stays composed and feels incredibly secure. The suspension does an excellent job of absorbing bumps while maintaining a sporty, controlled ride. Interior & Comfort: The interior design is second to none. The XT5's cabin is on par with any top luxury brand I’ve encountered. Premium materials like leather seating, soft-touch surfaces, and tasteful accents create a space that feels both stylish and sophisticated. The seats are extremely comfortable, even on longer drives, and there's plenty of room for passengers to stretch out. Features & Amenities: This car comes loaded with luxury-level amenities, yet it’s far more affordable than similar options that can cost 20-30% more. Features like the intuitive infotainment system, touchscreen controls, Bose premium sound system, and Apple CarPlay/Android Auto integration make it feel modern and connected. 2020 Cadillac Escalade review
So far a really nice SUV. I just feel like with the price on Escalades, they missed on the interior design. You can really get on the gas when driving but the takeoff is really heavy. It almost feels really slow. Not sure on the idle but not as smooth as I would like. But it looks great! This SUV is a head turner and will standout. Just don't be afraid to spend money if you need to. Luxury SUVs are like women. They need money and love. Give them that and they will be around for a while.

Most definitely I would recommend Century! First and foremost we are repeat customers! We have done many service appointments (oil changes, tires rotated etc ). I make appointments on my days off, set time and I’m in line when they open and get in and out quickly. I have never had any issues with that process ever! I was surprised with a card that had a coupon to buy a car of choice for Christmas. On Dec 25 I built my car of choice on the Century web site (make, model, color, motor, interior etc. ) and found 1 just how i wanted it, in transit. That in its self was a very fun process. I received it and could not be happier. Thank you Century for Craig who followed through and made all this happen for me, as it was ordered and scheduled to go to a different dealership initially. I love this dream car this was the best Christmas ever!
2018 Cadillac XT5 review
We own two XT 5’s 2017 AWD and 2018 FWD. I can not recommend these vehicles more highly. Eight years with the 2017 and no major issues at all. Regular oil changes and have been diligent with manufacturing recommended services. The vehicle is comfortable, reliable and I am keeping it to the end. 78,500 miles by the way. The 2018 is 6 months old with me. I purchased it with 18,000 miles. Just finished having all fluids flushed, plugs changed out and some high quality tires on it, and look for to owning it for the long haul. I am very impressed with these vehicles. They feel solid in inclimate weather, handle exceptionally well and the fit and feel are top notch!

2025 Cadillac Escalade IQ review
Very responsive and comfortable car. You feel on top of the world. The features are great. The car rides as if it knows what you want to do. The massage chair is so worth it when you are in traffic or have long commute. This car is made for people who enjoy luxury but don’t want to pay for the high gas.

2024 Cadillac LYRIQ review
It’s really a pretty great car. For the price, the car is quite luxurious and well-made. I had a glitch or two when I first got it, but they were quickly resolved and have had no further problems over my first year of ownership. The car is smooth, quiet, very powerful and quick. I’ve been getting close to 3 miles per kilowatt hour over the long haul using the regenerative braking system. There is a little adjustment to drive an EV over a gas engine car, but the advantages are easily stated such as the smooth power and low maintenance required. The lower range is an issue for long trips, but if you’re not in a real hurry, the stops to charge can be quite pleasant. That said, my wife and I usually use her hybrid Lexus when we go road tripping as it is just more comfortable as it is what we are used to. Kudos to Cadillac for a job well done.
