My experience with Westshore overall warrants a 5 star review. My primary sales rep- Kenzii- was fantastic. The finance manager, Shane, also fantastic. I am pleased to have purchased my CR-V here, and will recommend them to others. My trade was given a fair value, the purchase price of my CR-V was fair and transparent, and the team was earnest and honest in their pursuit of my business. The one note I will make: the management was prone to directing the negotiation and conversation to my boyfriend and not me- even though this transaction was entirely mine and he was just along for the ride. I recognize most couples make decisions together, but it felt like an unconscious bias. Just something to keep an eye out for when you visit ladies- don't be afraid to redirect the conversation back to you.

I appreciate the service from the initial call through execution with the service guys. I will say that no one is ever at the check out window, I always have to wait patiently.

The service rep was excellent. Answered all my questions and kept me informed as to what was going on. The waiting area was clean and well maintained.

i purchased my Cadillac Escalade from Pepe Motors this year. The price and trade in value was better than any other company. Besides this point, they had the vehicle for me that I wanted. This vehicle not only performs better than any other SUV that I have own, it has all the updated features, technology and style than every other SUV in the market. While I have been a Mercedes owner for the past forty-five years, Cadillac simply has a better SUV that was give me pleasure for many years.

The 2018 Cadillac CT6 plug-in with 40 miles of battery range and full tank of gas will exceed +500 miles or more than any current EV car. On battery 80-100 mpge is the norm and on longer drives 35 mpg at highway speeds and 40 mpg when the 2.0T engine is fired up in the city. The battery will get me to work to charge there and home with errands and eating out with ease as we have seen over 1,500 miles without gasoline engine firing up. The CT6 wheel base is long so most road irregularities are taken with ease. Though rougher surface steets do transmit through the ridge aluminum and steel chassis. The seat area is comfortable and wide with good thigh support for longer legs. The heated and vented seats can be programmed for everytine the car is started. Though tech features like rear view camera is mostly used in congested setting with limited distance viewing like a regular rear view mirror, the night vision works wonders in highlighting sidewalk walkers while deer silhouettes are highlighted with a flashing display and vibrating seat given plenty of time to slow. The night vision works wonders in thr fog that the human eye cannot see. This 2018 was purchased new in March 2020 for about half off the listed price as nothing could match it technology for the middle $30's price.

I purchased a used 2021 model Sport and after being very impressed sold it in order to get a 2022 Sport with Super Cruise, which I absolutely love. I love all of the new technology, with the exception of Apple Car Play. I had a 2016 prior to this generation and was surprised that the gas mileage is actually better on the newer one. The ride is the best ever.

I have owned many cars--both old and new-- in my lifetime and the only comparable one to this one is the 1979 Cadillac Seville I purchased in 1980. I was lucky to find a 2013 2nd Gen Luxury trim model with only 11000 miles on it last summer and hesitated because although it looked showroom new, it was 9 years old. Best buy I ever made--it has everything on it anyone could want and drives like a dream. Comfort, styling, convenience, power, and so far reliability. I wish I could find a new one, but the closest is the CT6 and it is not half the car.

Great car. My wife calls it a "Chick Magnet." The only fault the car has is Getting Parts! Once you have the parts, finding someone who knows about the car is a real trip! most mechanics don't want to touch the car. But with all the potential problems, still love the car!

Sun Toyota is a fine running business. Went in for an oil change and it was discovered that my oil drain plug would not tighten and it had already been fixed before. I agreed I needed a new oil pan. Brian, my service advisor ,got right on it and John the service director gave me a good price on the needed repairs. It was fixed in a timely manner and I appreciated their interest in the repairs. My second car buying experience with Jacob's Mitsubishi was better than my first time. Last month I bought a Mitsubishi Sportage and I had it for a month but it was not for me because of my medical needs. One of the best cars I've ever owned.... stylish, elegant, comfortable and plenty of room . My only complaints..it doesn't come in red and with gas prices hovering at $5.00 per gallon it's getting a little pricey to operate. And NO all electric cars are not the answer at this time..they are too expensive for most people and the USA does not have the nationwide charging stations needed to operate electric cars!!!!

I bought my new to me vehicle from them. It’s a 2017 Chevy Colorado, in excellent condition and I got and excellent deal. The salesman Chris is awesome and the Finance manager went through everything and is great also. Just a beast!! Just doesnt ride as nice as my Escalade and CT6 V BW. So much quicker off the line and from moving than my CT6 V BW. Kinda wish I got the electric blue over the darker blue but my loss. Gas guzzler but it is a beautiful car that is stylish.
