Friendly staff, great price for the car. There was a far bit of waiting around but with the volume of cars they are shifting on a daily basis, it was kind of expected. From the very short test drive to driving out with my car was around 45 minutes.Would definitely use then again.

2020 Ford Transit Connect review
Great option instead of a SUV. FWD is fine with good tires for traction and it has clearance comparable to a SUV. It isn't as expensive and has enough options to choose from. The mileage is around 26 @ 80 mph.

2020 Ford Transit Connect review
Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

This is the purchase of my first car, personally, I don't have a lot of knowledge regarding the automotive industry and mechanics, so the guidance from the salesperson was very helpful and it's clear that it was in her interest for me to get the best deal possible. One thing I would recommend as an improvement is that I felt pressured to make a decision at points in the process. I understand that the role of a salesperson is to guide the customer into making a decision, but sometimes I felt that not all of my doubts were answered, or that there wasn't enough clarity on what stage of the process we were in.
