Spitzer Ford HartvilleReviews
Spitzer Ford Hartville review
I just purchased a new vehicle from Spitzer Ford in Hartville Ohio, and it was BY FAR the best vehicle purchase experience that I’ve ever had. My sales consultant, Jeff Handy, was phenomenal. Other dealers were unwilling to discount the vehicle that I purchased, but not only did Mr. Handy discount the new vehicle, he also offered me significantly more for my trade than other dealers, and did so without any agonizing negotiations. The Finance Manager, Rich Ruby, completed all of the paperwork in less than ten minutes, which I didn’t even think was possible. Seriously, it was like a magic trick. Not having to wait around and getting to drive away almost immediately in my new truck was awesome. There are a lot of Ford dealers much closer to where I live in the Columbus area, but I will absolutely and without hesitation drive over two hours (one way) to purchase my next vehicle at Spitzer Ford. Outstanding customer focus.

2018 Chevrolet Express 2500 review
I've had my 2018 Exress passenger van for about 5-6 years now, I chose a van because trucks are so expensive. I've towed a few cars with it, some heavy loads of gravel, and have towed a large pop up camper quite a few times even through some of Eastern U.S. mountains and it does fine. Its been reliable and the 6.0 litre V8 and 6 speed Auto heavier duty transmission are known to last a long time according to what I've read. I had a crew cab Nissan titan that was quieter as far as road noise goes but I guess its not too bad, its a van after all. Kinda get a drum effect with all the empty space in it. I remove most of my seats or all of them to haul stuff, plywood, bicycles, furniture, or whatever else I need to haul. It will get 17.5-18.2 mpg at 70mph which isn't good but I guess it could be worse, after all its kinda a box on wheels. Overall It does what it needs to and runs well with plenty of power for what I do. I have the shorter WB version, with all the seats out you have close to 10ft of area to pack stuff in it.

I think we got off to a less than stellar start relative to a pre-owned vehicle. As I recall I was handed off to more than one person. When I finally landed with Zack Koval, everything changed to better than a 100% effort on my behalf! Zack was the greatest, I could even talk to him at his off-hour(s). If Zack did not have my answer, he got it. I was pleasantly surprised because someone cared! Zack cared!!!

Great Lakes HondaReviews
Great Lakes Honda review
Shout out to Sarah Peters and Marvin Maffett for their exceptional customer service helping us purchase our replacement vehicle after our 2020 Passport was totaled in a rear end collision. Great Lakes Honda, under the leadership of Marvin Maffett, was able to locate a specific color/trim new 2026 Passport and Sarah Peters worked with us to navigate the waiting and purchase of the car as it moved through the transportation and delivery to the dealership. Sarah was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and made the purchase stress-free and we never felt pressured through the entire process. She was able to handle our last minute requests for accessories so the car was ready with everything we wanted at a very fair price. We researched nationally and were able to purchase the exact car we wanted at a price that beat dealerships from FL to Ohio. We would highly recommend Sarah Peters as a sales rep to help you purchase your next vehicle at Great Lakes Honda. A special thanks to Marvin Maffett for going above and beyond to ensure Great Lakes Honda could deliver the car of choice to its customer. 10 out of 10 service across the board from every employee we encountered throughout our buying experience!

Huebner Subaru review
We have trusted Huebner Chevrolet and Subaru for many years. Going back to my wife's first car back in 1998, to a truck I purchased in 1999, a Jeep we purchased in 2010 and now a car in 2022. Huebner Chevrolet has always been a dependable, trustworthy, no hassle, kind, respectful and all around awesome dealership to work with! They have been able to maintain a great selection of both new and used cars and they were the first dealership I thought of when looking to buy a car. Their sales and service departments are one of a kind these days, still committed to their customers, customer centric as modern day business folks like to say. You can't go wrong with shopping at Huebner's!

⭐ 5‑Star Review for Klaben Ford ⭐ Klaben Ford continues to impress me with their exceptional service. One of the things I appreciate most is that they actually come right to my house to do the maintenance on my vehicle — it doesn’t get more convenient than that. I always request Seth because he’s extremely nice, personable, and consistently does an outstanding job. He takes pride in his work, and it shows every single time. People like him are the reason I stay loyal. When I buy, I always buy at Klaben. They’ve earned that trust.

We had an amazing experience all the around at Valley Motors City. They really made you feel right at home and made shopping for a car enjoyable! Our salesperson, was Gary, and he truly went beyond the call of duty for us! He was nice, kind and very accommodating as well as knowledgeable! We would totally tell any of our friends not only to go there for their next vehicle, though we would let them know they would be in good hands with everyone that works there. The credit manager was so professional, helpful and friendly and funny to boot! Chrissy was so kind. Their new cashier was helpful and sweet! We would %100 recommend them without a doubt! Thank you sincerely to the entire team, especially Gary for helping beyond the call of duty! God bless y’all!

Don Sitts Auto SalesReviews
Don Sitts Auto Sales review
This is the second time I have purchased a vehicle from Don Sitts automotive and just like before the entire experience was excellent. I inquired about a vehicle last Tuesday online and was quickly responded to from sales agent Todd. My questions were quickly answered as he confirmed the cars I inquired about were available. I advised Todd of my availability for Wednesday and was very accommodating. I test drove the vehicle I thought I wasn’t going to get and I was unsure. Todd then showed me the second vehicle I inquired about the next day (Thursday). The entire time Todd was very patient and professional! At no point did I ever feel rushed or being pursued to purchase a car. Ultimately I selected my vehicle a one owner extremely well taken care of 2022 Ford F-150. Just like my previous purchase 3 years ago, the vehicle selection at Don Sitts is always top notch. You can tell the dealership pays great attention to the vehicles they purchase to sell. Thanks again Todd for a great experience at Don Sitts Deaiership. Tom S.

Haley helped me find a great Deal on a new Buick. No add on sales pressure, handled getting paperwork ready, signed and drove out in less than 45 minutes. Also pleased at no hidden costs added like other dealers do, after the negotiated price. Price, Selection, Service, all great at Medina Buick GMC Cadillac.

I had been looking for a used vehicle and this dealership was very nice and never pushy like some can be.
2019 Ford Transit Connect review
My biggest peeve is the tailgate isn’t powered. Ordered the top of the line mr Model sight unseen because my dealership didn’t carry them. I wanted all the bells and whistles. Powered lift gate isn’t an option. It is painful to my injured spine to lift it and manually move the rear seats. The grandkids love the 3rd seat and I love the storage space behind it. I have made a Sam’s run for the month and able to pack everything behind the 3rd seat. The inside is great for human comfort but not for shopping or I should say storing packages. To be honest, my front seats are ALL THE WAY back. I have plenty of room and that’s a lot. I don’t like being close to the steering wheel in case of an accident. I wish the slots for charging my devices weren’t so close to the driver’s cup holder. It’s too easy for liquids to Spill in them. The only other item I wish was different is I miss a hard copy manual. There are options I still don’t know how to use. My GPS is not updated because of that. I like the van. My grandkids and dogs like it. Tomorrow I will get up, remove the two blankets I have protecting them floors and spend hours vacuuming the dog hair out the fabric on the back of the seats and floors. I have leather seats but there’s still Too much surface that holds onto my Husky’s and Belgian Shepherd’s ‘Glitter’. I do have to double check my doors are locked when I leave them in the car with the AC running. I have to use the remote because the double tap of the horn alert is deceiving. It doesn’t mean the door is locked. I do appreciate how easy it is to unlock the car without having the remote in my hand. All in all, it served the reasons I purchased it. I do wish I had paid the extra money for the Sprinter. But it would not have fit in my garage nor my budget.

Chicago Auto PlaceReviews
Chicago Auto Place review
I just bought a 2019 Mercedes-Benz CLS 53 AMG from Chicago Auto Place. I'm out of state but deal was great. Took about 5 days to get delivered. Longer than i wanted but they delivered. Kept communications the entire time. Ricky was great. In the process i got worried and started researching. There are some people years ago that didn't review well. I really don't thinknthe deserve those reviews. After i got the car i asked the owner about them. He said they changed their business modelnto higher end cars with lower miles. And it has worked for them. I am 100% happy and have a stellar car. Inwould recommended whole-heartedly. They are in Chicago and i amnin Texas. Stressful buying online but they delivered on all cylinders.
