I shopped online for many weeks for a clean, low mileage, FJ Cruiser. First one I bought from another well known online dealer was rejected on delivery for a very rusty frame. PPAG had the one I liked and they helped me by FaceTime letting me see the frame and other areas of most concern. Blake [Sales Mgr] drew up all the documents and over-nighted them to me. I was able to sign them ahead of time spend only 1 hour at the dealership looking over the FJ and driving it. Deal done - Thank you Blake. I did find a few flaws when I got the vehicle home but hey, I bought a discontinued vehicle I had always wanted and the few cosmetic issues were to be expected and easily remedied - no show stoppers - the 80 mile drive home gave me confidence that this FJ was a keeper. I had made the right choice in both vehicle and dealership. If you are shopping for a clean used car or truck, I will recommend PPAG with zero reservations. Keep your expectations neutral and do your homework - it's your money.

3.7ecoboost is powerful. It’s a work van but has so many things that make it enjoyable to drive. Power assisted lane keeping is fantastic for helping you stay in the lanes. The sync3 radio is a very nice benefit too. Hopefully it holds up.

If you want to sit around all day, haggle for a price, have someone go back and forth and talk to “the boss,” and generally have an all-around traditional car buying experience, this dealer is NOT the place for you! These guys have a niche and they know their stuff; you’re not going to get the run-around here because their prices are already competitive. My salesman, Anthony, was fantastic as was Jeremy, the finance manager. If I hadn’t sat around and visited with them both, I could’ve been in and out in an hour. This is how buying a vehicle ought to be.

I bought this 2500 3 years ago with the intention of building out a simple RV for regular and stealth camping. It did not work out due to bed height but what a great vehicle. This is designed for heavy use and for a personal owner, should last generations. The power is excellent, especially considering the MPG: 20-25 MPG in real world use. The handling is also surprisingly good, I've actually passed rental cars on windy roads. The view is beautiful and it is built in Germany and very well. It is not a wonderful tow vehicle as it is not body-on-frame but is rated for 5000#. So you could tow some toys or a small trailer quite easily. These are pretty stripped with only original equipment and there are few of these. You really do want the rear camera and some other stuff. Like other German vehicles, it adds up. When it comes to maint, this bus is the bomb, the oil change is easier than a motorcycle. Get the 4 cyl.

I originally spoke to Ricky, who was quick, knowledgeable and accommodating. I could tell when dealing with him that he was genuine and honest, and I had no problems placing my faith in what he was telling me about their stock. When I showed interest in a vehicle, he suggested I take it for a spin which I did. When I got back he was busy with another customer and Angel took over for him in assisting me with my questions. Angel was very knowledgeable about the vehicles as welll, encouraging me to take other test drives. I do not like car buying what so ever! That all changed as of 72hrs. ago. Let me just say that Hunter and Nick were awesome from start to finish. They made the process simple. Hunter took me on a test drive and had my paperwork ready to go! Zach in Finance took 15 minutes?! 15 MINUTES!! When is the last time that has happened for anyone? Hunter ended up leaving early but Nick stepped in as if he was there the whole time! I can not thank the two of them and the Five Star family enough! Wow! I have 29 of these vans. Never had any major issues with. Make sure you do your regular maintenance on them and that’s all you need, engine and transmission are solid, rides amazing
