Need the smallest cargo van for travel. The cargo area offers huge space and the acceleration and ride are fine. Lack of road noise (on decent roads) was a pleasant surprise. I wish there was a larger center console with closable storage. Appreciate that the battery is easily accessible and there is a full size spare. Plenty of light in the cargo area. Fun to drive

If I could give Cavender’s more than 5 stars, I would. The General Manager, Stavros, is absolutely amazing and truly goes above and beyond to provide top-tier service. To be transparent, our initial visit wasn’t great. The experience was rough, and the customer service just wasn’t there. We purchased two vehicles, and I immediately regretted mine. It had some mechanical issues and just didn’t feel right. I felt like my concerns weren’t being taken seriously, so I asked to speak with the GM—and that’s when everything turned around. Stavros listened, took immediate action, got the repairs handled, set me up with a rental, and made sure I was completely taken care of. Knowing I still had concerns, he even offered to help me find something else. He gave me time to think it over, talk with my husband, and explore my options with no pressure. When I found something I liked at another location hours away, Stavros had it brought in. After driving it, I wasn’t thrilled—and he noticed. Instead of pushing the sale, he encouraged me to try something else, and I ended up falling in love with a different car. He made the financing and paperwork a breeze. This is a surprisingly great vehicle to drive. The plastic trim parts are poorly executed and rattle, but it can't be beat for drivability. It's also much cheaper to service than my prior Mercedes Sprinter

Ticket 230312 - R Albin - This review is for the Service Department - which seems to be outstanding! My review may not be typical of their service, because it was my only visit to North Central Ford - but - there service for this visit was superb - especially when contrasted with my experience a week earlier at 5 Star Ford in Carrollton - which was terrible! North Central Ford and the Advisor, Chris Garner, were genuinely responsive, customer focused and attentive to every detail. I made an appointment to have my oil changed and the multipoint inspection for my 2011 Ford Ranger with only 73,000 miles. When I arrived they were actually waiting for me and immediately took my Ranger in for service and returned it to me within in an hour - just as they promised! Unlike 5 Star Ford, which did not meet me at the appointed time, and left me waiting for 20 minutes for a service representative to meet with me. It was like that Seinfeld Episode where Jerry is trying to explain to the rental car manager - what a reservation / appointment is! She clearly didn't know - and - neither does 5 Star Ford! They never showed - and - I left never to return! On the other hand - North Central Ford met me at the appointed time, completed the oil change and inspection and returned my Ranger in record time - because - they actually have a quick oil change service lane and actually do care about pleasing their customers! Since they're that concerned about pleasing their Service customers - I suspect that extends to their Sales Customers as well. The next time I'm in the market for a vehicle - North Central Ford will by my first call! Recommended!

This cargo van met all my needs, plenty room in the cargo area, reliable driving, nice rear view in the driver and passenger mirrors and very big windshield.

I had been looking within 500 miles for a Lexus RX350 and found a 2015 with only 62000 miles at C3 for only $20,000. After calling about several cars and dealerships, one gets very wary. Patrick answered the phone and verified the car was there. I asked if the price was right and if there were any add-ons because I would be driving an hour to get there. Grubbs Nissan wasted a couple hours of my life with a $3500 increase, paint and upholstery protection xx! I got there, asked for a bid on my car and took a test drive. It looked and drive like new. They were doing paperwork on another so I had to wait. The owner, Larry Craghead, offered me a soft drink and showed me around, We had a nice talk and I could see he was just out to make an honest dollar. I have to say I have never seen a used car lot and building so nice. Yes, they have umbrella awnings over every car as in the picture. I got to Ron, he got me a great interest rate and we signed everything. He did not try to upsell anything except the extended warranty which I refused. I would do business with C3 again in a minute.

Great little van for commercial use. The only drawbacks is only one armrest for the driver and not passenger seat, no cruise control on the commercial model and the A/C Fan does not have a high air flow on face and feet mode. The spare tire does not come with and can be added for an extra fee. Great Van otherwise.

Great experience buying a used car from Gary Jones. Very friendly, relaxed and no pressure. Answered questions about possible trade in process and even helped look up prices! Decided on a vehicle and Gary facilitated adding an option I wanted in a very expedient manner! Everything was very up front and hassle free. Beautiful car as pictured. Needed a number of things addressed that you could not see in pictures. Manager was very persuasive about making sure all the things that needed attention would be addressed but I was concerned that there was more than I could see in a short drive and inspection. Would need some more time to make sure that the vehicle was as advertised. Just not comfortable completing purchase Still a beautiful vehicle, was very hard to not complete purchase.
