2013 Ford Transit Connect review
I started driving in 1975 and I wish that this model was made back then! My little Transit XLT has the tinted windows all around and is converted into a "mini RV" complete with a bed that slides out to accommodate two full grown adults. Not only has this been a blessing on cross country trips but also on my daily runs. The cargo space is fantastic and the van sips gas...This has been one of my favorite vehicles I've owned in the 47 years I have driven.

Sincerely appreciate Jacob, Andrew, the service mgr, and Chase's help in getting my daughter's 2018 Ford Edge repaired when the extended warranty co. squirreled out and didn't want to pay. Same with me contacting Ford motor company corp. and basically getting a go pound sand as well from them. My kid spent close to $15K of her own hard earned money on the Edge as it only had 80K miles, fully loaded, and beautiful maroon red in color...taking her 4 years to save! We have six kids in this vehicle fits our family perfect. The gas mileage is better than you would expect. It definitely doesn’t ride like a luxury car. However why do you give up in some slight road noise you definitely make up for in convenience. It fits car seats well. And I’m 5 foot 11 and can easily move around inside.

Everest Motors, diesel truck division were a little slow in understanding the demands of my rigorous work schedule (6 days a week/12 to 14hrs per, or 21 straight ) which didn't leave much time to come in and inspect, review and pick up the truck. BUT, they quickly realized and worked above the norm to help close this deal. Brad Esmaeili, my sales guy along with the rest of the team, rose to the occasion and got it done. They also did some post sale work on the truck on a really simple erroneous error, code, sending it back to the mechanics to go through everything as they stand behind their trucks. In the end, I am happy and would buy from them in the future.

2019 Ford Transit Connect review
My biggest peeve is the tailgate isn’t powered. Ordered the top of the line mr Model sight unseen because my dealership didn’t carry them. I wanted all the bells and whistles. Powered lift gate isn’t an option. It is painful to my injured spine to lift it and manually move the rear seats. The grandkids love the 3rd seat and I love the storage space behind it. I have made a Sam’s run for the month and able to pack everything behind the 3rd seat. The inside is great for human comfort but not for shopping or I should say storing packages. To be honest, my front seats are ALL THE WAY back. I have plenty of room and that’s a lot. I don’t like being close to the steering wheel in case of an accident. I wish the slots for charging my devices weren’t so close to the driver’s cup holder. It’s too easy for liquids to Spill in them. The only other item I wish was different is I miss a hard copy manual. There are options I still don’t know how to use. My GPS is not updated because of that. I like the van. My grandkids and dogs like it. Tomorrow I will get up, remove the two blankets I have protecting them floors and spend hours vacuuming the dog hair out the fabric on the back of the seats and floors. I have leather seats but there’s still Too much surface that holds onto my Husky’s and Belgian Shepherd’s ‘Glitter’. I do have to double check my doors are locked when I leave them in the car with the AC running. I have to use the remote because the double tap of the horn alert is deceiving. It doesn’t mean the door is locked. I do appreciate how easy it is to unlock the car without having the remote in my hand. All in all, it served the reasons I purchased it. I do wish I had paid the extra money for the Sprinter. But it would not have fit in my garage nor my budget.
