The Salesperson Made an Amazing Car Buying Experience We went to CarMax in Independence to look for a mid-sized SUV with relatively low mileage at a reasonable price, and we found what we were looking for. A 2022 Chevy Equinox with less than 19,000 miles, in great condition and at a price and payment terms that are acceptable and affordable. I have bought a few cars in the past and I always went to “traditional” dealerships to purchase them. This was my first experience with CarMax and I can honestly say that I was blown away by the relaxing and laid back, yes I said relaxing and laid back, car buying experience! Not only did the service team fix my broken sensor, they went above and beyond by noticing a nail in my tire and patching it for me, fixed an out of place gasket in my driver rear door, and replaced my car key battery for me. The service team at the Ganley location are always kind and helpful each time I go, highly recommend.
