My Silverado started losing power while traveling from Illinois to Wausau last Friday night. Called Trecek in the morning. Got me in but were booked up and told me they couldn't probably look at my truck until Tuesday. Dropped it off and secured other transportation. While driving back to Illinois on Monday, got a call from Trecek. My truck was done. They had a cancellation and were able to bump me up and get it fixed (they knew I'd be passing by on my way home on Monday). So I was able to return the other car and not have to make another trip back up to pick up my truck. The repair was good, and they coordinated all with my warranty company as well. Travis in the service department was great.

As an out-of-state distance buyer I needed good communication to make sure the vehicle met my expectations and needs. Once I had decided to move forward, Shane helped me get the financing package put together, keeping me well informed during the process. When I arrived at the dealership (a 3.5 hour drive from my home), Aaron greeted me immediately; the vehicle was ready to test drive and he gave me a quick rundown on the features and operation in case I had any questions. After the test drive, Shane took over to complete all the paperwork. He had all the forms prepared and did a great job of explaining the purpose of each item I needed to sign. The dealership and customer areas were clean, inviting and well kept. Although I only spent about an hour at the dealership, from first contact to driving off the lot this was definitely one of my best car purchasing experiences.

We love our 2024 Blazer RS. As a mid-size SUV, there is plenty of room for 5 and ample cargo space. The design is slick and we have had several folks ask us about the vehicle and features. The 3.6 liter provides great performance, especially for the vehicle type.

2024 Chevrolet Blazer review
We are enjoying our 2024 Blazer RS so far. It is very comfortable and quiet. The driving dynamics are great, very responsive and smooth over rough roads. This is the first Chevrolet I've owned in a couple decades, mostly due to inferior interior fit and finish. But in this car it is done well, although hard plastics on the top of the doors do not make a nice resting spot for my elbow. Also it takes a little bit to get use to judging the front end clearance when parking. Other then that, I have found the build quality to be right there with most foreign competitors in this segment. That said, you have to pay extra for things like adaptive cruise and some other features that are standard on the competitions upper trim levels. Only other issue is the lack sight lines out the back, the pillars are very thick and the window small. Definitely need the blind spot monitoring. Overall this is a nice SUV to drive, comfortable with sporty handling and good looks.
