My husband and I went to Ferguson’s to look for a late model used pickup recently on a Saturday afternoon. We we able to shop by ourselves without being bombarded by salesmen. At the right time Tim Flusche came out and asked if he could help. He gave us prices on the trucks we were interested in. My husband selected his truck and Tim got the paperwork done quickly and we were on the road. There was no pressure to buy and that’s how we like to shop.
I own a 2015 Nissan Titan and end the market to buy a new one. I started off with Route 66 Nissan and they didn’t have quite what I was looking for but they have the best salesman Brandon Hickman around and some pretty awesome deals. Hopefully soon I will be back to purchase a titan from them.
I was looking for a used vehicle and I was refereed to Stephen Stanley and he took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave me options and helped me get into the vehicle I wanted!!! Finance manager was super friendly as well!! I'd definitely recommend anyone to purchase their next vehicle there!!

I want to say thank you for making my trip for my oil change so easy. In previous years at other dealerships I was always pushed to purchase additional items including clips they broke off my vehicle. I would sit for hours to pay for service that had been promised with purchase of the vehicle only to walk away feeling as if I had just been ripped off. I was so pleased with the service call last week. I called the day before and was told to come on in. It took so little time that I didn't get settled into the lounge. They explained everything and made me feel like a VIP. No attempts to upsell and everything was perfect. thank you for treating me with respect.

Bought a Lexus ES 350 40k miles, four years ago. Great buying experience. No hassle. Got me in and out with financing. The paint job, front bumper went south on me about 6 weeks in. Not carmax's fault. Lexus had a problem with paint on that year make and model. Purchased a warranty. Best decision made in a long time. Very reliable car, extremely reliable warranty. During the last six years, the warranty has paid for about 7k in repairs.

I was shopping for a Jeep Liberty to tow behind my RV. Explained this necessity as absolutely the reason I was there to buy a Jeep Liberty they had in their dealership. The salesman that I worked with went the extra step for me and contacted two different Jeep service departments to make sure to this vehicle could be flat towed. With no extra equipment needed.
My salesman Jim Herin was the best! Good communicator and always on top of things during the process. I bought my truck on line sight unseen. The photos were beautiful and Jim arranged all of the shipping to get it to me in Nebraska. Aside from needing to jump start the truck to get it off the moving trailer and then putting it on a charger it was just as advertised! I love it. I would work with Jim again when i need to get another vehicle. The finance department leaves something to be desired. I am still waiting on paperwork to prove i own the truck. Finance department is the only reason they did not get 5 stars.
No high pressure. Treated like family. Answered all concerns. Got exactly what I wanted. Went above and beyond to find what I wanted. Gave me a fantastic deal. Well worth the drive from Arkansas to Tulsa.
We came to Jim Glover expecting to be laughed out of the showroom but to our delight we left with our new beautiful 2019 Chevy Cruise. So happy with Dolon Ward and the other awesome staff at Jim Glover of Tulsa

Jim Glover Chevrolet is absolutely amazing! My husband was looking for a truck and started searching online. He found the best selection on the Jim Glover website. He filled out the online website and within minutes were contacted by a salesman! Then, they checked my credit before I even came in So I would know what I could afford. They emailed me to check on me throughout the day and then my awesome salesman, Dolon, text me back and forth to answer any questions I had until I could make the trip over to Tulsa from Arkansas the next week. When we arrived we were greeted in the parking lot by salesmen sitting in a golf cart and standing around it waving to us! As soon as we parked a salesman came out to greet us and we told him we were looking for Dolon. Dolon came out to greet us with a smile and a handshake! At no time did we feel any pressure. We were told to make ourselves at home as he told us about a big room they have that looks like a big theater room with a huge TV, popcorn, doughnuts, & drinks, all for the customers! Dolon got to work finding trucks for us to drive and by the second truck we found it! He worked up a deal we couldn???t refuse, even giving us extra deals to help sweeten the deal! And to top off this five-star service, they fed us lunch! A meal that was catered in from Smitty???s garage! I mean what car dealership treats you like that?! None that I???ve ever been to! The last one that I ever contacted wouldn???t even email me back! That is why I am in Tulsa today!! This place is wonderful! A++++++++
