I walked in on the recommendation of a friend and truthfully did not expect to leave with anything but a status report. But a hamster dance, some ice cream, and a quick test drive later, Martin was able to answer my questions and work with me to drive away in a brand new Kia Soul! I'm still processing this; the fact that I have a brand new car and how Chris the financial advisor was able to work with me to finance the lease. The entire crew was top notch and I'm forever grateful to them. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. I was very please with the review of why I was bringing my Mazda 5 in for other than regular service. Explained my unusual symptom of the surging of the engine when foot on brake. Service jumped in behind the wheel and amazingly enough car did it in drive and neutral, and we were on our way to a solution. Was told there would be no delay to search out a part or low staffing issues with getting the car done that day. And again I was a drop in customer. Got a call about other items that were required to repair or update on my 2012 Mazda 5 pushing 90,000 miles. All was pretty standard and one repair answered why I was hearing a popping sound. Only one mishap. Picked up car before closing on a rainy day, had had wipers replaced. Left the dealer in the rain in lots of traffic. Passenger wiper was excellent. Driver's side wiper sounded like the rubber was solid and just streaked. Got home and went in to make dinner and forgot. Next day went across town for an event and same issues with wiper. Star call to thank me for choosing them and I reported about the wiper. Received a how to possibly take care of the issue as some clay preservative may be on the wiper, xxxx may be on the window. My husband check the wiper and the packing plastic blade protector was still on the wiper. All in all very happy with service and how my car is running. Would have been funny if it wasn't a rainy day. That is the reason for 4 stars, would have been a 4.75 if possible. Simple mishap, but disappointing as wiper blades were very important that evening driving home on a dark and rainy night.
I bought this car for my 16 year old twins at Sunrise Ford North Hollywood and they LOVE it and so do I! I had a small issue 3 months later, brought it in, and it was fixed immediately at no charge. Thank you to Daemeth Rooney and his sales staff. It was a great experience!
We searched online for cars and drove to several different dealers. We initial came in to purchase an Audi but after negotiation we settled on a BMW. All of their cars are in top shape. The first night we didn’t make a deal so we contacted our sales guy (Ronaldo) via text to discuss our options. He worked on our deal and we had our own finance in place. The deal was made and we returned to the dealer to trade in one BMW for a much newer BMW. Once we got into finance Sinbad informed us that he got us a MUCH lower rate with lower payment. I would recommend hitting Ronaldo up for a your next vehicle and have Sinbad take care of your finance.
I have bad credit but Mike was able to get me approved. Very helpful guy made it all quick and simple. My credit is going up now thanks to Mike getting it done! Will be purchasing my wife a car from him very soon. Recommend to anyone in need of a vehicle.
Who knew Selman Chevrolet had a collision dept for my Acura. When my insurance company told me about them and the fact that they could do an estimate on site, I was still concerned that they could not match the color for my "Bisque Red Pear" Acura. But they could and they did. I was given a loaner car at no charge, and they not only repaired the damage to the fender and headlight, the also took care of a couple of "parking lot" dings, at no additional charge to me. My contact at Selman was Bob Bessett, and he kept me up on their progress and got my car back to me earlier than promised. I appreciate AAA's handling of this claim and telling me about Selman. It will be my go to dealer for any future repairs.
I have wanted a Mustang since I was a little kid, my dream car. Rene did an outstanding job throughout the car buying process. He was friendly, patient and thorough with his information on the car. The entire expierence was great from him, to Aaron on the floor, the finance guy all the way to the manager. Very easy process and they made the numbers work for me. Great job guys!

I purchased a new RAM 1500 on Oct 13th and it was one of the easiest and best buying experiences I have had. Tyler gave a great introduction to the truck and explained all the features. He knew the truck very well which is not always the case. We took a test drive and discussed a price. My wife and I then left to discuss it, we decided to pull the trigger. Tyler did most of the paperwork over the phone to reduce time at the dealership. When we arrived the truck was detailed and we only spent about an hour finishing things up with Tyler and with financing (sorry very nice guy but his name escapes me). I feel I got a fair deal and the entire experience was refreshing. How they stand behind the purchase is yet to be seen but I will let you know.
