I have bought a few cars in my life and I always end up spending the day at the dealer. Yesterday was the best car buying experience I have ever had. We had an appointment with Michael Cady at 11:45. We ended up getting there almost an hour early and he was ready to help. The car was in great condition except for a couple deep scratches and dents on the back bumper. Michael and his boss explained to me that they would fix it at no cost. The price on the vehicle was amazing to start and the price they offered for my car was great also. My husband and I were out of the dealership in 3 hours. Michael Cady made this car buying experience one of a kind. I would highly recommend Jet Chevrolet to anyone wanting a new or used car.

The employees are awesome! They worked out a price for me in the car I REALLY REALLY wanted, and that alone made me feel a lot more comfortable. I was actually praying that they were not going to tell me, "Sorry, we can't give you a better price but, we can put you in a different car." No one wants to hear that, especially if you have your heart and mind made up on specific one. We came to Legend to see a van we found on Auto trader. I called ahead and John had it pulled up ready for us to see. He was awesome in showing us all the features and letting us take it out for a decent length test drive. Dustin at Enumclaw Dodge is awesome! He was very patient, informative and zero pressure. He and the other folks at ECJD were very competitive on my trade value and pricing on a new Scat Pack Charger. In the end we were about $900 apart from a deal and I did not purchase but that was not due to their lack of effort, sometimes the deal just doesn’t make sense for both parties after all it is a business and they have a bottom line to meet as well. In any case if you are looking for a great deal with great folks who are competitive, honest and zero pressure do yourself a favor and head to Enumclaw and ask for Dustin. Gamblin’s found a car from another dealer that I loved, so Gamblin’s got that car for me because i was set on that certain one! Their customer service is amazing and I always leave there feeling good about my purchase!
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
Great dealership. No pressure, didn't get swarmed by salesman, and was very fast during the whole process. I'm in love with my new 2018 Honda civic. Cal was awesome and Tim was great! I would definitely buy there again!!!
They explained everything that we had questions about, and went above and beyond when it came to helping us get a deal. They knew every detail about every car in their lot, and recommended the perfect vehicles that for our criteria. 10/10 would go back and recommend to family and friends!
