I was here for an oil change while on a long road trip--I was promised that my email wasn't going to be bombarded with email from you guys--well they lied! This is like the 4th or 5th email to review you.
The lot is nice with good inventory--your CRM needs adjusting to not constantly be bothering a customer that lives 1800 miles away and likely wont be back.

My normal service consultant is Jason Smith. When he was out sick I was connected to Cori Majercin who did a fantastic job of setting an appointment for me for the next day. I arrived at the Dealership after my drive from Wickenburg to see that Jason was back at work and the service from Bruce was the same great service that I always receive. The most patient salesman, Ricardo Glean, that an interested car buyer could possibly encounter. He then showed me and allowed me to drive every car on the lot I found in my price range and above. Finally, I came back to the first one he showed me that he thought then would be perfect for me. I bought it and love my car. Thank you, Ricardo
My car has all its service history here and the work done is good, but the cost is definitely over priced, way over priced. They wanted to charge me over $700 to replace a part that cost less than $30. My car warranty was already paying them for 4-5 hours of work time and they wanted to tack on another 4-5 hours to my tab to fix a module door that was a part of the repair the warranty was already covering. Charge me for the part and maybe 1 extra hour, but more than that is ridiculous. So now I have to share my car service history in two places instead of one. I recommend this dealer if it’s something covered by warranty otherwise go somewhere else. Too expensive!
