I have already told two people with current vehicle issues to check out Zia. I linked with them through USAA, and was able to look through 10-15 vehicles, Representative Don Baca running back and forth for keys, before giving my wife and I time to narrow down our financial ability and vehicle needs. After having looked at product with four other dealerships, Zia had the most used car selection in every car category, upfront pricing, and inspection reports available to look at. Their patience and buyer accommodations was appreciated.
I really appreciate the transparency from Zia, I got a full copy of all the inspections, they walked me through each portion of it along with the car fax and auto check, really thorough. Explained my financing options fully and walked out feeling like I made a really good choice, which doesn't happen to me often when buying a car.
I have bought 2 cars from the Car-max in Albuquerque, NM. I have had a great experience both purchases and would highly recommend anyone shopping there. I appreciate the extra effort the manager made when my license would not scan because my dog got a hold of it. Thank you Car-manx
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.
The facility is very nice and the atmosphere is definitely low pressure. The prices are on the high side for new cars, which they justify by saying the cars are thoroughly inspected prior to being sold. The prices are set - no haggling. My only problem with them is they seriously lowballed us on our trade in - I was expecting an offer that would let them make a profit on our trade in, but they were at least four thousand under a conservative Blue Book trade in value. I may go back if I sell my car on my own, but I won't be bringing in a trade.

Test drove a car they had just reduced the price on to below book value, and jumped on it because others were looking at it too; Ed was not pushy at all. The paperwork/processing took a long time, but I left a couple hours later, and Ed was nice enough to deliver the car to me the next day all the way across town. I will definitely consider M & F again next time I need to purchase a vehicle.
I was buying this hard-to-find car from out of state, flew in wondering in the back of my mind if maybe the car I would drive home and the price I would wind up paying would be different than what Reese's Car Connection had presented online and over the phone. Not to worry - the reviews are right, and these guys are legit. Reese and his crew were true to their word in every sense, gave me a great deal on a clean car, made the whole process as easy as it's ever been - even picked me up at the airport in a Mercedes. I would buy again from these guys in a heartbeat.
Everyone at Car Pros was great to deal with. My sales person Bob was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The sales manager Billy worked all the numbers and payments with me and made me feel comfortable the whole time explaining things step by step and Lisa is the finance manager who did my paper work was so sweet and easy to talk to and didn't try to up sell anything at all. Overall I am very pleased and will recommend Car Pros.

Honesty and integrity. These peoples profesionalist is through the roof. They mean what they say and say what they mean. I work at a dealer and will not buy from any where else. Go see Tom and the general manager to get the most out of what's usually a hassle. Their level of honesty will make you feel right at home.
Sadly, my trusty Impala broke down and with a long list of repairs needed and even more miles on the car, I decided to trade her in for a new vehicle that would provide my family with a safe and reliable experience. I was so relieved to arrive at Galles after waiting over 2 hours for a tow in. My son and I were welcomed in and taken care of so well through the whole test drive and buying process. Alex found me the perfect car! A 2018 Chevy Sonic Turbo with the "fun and sun package" so not only are me and my kiddos safe now, I also get to really enjoy my driving experience! The best part is that they worked with my budget so it is affordable and a great value too!
The service writers were not very attentive during the visit but once the service started the actual service technicians were amazing and quick very clean and super efficient. I was very happy with the service technicians...............not the service writers.
