Both the sales man (Paul Sangeudolce) and the finance person (Magdalena Babiarz) were very tentative & helped our mother who is 74 years old get herself a new car. They both spend time with her and explained everything instead of just getting her to buy a car then get her out the door. I would recommend this dealership to everyone!
I received a text from Davian McEwan and a follow-up phone call quickly. He found the vehicle I was looking for and made discounts where he could to give me the best price. I contacted multiple dealerships across the state and they were $1000 dollars cheaper than very good deals from other dealerships.
When they heard about my family’s situation, they offered to drive the car from Atlanta to Kingsland, GA.
I walked in the dealership at 4:00 and had test driven and purchased by 7:30.

ALM has gave great service and showed me fantasic deals. Especially this one employee named Mohamed. He was the first one who came to me with a smile on her face. He also recommended me which car i should get with the best deal. I really recommend this car dealership and have a great day.

I found Executive Auto through www.cars.com. I live in Phoenix and had been looking for a used Lexus LS460L for about a year locally to no avail. I had pretty specific needs in mind (one owner, low miles, lots of upgrades) so I used the internet and came across a car they had listed on sale. I requested from the owner Jack additional pictures which were sent to me within a day or two. I asked a lot of questions which were answered to my satisfaction. Jack and I agreed upon a price which based upon blue book was reasonable for what I was getting. I wired money to the dealership and once the funds were received Jack advised me he would set up shipping for me. I received a shipping order to verify shipping was in place and the car was delivered early (three days from the shipping order and it was something like 1800 miles...pretty impressive). The vehicle was as nice if not nicer in person than what was described and what I saw in the pics he sent me. It is always nerve racking making a large purchase for something sight unseen and the fear is once someone has your money that the service will drop off. That hasn't been the case with Executive Auto. I had some additional questions after the sale that were answered promptly by Jackie who works in the office. Final thoughts: Overall I thought their pricing was fair, delivery time using their shipping vendor was very fast, communication was good and most importantly I received the car I had been looking for. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
The people who work ALC.inc are as good as they come. Very professional. Helpful and caring. The best time buying a car, I ever had. Salesman Mike and Kathryn in finance were the people who helped me. They did a great job.
Chris and josh were amazing. They got a deal done that couldn't be done at other chevy dealers. There goal is to make sure the customer leaves satisfied. My wife was overcome with joy when they said we're going to make sure you leave here with what you want. As a businessman I understand that when a customer comes into your establishment to do business make sure you do everything "within reason" to get the deal done because when they leave, your competitor will do everything they can not let them walk ot the door without a deal and what would have been your review and referrals.
Jim Ellis and his team did a awesome job, helping us get the vehicle and financing , they even made a special trip to out home to finish things up ! I greatly appreciated that ! Would recommend them to anyone !
Jim Ellis Chevrolet is a straight-forward dealership. There were no gimmicks and no games played as is common at many other dealerships. They didn't waste my time and were prompt and courteous at getting back to me on the phone with a quote. I was met with friendly and courteous staff at the door who guided me through the process to test drive and purchase my new pickup. I will definitely be back for future purchases.
My experience purchasing from Buyavette and Rick Engle in particular was excellent. I had never purchased a car over the internet or otherwise without first seeing the vehicle in person and test driving it. I live in Austin, Texas and getting to Georgia to test drive it was not a workable option. Consequently, I had some serious reservations about buying the car based only on the pictures and video, but Rick helped me work through the process. His knowledge of the vehicle and obvious passion for getting people into the right cars gave me the confidence that I should pull the trigger. I am glad I did--my soon to be 15 year old son and I have had a blast with it so far and he learned to drive the 4 on the floor in less than 15 minutes. Keith Lothrop, the Sales Manager, also made the financial transaction go smoothly. I highly recommend Buyavette.
David was excellent with communication, finding the Corvette of my dreams, following up with everything before and after the sale. Buy a Vette is a fabulous place visit and do business with. You feel like part of the family. I would and will highly recommend these fine folks forever.
My purchase was very good compared to other purchases, but there are a few aspects that require attention. Your salesman provided excellent customer service, but the financial management department was not very responsive. I attempted to contact them multiple times a day to ensure my funds were transferred to them, they would take several days to either return my call or email. I purchased my ZR1 from you sight unseen trusting your repetition. The lack of communication has impacted my trust for future purchases leaving me to only purchase from you when I have time to travel to your facility to complete the sale. Additionally, my ZR1 required immediate attention due to one of the rear tires. I noticed significant vibration on my drive home. I took it to our local Chevrolet dealership were they repaired the vibration problem. I reported this problem to my salesman but there was no offer to pay for the repair. He suggested for me to bring it back to the dealership for them to look at it. You use a local wheel and tire company to address these matters. It was not very practical to drive 105 miles back to your dealership for such a minor repair, but being required on the first day of ownership seems as if you would want to correct it in some way. Again, I would purchase from Buyavette again, but I will use the "Trust but verify approach." Hollis Payne

I clicked on quality of repairs because after my purchase I discovered the exhaust pipes were uneven/offset. The repair shop replaced the pipes with no hesitation and also fix a water leak in the front right light.
Had a very good experience with the dealership and staff.

I have a very good experience with the dealership and the Salesperson GaithBekie. He was polite, helpful and attentive to what I was looking for in a vehicle and within my budget. I presented what I wanted to pay for the vehicle out the door. And it was meet. I bought the vehicle and I am very satisfied. I was overcharged by $223.00. Also had a great experience with the General Manager Eric Brinkman. I was overcharged $223.00 and I bought the matter to Mr. Eric Brinkman and he stated that he would investigate the matter of the $223.00 and he would get back to me. Within a few days, he responded to my issue and he said that he would personally would take care of it. Even if he had to replace the money from his personal monies. Which he laid some personal money out of his own pocket. This man has integrity, honesty, character and he values his word as a person. I like that in a man. To have value of his word. From the time we negotiated the price for the vehicle he was honest with me. We shook hands as two gentlemen as I keep my part of the deal as he did also. I am very impressed with him. I would recommend the dealership, the Salesperson Gaith and of course the General Manager Eric Brinkman.
Buying a first car can be incredibly intimidating, but Shane and others at Gravity made me feel completely at ease. Shane was very transparent and professional throughout the entire experience and never pressured me into a purchase. He kept everything within my budget and even helped me jump and move my old car that had died on me the night prior. His upbeat personality made my first car buying experience both enjoyable and stress free. Gravity goes out of their way to make customer service a priority which is why I will be referring them to all of my friends.
