Christopher was an excellent sales consultant during a busy year-end with a more complicated sale that required shipping the vehicle out of state to a rather picky buyer (me). Compared to another dealer I contacted this experience was “night and day”. I’d definitely recommend others to consider working with this dealership at least for the sales experience. I particularly enjoyed the fact that Chris found another RSX driver amongst the White Bear employees to perform a brief road test of my eventual car to set my mind at some ease for a real-world experience. They also were fairly cooperative about most of my requests to “seal the deal” (minor touch-up/clean up items). My only suggestions would be to see about hastening the shipping experience if that’s even possible and put a bit more effort into detail of the car before listing for sale - the car had been in their hands for a couple of months and just needed a couple small detail items to make it close to perfect for selling a 20+ year old vehicle (these were the items I had to request at time of negotiation). Nice work overall - just looking forward to the shipper to arrive that will be a great day!

2019 Chevrolet Cruze review
I had a 2016 Cruze that I loved, but it was totaled last winter. I was broadsided on the driver's side and had minimal injuries thanks to the sturdy build of the car. I now have a 2019 Cruze. I love it! It's comfy and gets great gas mileage! I don't understand why they quit making them.

2017 Chevrolet Cruze review
We purchased our 2017 hatchback new in the summer of 2017. Our only expenses at 134,000 plus miles has been gas, regular oil and filter changes, tire pressure sensor and tires. A VERY reliable car with average mileage 34 mpg, max highway was 55 plus! And normal highway at 70 mpg of 43 mpg. No interior, exterior or mechanical issues or viewable wear. I wish Chevy still produced them for sale in U.S.A. as we would gladly buy another. No other new vehicle this size, mileage, amenities at this price.

2018 Chevrolet Cruze review
I had a 2017 Cruze manual and loved it. A careless driver rear ended me and sent me into another vehicle; totaled it. By the grace of Almighty God and a great GM design I walked away without a scratch. I went right out and bought my 2018. Dynamic Blue LT. Comfortable, zippy, easy driver, lots of toys. Great on long trips, HUGE trunk for travel gear, great gas mileage. Great 4 wheel disc brakes. I don't care for the auto-stop but I can get over that. It sits a bit low so my wife who had a stroke recently has a hard time getting out of the passenger side.

From start to finish, they’ve redefined my expectations for buying a vehicle. It was located at a CarMax dealership in Florida, while I’m in Nashville. For just $200, they shipped it to my local CarMax dealership. Knowing the worst-case scenario was losing that $200, I felt reassured to take the leap—and I’m so glad I did. Within just a few days, the car arrived. I had a trade-in—a mid-mileage VW Atlas in good condition—and to my surprise, CarMax offered me an amazing price. I’ve seen glowing reviews about the warranty online, and after my own experience, I can see why. Now here’s the part that truly sets CarMax apart—the post-purchase experience. The vehicle is used, so it’s impossible to catch every little thing during a quick test drive. Thankfully, CarMax provides a 90-day warranty and has a full-service garage. I’ve been back a few times for small fixes, like the gas door not working properly, tire monitor sensors, an alignment issue, and even replacing a rear entertainment system screen. Every single issue was handled promptly and professionally, leaving me with a car that feels brand new. Shoutout to Elvis in the service department! Not only did he remember my name when I returned, but he also ensured I had a free loaner car anytime my vehicle needed to stay overnight. The customer service I’ve received from him and the entire CarMax team has been nothing short of exceptional. This entire process has been so seamless that I can confidently say CarMax will be my first stop the next time I’m in the market for a car. I’ve purchased brand-new vehicles before and never felt this satisfied. CarMax has raised the bar for what car buying and ownership should feel like. 2019 Chevrolet Cruze review
I needed a car with an automatic transmission because my knee was getting worse. I had a 2011 Cruze with a manual transmission and liked it but I traded it in for a 2019 Cruze. Going on six years now and I don't want another vehicle. Reliable? Very. I don't drive like a maniac and I keep up with maintenance. My usb port went kaput but I replaced it myself. My phone would not connect to the infotainment system. I fixed that by removing the fuse to the radio while it was on then turning off the car and then plugging it back in. It rebooted the system. I garage my Cruze and watch where I park it, so no dents anywhere. I intend to keep this car for as long as possible.

I owned a generation 2 Chevy Cruze hatchback for the past 8 years. Other than routine maintenance it never had a failure. Excellent fit and finish. Incredible gas mileage with a peppy turbo charged engine. The only negative is that GM no longer produces these highly reliable vehicles.

2019 Chevrolet Cruze review
So far this 2019 Cruze I just bought 2 weeks ago, everything is great , nice body style, great on gas, I had a 2007 Chev Cobalt that my brother bought from me ,that has more pickup cause of it being a larger engine 2.2, but thats the only difference. I have always owned GM, I tried out a 2020 Elandtra andv the quality is much better with the Cruze. My brother will probably have the 2007 Cobalt for a while since it has only 166470km on it These cares are fantastic Cruze or Cobalt and would recommend either to anyone, but get it Crown sprayed on the bottom cause these cars are all bad for rocker panel rotting out. If you Oil yearly, these cars will last for yearsand I mean 15-20 plus years if taken care of

2014 Chevrolet Cruze review
from what I'm seeing other people report, the 1.4 turbo is the problem. I have the LS 1.8 and yes I have replaced the water pump but it was not driven hot so it did not damage the head gasket or block. it has 180,000 miles on it and runs like a new one. the comfort and handling makes up for the lack of power although it has enough. it's not a Camaro or a Corvette but it's a xxxx good Car.

2016 Chevrolet Cruze review
I have a 2016 LT RS with 70k miles on it. It is my daily driver. I just never had to drive very far for work. My only issue with this car is that I need to use higher octane fuel in the spring/summer. If I do not then it drives so slow when using the AC. It also jerks from time to time when coming to a stop. That only happens in the warmer months. Other than that I have no real issues with it. I don't drive it hard.
